Our contact for the property, James, was quick to respond on any concerns. Appreciated the floor fans/pool towels and water equipment provided.

MAKOTO T. から adachi-ku, Japan, July 12, 2023 May 2023に30泊滞在部屋は広さがあり、小さな子供二人があばれても十分なものでした。 ただ、初日から洗濯機が故障していて2週間ほど使用できず、別棟の部屋の洗濯機を使うことになったのですが、かなり大変な思いをしました。(洗濯物を持って別棟まで歩きました) 部屋内の洗濯機を必須でこちらを選んだのですが、そこが少し残念でした。 あと、原因はわかりませんが、リビングの床から水が染み出していてカーペットが濡れている状態でした。 部屋のメンテナンスをもう少ししっかりとしてほしいと感じました。 それ以外は、設備もしっかりしていましたし、ロケー0

Best Stay in Hawaii

I shouldn't have been. Captain Cook came through again. The condo in the Diamond Head Tower was fantastic. The building was quiet and had an excellent recreation deck with the grills cleaned every morning. Also the location is central in Waikiki with only few minute walk to the International Market Place or Restaurants and shops on Lewers. I have already booked again and I am looking forward to my next stay. There are other rental managers but I will always choose Captain Cook in Hawaii. They are there with you from start to finish and your personal manager is always available if there is any problem. Wish I could give the 6 stars.

Best Long-Term Staycation

Comes with 2br and 2ba and it was the space that we need for a family of 3. Has a parking stall assigned with a 76” clearance so our Jeep Wrangler fit in just fine. The kitchen amenities are more than enough for what you need as if you were in a house and counter tops are upgraded. The fridge has an icemaker and large enough for your week’s worth of groceries. The TV comes with multiple apps such as Netflix, HBO, IMDB, etc., so we were able to enjoy those. Cleaning materials are available. The unit comes with a stationary bike and located in a room with a view. They offer beach items and my son enjoyed the beach toys.
Overall excellent. The property managers responder quickly for any questions and concerns. I asked for a waitlist to get extended but they were fully booked for the dates I asked. We wished we could have stayed longer.
