  Layout is now different than photos. Bigger TV, bed on on opposite wall. Comfortable bed, nice quality washer & dryer very handy. Has everything you need; parking lot is never busy and stall has good size. Was a very nice stay, no issues. Convenient to International Market Place. Having free parking is great. Shows some wear, but overall, very comfortable.

  This unit was the perfect base of operation for a short work trip to HNL. The location was great for accessing downtown as well as the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. The free, on-site parking and in-unit W/D were huge perks. I'm only sad I didn't have time to enjoy the rooftop pool. Next time!

  This was our fifth visit to O‘ahu, and as always, we booked through Captain Cook Resorts, who never disappoint! Our most recent stay at Fairway Villa #1516 was perfect. The location couldn’t be more central – just a few blocks away from the International Market and the beach, making it super convenient to explore the area.
  
  The condo itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and it was spotless upon arrival. Having a washer and dryer was a big plus! We loved relaxing on the lanai, with great views of the canal, but the best part was the rooftop views off ocean.
  
  We’re already looking forward to our next stay and will definitely be booking here again. Highly recommend!

  いつも宿泊はコンドミニアムです。色々な所を利用しましたが、ここはかなりのお気に入りになりました。決めては立地と、部屋に洗濯機がある事、駐車場とリゾートフィーが無料の所です。
  まずは立地。コンドの前の道を2〜3分歩いてクヒオに出れば、正面にインターナショナルSC。左手はワイキキマーケット。ワイキキマーケットは朝6時から夜10時までオープンしているのでコンビニ使いが出来る上、品数豊富。デリコーナーも充実しています。クヒオには美味しいお店が沢山あって便利。インタマを抜ければ、ワイキキの中心部に出ます。

  That's right; this cozy unit will make you feel like your home. This unit has pretty much everything you need. -Secure Parking -W/D in unit -Full Kitchen (Microwave, coffee maker, full-size refrigerator, four burner stove) All utensils you need to make a quick meal, plates, bowls, pans, etc. -Ironing board, iron -Hair dryer -Towels -Roof Top Pool with a lovely view Did I miss anything? I probably did, but I can't list it all. Walking distance to; -International Market Place (5-8 mins) -Waikiki Beach (10 mins) -Honolulu Zoo (15-20 min) -Plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from to eat. Perfect place for a couple to stay, the residents, staff in the lobby area and management team definitely had Aloha spirit and made you feel like 'Ohana. Mahalo

  The unit was clean and nicely appointed. It need a facelift. Bath tiles broker, cabinets had plastic covering peeling. Except for shower overall bath needs an upgrade,

  A great studio suite to rent overlooking the Ala Wai canal and Diamond Head. Latge lanai, comfortable furniture, fully equipped kitchen, with easy check-in. Great for two people who need a short or longer stay in Waikiki.

  Great stay. I'm second time here, and this rental not easy to caught. First is rooftop with swimming pool and sauna, all I need. Barbecue area, awesome view all around from rooftop, sunset and sunrise. Pretty quiet compared to other rentals, I've been. And free parking, with private spot. For me, best of the best

  We so enjoyed our stay, our host James was super nice, we were delayed getting in and he gave very good instructions to guide us through check in and the apartment came with everything we needed for our ten day trip! I broke a water pitcher on accident and he was very kind about that, very courteous host!!
  The apartment kitchen was great to have as we cooked most breakfast and lunch meals there, very helpful to save- the only thing I wish we had was a few more shelf-stable seasonings, so if you’re planning to cook, bring your own salt/pepper and other seasonings!
  The bathroom was very clean and the shower fit just fine with the toilet and sink(other reviews said too small, it is not)
  Patio view over the canal was gorgeous and we loved being able to watch the sunrise over the mountains without even getting out of bed! Parking garage was convenient and easy, LOVE the no parking fee, we would spent a fortune otherwise!! Rooftop area also looked newly renovated and was very nice as well! Overall a 10/10!!

  Professional Captain Cook Staff and Management. Lobby security very courteous and helpful. Extremely nice rental unit. Convenient location w/parking a big plus. Unit is away from main Kuhio noise. AC window unit is very loud although can drown out street noise. Furniture locations in room are different than Pictures although depicts actual furniture. Beautiful lanai views and comfort. If your desire is to cook meals, cookware is lacking, although more than ample dishes/cups/silverware. VERY clean, organized and maintained unit. Plan to keep this unit as one of my "go to" in rotation of possible bookings when available.

  We enjoyed the condo. It was clean, secure, bed was comfy for us. Good value for the money and parking was easy and included which was important to us. They had beach chairs and an umbrella which was used by us daily as well. Would happily stay again.

  The studio is in walking distance from the Waikiki Beach and has great views to the Diamond Head (in distance) and to the river. The kitchen could have a little refreshment (new items) and a cooler for the beach would be nice. If we would go to Oahu again, we would book this studio again.

  My family and I enjoyed our stay in this studio rental. It had all the amenities that was described. Our Agent James was helpful whenever we had a question and very quick to respond. The unit is clean and not that far from the beach. I would stay here again.

  Our rental is a perfect location for us! We love the masubis from Mitsuwa which is across the street! Very close to Murakame Udon which is a PLUS for us! Room was perfect for my family of 3. The security staff are very friendly! Building is kept clean. We plan on returning.

  My husband, teen daughter and I enjoyed our stay at fairway Villa. It was conveniently located within walking distance to the beach,shopping, several restaurants as well as the Food Pantry grocery store. It was extremely helpful and cut down on costs to have free parking, a washer and dryer and a kitchen to cook meals in. We had an issue with missing washcloths and beach towel upon arrival, but James helped us after two phone calls. There’s also a free visitor parking lot if you have family/friends who want to come visit for a few hours. The property has a view of the canal and SLIGHT view of the ocean from the lanai. We’d been told Waikiki can be a questionable area, and did see some homeless people and a lady screaming at the air— but there’s a very strong police presence and mainly tourists everywhere. We walked around at night, shops were still open at 8-9pm and we felt completely safe.
  Queen sized Bed is very comfortable. Free cable and WiFi included.
  We’d definitely stay here again!

  Great studio in nice quiet building near International Market Place, yet off the crazy Waikiki "strip". Free garage parking is very helpful. Clean and well-maintained, with good customer support. I highly recommend this studio.

  Economical, well located apartment. Had all of the necessities. Jessica was friendly and helpful. 10 minute walk to beach and everything in Waikiki. We enjoyed the privacy, quiet, and freedom this location offered. it was more like living in Hawaii than staying at a hotel. Don't expect any resort amenities or room service, but the rooftop lanai is a great fully stocked BBQ/sunset watching location, with pool and hot tub. There are awesome saunas in the rooftop rest rooms. Our stay was trouble free and comfortable.

  I had a very pleasant stay at this property. It is bright and cheery and was stocked with everything that I needed. I appreciated the washer/dryer in the condo. The location was good, the view from the lanai is over the canal and golf course with lots of green areas. It is a secure building and all the staff and residents were very friendly.

  I am recently relocated and while looking for a condo to get into I have to move around to availability and also look at different areas and places i feel will best fit me. Captain cook resorts have the best locations available and have been very helpful making the process easy as possible with booking and maintaining my reservations as best as possible.   This is a beautiful, restful condo filled with everything a traveler could need: a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, laundry detergent, even beach towels! I loved sitting out on the lanai and having breakfast while watching the sun come up over the canal. Best of all, however, was Jessica - my Captain Cook representative. I was traveling with my parents and we ended up arriving at the condo past midnight - exhausted and disoriented. My parents were staying in the same building in a condo managed by another company - and received no welcome or orientation instructions. In contrast, there was Jessica, smiling like an angel way past midnight to show me my condo, provide a smiling orientation and basically soothe all troubles away. I can't say enough good things about Jessica! Many thanks!

  The unit was exactly as described. It came with everything we needed for the time we were there. We had a small issue with the hair dryer and it was replaced within a few hours. I would definitely rent this unit again.

  The property was exactly as described. Previous reviews reported noise, and they were right. Somehow, I managed to have a good night's sleep nearly every night. All the staff I contacted were very friendly and helpful, especially Wendy in the office and Jessica, the property manager. The location was great, close to nearly anything I wished to visit in Waikiki. I took the great bus service to attractions not in walking distance. The only detraction is that all the built-ins and larger appliances were slightly off from perfect; this is not luxury accommodation. It took some getting used to stiff latches and the older stove and refrigerator. But whenever I mentioned to Jessica, she was right on it trying to get it fixed.

  The view and top floor lounge area were amazing. The condo was everything we expected. The street noise was not enjoyable, but it is a city. Being on the 15 the floor every noise seems to echo in between the buildings. There are some very noisy dogs in the building across the street, and seems to be someone yelling on the street at 5am every morning. Also the ambulance and fire building are at the end of the road so they are always going by. The building, studio, location and inclusions were perfect for the price. Free parking, wifi, etc... We had one problem with the garbage disposal and a staff member came out to fix it within the hour on a Sunday.

  Byron, our VRBO contact met us at the door. He had a bit of a wait because the taxi driver "knew exactly where we were staying" and let us off at the Sands Villa a few blocks away. Not a good start after nine hours of overnight travel. Things improved quickly.
  Our studio unit was neat, clean and comfortable. There were generous "start up" supplies and plenty of detergent for the unit's washer/dryer. The view from the lanai was beautiful, canal, back side of Diamond Head, mountains and a good peek at the ocean. The view from the roof 29th floor was fantastic, at night, spectacular.
  The handy location allowed us to use public and tour transportation with a bus stop within a block. There was also a handy supermarket, a Starbucks and can you count the ABC stores?
  We chose Aloha Tours "Hop on Hop off" option and rode to several "touristy" destinations.
  The day before our actual 50th anniversary we climbed to the top of Diamond Head. What a view.
  If you use the "Hop on Hop off" ask the guides about the Diamond Head Market and the cream cheese bluebarry scones. If you choose, you can walk to the market from Villa and the return trip could just possibly justify a second scone, or the mushroom burger.
  All in all, thumbs up, would we do it again? We are already making the plans.

  The view was great from the 15th floor and the walk to the beach took ten minutes. We discovered some fine dining and shopping on the way to the beach, which was a pleasant surprise. The property was very secure, with designated parking. Be aware that this is a super tiny space, but the newer bathroom and tidy kitchen are perfect for a week's stay. And the murphy bed is a great use of space.

  The best thing about this rental condo is the location. It's literally in the middle of Waikiki and pretty much everywhere in Waikiki is walkable.
  
  The unit itself is very clean, and one can see it was renovated as all the furnitures, kitchen counters, bathrooms, etc. all look new, even though the building itself look a bit aged. When you're inside you feel like you're living in a brand new condo unit. It's a very small unit but very comfortable. It's perfect for 1 person, and great for 2 as well. The kitchen has pretty much everything I need to cook (which I only did a few times, really, too much great food outside to miss).
  
  The manager that checked me in was very kind and helpful.
  
  Possible one con (for some) is that no surf boards or bicycles are allowed in the elevator, which can make bringing those things to the 15th floor difficult. I didn't have either so I didn't have to worry.
  
  The parking garage's paths are relatively narrow (if you're used to mainland US sizes), but manageable and not ridiculous (like some other hotels' garages I've seen in Waikiki).

  We very much enjoyed our 3 weeks at Fairway Villa. It felt like home, and with the exception of an uncomfortable sofa, was a great pleasure to inhabit. The condo had many conveniences and the kitchen was nicely equipped. The clothes dryer was slow and inefficient but otherwise we loved the place. It is a safe, enjoyable location but be aware that this whole area is noisy, and emergency vehicles and their sirens passed by all hours of the day and night. However, a small price to pay for a good time if you want to embrace the hustle and bustle of Honolulu/Waikiki.
