  The owner goes above and beyond to make your stay very comfortable. The kitchen is supplied with everything needed for a month long stay. We enjoyed the tv with its free apps and my grandson loved the PlayStation. The furniture is comfortable and the view from the lanai provides amazing sunrises. Having an in-house washer and drier made life easier. Really nice beach chairs, umbrella, tennis rackets and paddleball are included, also.

  We always enjoy our stay in 2217. The condo is always very clean & well maintained. The new table & chairs on the lanai was greatly appreciated. You can’t beat the location of this condo. The owner is a gem. We would definitely recommend this property. We look forward to spending more time there. !

  We love this place. It was our second time there and it's nearly perfect! We love the easy walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Unless you want to go to Safeway or Costco or go exploring the rest of the island, you don't need to rent a car. The rooftop pool is great, but the hot tub still isn't working (didn't work for both our visits).

  I stayed in this unit a year ago and reviewed it to the max. Great place, everything top notch! The photos do not lie. And the views are fantastic. There's a noise issue with all the ambulance & fire sirens coming at you down Ala Wai Blvd., but not at night, and you can get away from it with the AC. We had an issue with the refrigerator, but mgmt. replied immediately. And a very decent up-scale full grocery at the corner. Made a rez. for next year already!

  Really a wonderful place with fantastic 22nd-floor views of Waikiki and the city, parts of Diamond Head, the Ala Wai Canal and city golf course beyond, and even slices of the ocean. Absolutely spotless, including all the glass (you never saw it, LOL). Lots of kitchen gadgets, and well stocked with amenities that I seemed to find whenever I went looking (tin foil, soap, 5-in-1 oil for my bike, scissors, sunscreen, etc.) and did I mention beach chairs and mats and an umbrella? (Even a bag of volleyballs and basketballs). Plenty of small A/C units, but that high up there's so much breeze we never used any except at night. A huge TV that I never actually watched.
  The building has 3 fast-enough elevators that you have to depend on whenever you go in & out (a first for me), and a 29th-floor roof deck (with a tiny pool) with wrap-around city views. OMG. The one downside is that Ala Wai Blvd., as another reviewer said, is a Main Street for sirens, ambulances, firetrucks responding all across Waikiki whose wails come right at you (but not at night). A very convenient upscale market a block away at the corner, or you can take an Uber to the Safeway on Kuhio a mile away.
  The photos can be relied on, and the property manager was quick to reply to any concerns. A well-run company! I've already made a reservation for next year.

  A well equipped 2 bdrm condo. Needs updating in bathrooms, was clean but needing some LR furniture replacement, rug & couch. Location good, close to bus stop. It’s on Main Street for fire, ambulance and police, lots of sirens..,pool area is nice, Security staff very friendly & helpful.

  The condo was perfect for our family! It was clean, beds were comfortable, view was amazing and having the washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus. The pool area was very nice and we even used the grill one night. The location couldn't have been better. Short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The condo is small, but enough space for us to spread out after a long day of sight seeing. Kitchen utensils, glasses and plates were all clean and sufficient pots/pans for cooking. James was very nice and responsive during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

  I used to live in Hawaii and returned for my high school reunion and searched for the perfect place to stay. This condo turned out to be the perfect choice for our family. I have raved about it to so many friends. The view is so incredibly beautiful and the location was perfect. The condo had all the amenities you could possibly need and more to include beach chairs and boogie boards. The process of booking this condo and checking in went so smoothly and everything there went beautifully. It was very clean and there was plenty of room for our family. It is a very easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. It was so nice to have a parking spot included since we had a rental car and hotels charge extra for parking. We will definitely stay at this condo when we return. While you are there make sure to go to Leonard's Bakery for malasadas and right around the corner there is an amazing noodle place called Marukame Udon that often has a long line but it is worth the wait! Thank you for a perfect spot to stay while we were back in Hawaii!

  Great location, 2 min walk to supermarket, 5 min walk to int’l market and bunch of restaurants, 7-10 walk to Waikiki beach. The condo has everything you need, all the beach necessity, lots of beach and bathroom towels, well stocked kitchen and strong AC! The only thing people should note is that although this unit is high floor, we definitely heard traffic on the main street by canal because the glass windows don’t close shut. Was not a problem for me because I sleep with my earplugs anyway.

  We are a family of 5 that stayed in this condo for 7 nights recently. We would highly recommend this property for families. It was very clean, had all the amenities we needed (including 2 x boogie boards for the beach and Netflix and PS4 for the downtime), great location for walking to Waikiki and the beach, and parking for our rental car at a location that was easy to navigate to/from. The 'Foot Pantry" small supermarket across the road made getting supplies easy. Easy communication with the property manager and onsite security made the whole arrival/departure hassle-free. Highly recommended and we would stay here again - loved Hawaii!

  夫婦と息子家族3人(子供3歳)と滞在しました、眺めが素晴らしく気持ちよかったです。
  お部屋に掃除機がなかったので、掃除機もしくは床用ドライシートなどが有ればよかったです ほうきは有りましたがつかいずらかったです 洗濯機は脱水がよくできず乾燥に時間がかかりました。

  The condo was in a great location....close to grocery store, shopping, restaurants and the beach. Just a very short walk to anywhere we wanted to be. For two couples the bedrooms were spacious and the two bathrooms made it very convenient. The condo was very clean and very well had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. We enjoyed the view from the outside balcony......almost wished we had brought our golf clubs as the golf course looked inviting.

  This is my third time booking with Captain Cook. It is my first time in this particular unit. I have never been disappointed, but this unit was amazing! I brought my family to stay, and having two bedrooms and two baths was perfect. The value was amazing and the view was spectacular with having the canal on one side and Waikiki Beach on the other. It was so close to everything, and I walked everywhere I needed to every day that I was there. Management is very kind, and I highly recommend any property with Captain Cook! This unit was so wonderful! Mahalo! We will be back!

  The Fairway Villas is located conveniently to Waikiki. The unit is updated and furnished nicely and completely. It is quiet and has a great view. The pool on the 29th floor is perfect for water aerobics or swimming and is a great spot to view Friday night fireworks at 7:45 pm. Fairway Villas is excellently maintained. I am extremely particular and can not find any fault with the unit or the complex!

  The property has exceeded our expectations, the view of mountains and sea is second to none, the distance to the beach closer than we thought (about 5 minutes), the decor is very clean, modern and comfortable, the electronic equipment is very good (Wi-Fi, game consoles, keyless door lock)
  The owner surprised us with a typical Hawaiian gift, the manager greeted us very warmly, the service was great.We would recommend this accommodation at any time.

  Great Condo consisting of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Place is fully renovated so everything was practically new! Block out curtains and aircon in bedrooms a plus, views were breathtaking being 22 floors up and walk to beach took us around 7 min. Great location close to great eateries and 1 min walk to International Markets. less than 1 min walk to Food Pantry (supermarket). Highly recommend this place and condo was equipped with everything we needed! Thank you owner and Captain Cook Resorts for the 3rd time!

  Rental was clean, very well equipped, close to popular attractions and had free parking. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Wood flooring definitely made it easy to keep clean and feel clean. I think some folks complained about road noise. We did not experience it. Slept thru the night without any issues.

  Great place and great location. Building is a little older but the unit is clean and furnished well. Great for getting natural breeze through the lanai and even bedroom windows. Kitchen had lots of pots and pans and for tea/coffee. Unit was stocked with paper towel, garbage bags, toiletries etc. Would definitely recommend. James, our Service Contact agent was great to deal with and even though we never met him personally, he was there to answer any questions/concerns. Very accommodating.

  This condo is located in an older building. The unit has been updated and is very comfortable. Location was great; convenient to stores and beach. Only downside was the consistent traffic noice. Ensure you book directly through Captain Cook to avoid the $135 HomeAway fee.

  Location / view / cleanliness, all was perfect and comfortable We were able to spend a condo.
  Supermarket is near and is convenient.
  There was a tool to play at the sea and it was very good.

  Stylish, comfortable, secure and convenient location. This apartment has everything you could ask for from a home away from home and includes off-street parking. Close to waikiki beach, restaurants, supermarkets, golf course and much more.

  We had an excellent visit to the Fairway Villa. The condo was just as pictured on the site and it was clean and well stocked. It was within walking distance of everything in Waikiki so if you don't have a car you won't need one (and if you do there is free parking). I would highly recommend staying her again.

  It was such an incredible stay with every little detail thought out from Captain Cook Real Estate. From shaving cream, dishes, detergent, and many more thought to be left around the property for the convenience of the occupant.I can't ravejust how amazing this space was, but also convenient to many shops but tucked away from the noise.
