  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 2417 Fairway Villa. A small issue occurred, and we would like to thank Byron and James, who quickly took charge of the situation and resolved it to our complete satisfaction. We truly appreciate the excellent service they provided, as well as the support from the Captain Cook team.
  
  We would not hesitate to rent this condo again, as it is very well equipped, clean, and well located.

  I stayed in both this unit #2417 and #2217 this year and last (same owner) and I can only be enthusiastic. Great place, everything top notch! The photos do not lie. And the views are fantastic. The place is stocked with every type of beach gizmo you could want: folding chairs, umbrella, mats, boogie boards, all types of sports equipment, coolers. And if you're into cooking for yourself, a plentitude of dishes; a very decent upscale market at the corner of Kuhio, and a Target just opened with groceries too. The only downside is a noise issue with all the ambulance & fire sirens coming at you down Ala Wai Blvd., but not much at night, and you can get away from it with the AC. The management is very responsive.

  We love this condo. It was immaculate when we arrived. The condo is well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The property manager is quick to respond to any requests. We will definitely be back.

  Due to medical issues, we had to stay in HI for an additional 6 weeks. We had to scramble and find a place that would work for us. We were questioning it as we were driving in because there are some sketchy places nearby, but it pleasantly surprised us. This place was PERFECT! There was enough space for 3 of us. It has a kitchen with almost everything needed. The view was great (although high up). The pool on the rooftop was a great surprise. I'm 63 and it was an easy walk to the beach (There are backpack beach chairs too), restaurants and shopping. Safeway is only a couple miles away so if you don't have a car it's a quick & inexpensive Uber ride. Be sure to bring the rolling grocery cart with you to make the trip up easier and fewer trips. The place was very clean & James is very responsive to answer questions. You can see the fireworks from the roof top each Friday night. I would definitely book this place again if I needed to stay in Oahu again.

  We were amazed at how well stocked the condo was. Everything was high quality from the kitchen utensils to beach chairs. There were copious amounts of cleaning supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. If you want to partake in all that Waikiki has to offer, this is a great location. Condo is very safe and secure. The views from the pool deck is truly spectacular. We like to cook rather than going out, so found the kitchen a bit small, but managed ok. We were very fortunate to be given a late checkout of 3 pm - our flight was at 10:30 pm, BUT found the entry code had been changed and we were LOCKED OUT at 11:10 am. It was a frantic 45 mins before we were able to contact James - our friends had their luggage locked inside and they had a 2:15 flight to catch.
  I would suggest that there be more visible directions for the washer, dryer, ac and tv volume . We had difficulty with them all. Byron was very quick to our rescue when we needed him.
  It’s our our 6 th time renting through Captain Cook Resorts and we have highly recommended them to many of our friends. We’ve already booked for next year.

  Enough comfortable in 2 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms for 4 people.
  Not only furniture but also appliances are great and clean.
  Very, very useful items, beach parasol, beach chairs and wheel cart.

  A wonderful place that is central to all things Waikiki. We had a really pleasant stay. The property manager was reachable via text. They were always fast at responding and attending from questions to any issues during the stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our one month stay. The building was getting some renovating work done so at times we had issues with noise or only one of the elevators working, etc. but not the biggest deal. We were fine with it.

  We picked this place because we try to stay at the Fairway Villa every time we come and because we've used Captain Cook in the past and appreciate their service and professionalism. We knew that there would be a great view and a comfortable set-up because the pictures show that. What the pictures don't show however is how much attention has been paid to detail. They have really thought through what you need when you stay somewhere for a long time. They had everything you could possible think of available and some we'd never imagined! Here's a partial list: a boogie board, two beach chairs, a lunch-sized cooler, a beach umbrella, three other umbrellas, 2 large and 1 small, two coffee makers, large and small rice cookers, sharp knives (I), so many cooking utensils that I had to offload some to another drawer. Loads of dishes, some for children. A pizza pan! A great TV set up. Even a wheeled cart for hauling stuff to the beach or going to the farmers' market. I would say that this was the easiest time we've had ever in terms of what was available. Did I mention sun screen, shampoo, dish soap? We highly recommend this wonderful unit. Finally, James, our property manager, was very responsive, and when he was off, Byron answered our questoins for us. We have never been disappointed by the service given by Captain Cook. Thank you very much!

  高層階で眺めも良く、ワイキキの中心部で(高年齢の母はワイキキのどこにでも徒歩で移動できました)2ベットルーム&2バスルーム(バスタブ-2・WC-2・洗面器-2)も家族(夫婦・祖母・娘)には高評価でした。
  駐車場も1台専用スペースが確保され、買い物やお出掛けには使い勝手は良かったです、(夕食はほとんど外食ですが、ワイキキ以外のお店はどこも空いていて待たされる事なく、割とお値打ちで車は必須です)
  共用スペース(フロント階・プール・サウナ・リクライニングチェア等)の部屋以外の施設は利用はしませんでした、(30泊以上限定となりましたが)ワイキキでは

  大きくて広いラナイからは、毎朝まぶしい朝日が差し込んできて、ハワイの朝を満喫することができました。
  部屋も4人で宿泊するには、十分な大きさで部屋から出なくてものんびりすることができました。
  また、すべての部屋のあちこちに、スマホの置くだけ充電器が設置してあり、スマホヘビーユーザーの家内と娘は喜んでおりました。
  屋上のプールとBBQコンロは、使う機会がありませんでしたが、次回こちらを利用させていただく際には、ぜひBBQを楽しんでみたいと思います。

  We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful vacation rental. The unit had all the amenities we required and was located in the heart of Honolulu with Waikiki Beach only blocks away and a gorgeous view of Diamond Head out our window. We were contacted by Captain Cook Real Estate shortly after our arrival to see if there was anything we required. A special thank you to James the unit manager. Our flight did not leave Honolulu until late in the evening and he allowed us to store our luggage in another unit after our check out time. Also, the washer was not working and it was immediately replaced with a brand new machine. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this unit again.

  The condo met our needs well. My husband and I and my daughter and her husband were in Hawaii for our son's wedding. Two bedrooms two baths was a priority. We were so impressed that those who got up early or stayed up later could use the kitchen and TV without disturbing the ones in bedrooms. It was very soundproof!! I also liked the larger lanai. All four of us could sit comfortably. The view was beautiful - diamond head, golf course, waterway and the ocean! Just as important the condo was well kept and extremely clean - bathrooms, kitchen, everything including appliances.

  Fairway Villa 2417 is a wonderful condo/apartment in the heart of Waikiki with great amenities. Most enjoyed was the view of Diamond Head volcano while having breakfast and dinner while sitting at the dining table or sitting out on the balcony.

  This is a great place to stay. In Waikiki but far enough away from all the noise. The condo is well equipped, clean and great security. It is nice to have an assigned parking stall. The host was very pleased to have us there. Byron from Captain Cook was great as usual. Third time using Captain Cook any they are top notch. Would recommend this condo to anyone looking for one in Waikiki.
