  Had a wonderful stay at fairway villa. I’ve used this unit several times. The location is great. Quiet if you want quiet and lively if you walk a block or two. Always dependable, clean with helpful management.

  I have stayed in Fairway Villa before and the location of the building is really good. Close to everything. Unit #2502 has wonderful views and is fully equipped. Having a washer/dryer in the unit is beneficial. The unit itself could use some touch ups but overall was clean and had everything you need. My only comment is the the white couch could use a cleaning and air conditioning in the living room too would have been great as it is only in the bedroom. We were in the unit for 13 nights and we enjoyed our stay there. We liked the renovated roof top area with pool and BBQs. Having designated parking was also a definite plus.
  The service provided by Captain Cook resort rentals was commendable. Any questions I had were quickly responded to and they were well organized. James, our property contact, was top notch. No issues with arrival or departure. I would definitely use Captain Cook Resort rentals again.

  The unit was good though it could use some additional cleaning. Everything was good with a well equipped Kitchen that we didn't use much. Washer dryer on site helped with a little laundry. Bed and Sofa-bed were fine.

  The start of the trip was a little rocky because I was not informed who my property manager was nor did they give me a number to call prior to checking in. I had to message and get the information. Then after they set me up with a code, the door code did not work and it took a couple calls before someone picked up to help me so I could get into the condo. After that it was smooth sailing for the most part. I wish prior to the check in they would give me the name of my property manager as well as access to the door code and a description of how to get out of the parking garage once we have parked. It would have also been nice to provide recommendations around the area for food, activities, etc like other rentals I’ve been in before.

  立地はアラワイ運河沿いでしたが、我が家の希望する設備は全て揃っていましたし、
  食材調達は徒歩2-3分にワイキキマーケットがあり、何でも揃いとても便利な立地でした。部屋も25階なので景色は申し分ないのですが、
  屋上はさらに素晴らしく360度見渡せたので感動しました。スタッフのジェームスさんも対応は素晴らしく安心して滞在できました。一つだけ残念だったのは、シャワーの水圧が弱かったことだけ。あとはパーフェクトです。

  This condo is on the 25th floor which gives an amazing ocean view. It is a corner unit with no neighbor walls and was quiet. Clean and well maintained. High quality appliances including washer, dryer, dishwasher. Staff very helpful. Good place to work at table in main room. Parking convenient. Close to restaurants and Waikiki Kalakaua Avenue. Bed was comfortable. HVAC excellent. Plenty of closet space and chest of drawers. Best unit in the building. Good Wi-Fi and internet access.

  This property is in a great location. Walking distance to most everything you want to see and do in Honolulu but far enough away to be quiet at night. Great corner unit with excellent views.

  Wonderful location on the 25th floor at Fairway Villa. It is an easy walking distance to Waikiki Beach as well as the International Marketplace and restaurants. The unit is decorated beautifully and has wonderful amenities which include washer/dryer (laundry pacs included), coffee maker (filters included), full-size oven, as well as beach chairs, cooler, many beach towels, umbrella (okay for non-wind day). The complimentary parking space is on Level 2, where there is no elevator. It's pricey but really nice since it is a corner unit.
  Unfortunately the toilet didn't work properly and the floor is dirty (we could not walk around in our bare feet as we do at home). An AC unit was installed while we were there but we preferred fresh ocean air and left windows open. All in all, we would stay here again!

  As we had previously stayed in this building, we were happy to find a unit available for the time frame we needed. We had never before booked with Captain Cook but were impressed with the communication both before and during check in. The unit was exactly as shown in the photos and suited us perfectly. Thanks!

  This is a great little condo. With it being on a higher floor, I never had to have the air conditioner on. The washer/dryer was so nice to have and there were plenty of pots, pans and silverware. It would be really convenient if there was an air fryer and a Keurig. This was a solo trip so making meals at home was a nice option. The bathroom could use some paint and the wall by the washer/dryer, but other than that the everything was pretty well maintained. The view from the living room and bedroom both day and night were amazing and so was the view and amenities from the rooftop! I would defiantly chose this room again in the future! Communication was a little slower than I would have hoped, but I didn't have anything pressing thankfully.

  The living room could use an air conditioner or screens on the sliding door and louvered windows. Not so much for flying bugs, since you're on the 25th floor, it's for the potential little birds that come up to visit the lanai. We always close the louvers till the opening is too small for the birds, when asleep and out and about.

  We enjoyed our stay! Condo is in a great location! Plenty of restaurants nearby and there's a grocery within walking distance. Beach is a short walk — about 2 blocks. The International Market Place is one block away.
  
  The condo has plenty of dishes for us to use. It’s great there’s a washer/dryer inside the unit. Though there’s a AC unit in the bedroom, we kept all the windows opened and didn’t use the AC. We were there in September so not sure how hot it gets during the summer months.
  
  Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

  Rental unit was exactly as described in listing. It was clean and well maintained; in a good location; parking in bldg; 24 hour security; PM Vincent helpful with checkin and how to work the 2 remotes for TV. What made it enjoyable was all appliances were newer models and well maintained. The only drawback is having instruction sheet on how to work TV remote and overhead ceiling fan/light combo. We would definitely rent this unit again!

  毎日出かけてました。雨季だったからなのかジャグジーが利用できませんでした、洗濯機、乾燥機が使えるのはよかった。料理も毎日しました。使い勝手が非常に良かったです、次は乾季に行きたいと思います。

  A very comfortable condo for the 2 of us. At first, we were concerned that a/c was only in the bedroom. But it worked for the best. Didn’t need a/c during Waikiki days and bedroom cooled really fast in the evening. A little sanding and paint here and there would be nice. But we would definitely stay there again.

Please remember, our property managers work 7 days a week to see to any issues that may arise during your stay! We provide initial start-up supplies like coffee filters, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap (where applicable), bar soap, 2 oz. each of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, and basic cleaning supplies, however these items are not replenished during your stay. l will pass your feedback onto the team, and we look forward to your next visit!

  Overall a great stay. James and the team was very responsive. We had an issue with two of the doors leading to the balcony that wouldn't lock. As soon as i reached out to them they were quick to respond and in 2 days the problem was fixed. Beautiful location, beautiful apartment, great views, restaurants, stores, etc. So glad i stayed here. My family and I loved it.

  This is a great rental space. It’s as pictured and comfortable. The views are terrific. The very best part is it’s location, close to the beach, restaurants, grocery store and bus transportation. Although there is parking available here which is rare in Waikiki. James was a reachable, helpful resource.

  I love everything about this unit. Great views. Nice open space (I bought and left a yoga mat in the unit, as there is nice space in the living room.) Free parking is a big plus. Quieter than other FV units. Comfortable bed. Sofa bed is OK... my son visited and thought it was more comfortable putting mattress on the floor. The improved roof is terrific.... installation of the new hot tub will make it even better. Sauna keeps breaking down... would be nice if that were more reliable. Opening of Waikiki Market this week - which is really nice - will make life even more convenient for the next visit.

  今回、家族4人、20回目ぐらいで、かつ3年ぶりのハワイで、こちらのコンドミニアム利用も初めてでしたので、とても楽しみにしていました。
  
  建物の古さは否めませんが、部屋はリノベーションされ、とてもオシャレで、広く感じさせるようなソファや家具の配置も良かったですし、何より上層階角部屋で私が重視する眺望が良かったです。部屋の窓がスクロールさせ空けるタイプだったので、朝食を食べながら海を眺め、心地よい風を感じ、夜は山側の夜景をバルコニーから眺めるという毎日でした。

  Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here! Bed was comfy, enough towels for our stay and the washer and dryer was great! A couple callouts, major construction while we were staying, not sure if that was the cause of the water pressure being so low? But the shower dripped water out and we had a tricky time showering. Because of construction, 2 out of 3 elevators for the entire building, took a while getting up and down but not that big of a deal. Other than that, we really loved staying here and would definitely stay again at this unit! Mahalo!

  We enjoyed our stay at the Fairway Villa during our March Spring Break. The Building was in the perfect location so close to the beach. All the restaurants and stores are nearby. The suite was spacious, clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we need to make our meals. We were provided a vacuum to clean up all the sand we tracked from the beach. The bedroom was comfortable we slept great in the bed. The bedroom also had a second tv which was great for our daughter! We were also provided beach chairs, umbrellas, beach mats, a boogie board, a cooler for our drinks and of course beach towels.
  We had everything we need. Byron was very helpful and answered our questions immediately. He was very professional and provided all the instructions for the suite as soon as we arrived. We highly recommend this place if you are planning to stay near Waikiki Beach.

  We returned to this same condo. Our last trip was over 2 years ago pre-pandemic. The condo is well maintained. Very convenient to walk everywhere in Waikiki. Included parking spot adds value to rental, although garage is a little tight and tricky to enter and exit due to the sharp incline driveway. Th unit is supplied with all necessities. The building itself is dated and undergoing some major updates. Our property manager, James, was always accessible. We would stay here again when we return to Honolulu.

  Pretty good location as it is an easy walk to the main streets and to the beach. Views of the Pacific Ocean and the golf course/mountains. Fairly easy check in. Washer/dryer convenience and a roof top deck. With repairs only one barbecue operational and the general area upstairs is off limits except for the pool. Bathroom a bit dated. Construction noise each day due to water pipe repairs. Only two elevators operating so fairly long waits for the elevator either up or down. Great location for the parking spot on P2.

  Great unit; clean, well-equipped. Lots of light with view of ocean. Quieter than other units along Ala Wai. I've stayed in a dozen different units at Fairway Villa and this one is the best.

  We had a very pleasant stay here and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable apartment in the heart of Waikiki Beach. 2 blocks from the beach and gorgeous makai and mauka views of Mānoa Valley and the Ala Wai canal. Rainbows daily. The apartment is nicely decorated and updated, and is a comfortable home away from home. Appliances are new and there's laundry in-unit. Garage parking made life easy. Ceiling fans kept breezes circulating through the unit, with a/c located in the bedroom.
  
  The only criticism is that the sofa should probably be replaced soon. (We had 3 adults staying so the sofa was needed as a bed.) Also, the building is undergoing a good deal of maintenance so the elevators are slow (one was out of order), and often crowded.
  
  James was responsive and super helpful, and check in was seamless. Mahalo for the hookipa, James and Captain Cook team.

  We stayed for 2 weeks in unit 2502. This was our second stay and we enjoyed
  it as much as our first. The condo is in an excellent location. Views from the sliders and lanai are really nice especially when there is a rainbow. Parking is included and convenient. We love having a nice kitchen, washer and dryer. A few unit accessories need updates (bedroom lamp is missing a harp and some improved pillows) otherwise a perfect unit. We will definitely consider a 3rd stay in the future.

  The location of this condo is excellent. A few short blocks to the beach, restaurants, & shopping. The building residents are very nice & quiet. There is a building under construction nearby but we didn’t find it disruptive because your usually not in the condo during their work hours. We bought groceries & cooked in, used the provided chairs, umbrellas & cooler at the beach & parked a car in the very conveniently located free covered parking space. At first glance the building lobby & hallways don’t look like much but condo, the location & quiet far exceeds those things.

  Fairway Villa 2502 is a perfect, almost-penthouse experience on Waikiki for a family of 3-4. The condo is spacious and well-provisioned in the kitchen and linen closet, and with beach supplies. While its location off the major hotel strip makes for a 10 minute walk to the beach, the benefits are fewer crowds and noise, and easier driving in and out of Waikiki. Don't miss watching the sunset at least once from the pool deck. CCR and building staff are helpful and accommodating.

  This was our first time staying at the Fairway Villas, and we were quite impressed. Our property manager, James, was helpful and was able to check us in early. The place was immaculate and exactly as pictured on the website. The building itself is a bit dated, but everything was in good condition and our apartment was newly renovated. Very convenient to the main drag of Waikiki. We would definitely return here!

  Our Property Manager James was awesome. The rental was in a great location, walking distance to everything in Waikiki. The rental was very bright and open. The reserved parking space was ideal, however, the only small issue was the (non-heating) dryer. Washer and dryers are a huge must for me and my family when travelling. James accomodated our dryer issue so I appreciate that. Would stay here again.

  The apartment itself was spaciou, bedroom was adequate, but the bathroom a bit small.

  My husband and I stayed for 10 nights with our two adult daughters who shared the sofa bed which they said was very comfy, as was our bed. There was plenty room to unpack all our suitcases into drawers and the wardrobe, and store the cases in the wardrobe also. The view was amazing, out to the beach, the city to the west and over the canal and golf course to the north. The new air con in bedroom was great during the day but didn’t really need at night in May as the ceiling fans were adequate for sleeping under. Huge fridge with ice maker. Great dishwasher, washer and dryer. Awesome tv screen in lounge and bedroom. Very well furnished although the roller blinds in the lounge didn’t block the light and as there so many windows it was very light at night so if sleeping there you will need an eye mask. Also quite loud city noise in lounge but bedroom quite quiet. Bathroom was small but very well equipped with hair dryer, straighteners. Shower over bath was ok. Plenty storage for four peoples toiletries and makeup. However the lights above the vanity were very hot. Some non-heat emitting bulbs would be good. The Food Pantry down the road is still operating which was great. Overall loved the room and location was superb. Walk to beach through International Marketplace between Kūhiō and Kalākaua Less than 10 mins. Central to shops and restaurants. Would stay again. Definitely would book with Captain Cook again. James was lovely and online communication with office was always prompt and friendly. Swimming pool warm and clean. Plenty loungers. Bbq spotless. View from the roof incredible. 24 hour security in lobby. What more can I say. Choose 2502, you won’t regret it.

  We were very happy with our condo. It met all of our expectations. It's right on the canal so we enjoyed many morning walks and it is only a few blocks from Waikiki beach. Parking was great. Quiet rooftop pool with gorgeous views. The building is very well maintained and clean! There is a security guard in the lobby 24/7. Our unit was on a corner at the end away from the elevator. No shared walls. We never heard a thing. Definite city noise but we expected that. The a/c unit in the bedroom is a bit noisy but we didn't end up needing it through the night as there was a ceiling fan. Good air flow through the unit with the levered windows open. Captain Cook were great to deal with and it felt more comfortable than dealing with other vacation rental websites we have used in the past. They even called mid way through our trip to check in and see if we needed anything. Excellent customer service ! We would use them again and we would rent unit #2502 again for sure ! Mahalo.

  Fairway Villas is located in what we consider the "sweet spot" of Waikiki. It is near bus stops, a short walk to the beach, beautiful views toward any direction, and an easy walk (or short bus ride) from the interesting parts of Waikiki.
  
  Working with Capital Cook Resorts was efficient, helpful, and pleasant. They provided all the information and arrangements we needed to secure the rental. They had the unit ready to go when we arrived and we had no need to get any help from them during our stay. All essentials were present in the unit. The unit was as advertised and all our expectations were met.
  
  The only down factor is that the nearby Food Pantry (grocery store) is closing in March 2019 to be replaced with (yet another) housing development. We will miss what this business provided in future stays.

  We stayed for 6 days at Fairway Villa #2502. Great view from the 25th floor and easy walk within Waikiki for beach, restaurants, shops and groceries. Check-in was done remotely since we came in around 10 pm from the airport. Very smooth process. Place is easy to find and the parking spot was very convenient (and included). Easy to come and go for driving to Diamond Head, North Shore, Pearl Harbour (anywhere really). Condo was clean and well equipped. Security in the lobby 24/7 and they were nice people doing their job well. Location was safe for walking at night too. As you can see from the pictures, it was spacious enough for 2 people and the opening the windows gave the place an airy feel. Nice and bright. Bed was comfortable, lots of space to store luggage, etc. Grocery store is just down the street. Only small complaint is the noise from the air conditioner ... the AC worked fine, just noisy. It helps to keep the ceiling fans going. Thanks.
