  The unit was very nice and comfortable. Bathroom was small but had all the items necessary. Same with the kitchen. I had to buy a few items since I am partially disabled (grab bars in shower and stool). Roof top was great. Only problem for me was parking due to my disability, could not go up stairs and all parking spots I used had stairs to one degree or another.

  I felt safe staying here because there is 24-hour security and no one can come in like in a hotel.
  The room were all in place, very comfortable, and the view from roof top was great.I would use this condo again.

  We have nothing but good things to say about our rental experience!
  James, our property manager was a pleasure to work with, as were Byron and Hanna!
  James got us new beach chairs when we told him the ones in our unit were broken. We had a red eye flight out of Honolulu and Hanna made sure housekeeping knew we would be checking out late. James gave us the new door code for that day after it changed because it was our last day.
  Someone always answered the phone and was helpful when we called, which was really appreciated.
  The unit was super clean. We have stayed in the building many times before and have had issues with cockroaches in the past but there was not a single one to be found this time! Not that it bothers us too much anyways, but still it was nice to not have to deal with them!
  There were renovations and upgrades ongoing in the building which caused some delays at the elevators, but everyone was polite and respectful, so it was no big deal.
  The front desk security people were phenomenal...found us a wheelchair for my wife's mom free of charge! They helped us out with some bus tips when we were planning a lighthouse trail hike.
  They showed us exactly where our parking spot was for our rental car, which actually used a separate entry than the main parkade because it was the ground level parking area. Saved us from driving around the other five levels and ultimately not finding our spot!
  All in all I would say it was an excellent 31 days in Hawaii!!

  The place was wonderful. James, the property manager went beyond what was expected of him. I would definitely stay here again. The noise was not their fault. It was just some construction. The workers were very polite. We so loved the view of the canal which was entertaining watching the rowing club go by. Bike rentals were a step out the door. You couldn't of asked for a better parking spot in their garage. There was everything you could of thought of in the kitchen. If you stay here, don't miss the pool on the roof where you can see many rainbows. What else can I say?

  We are very satisfied. The bed might needs to be changed, no back support and we felt we were drowning in it. Loved the location, cleanliness, amenities included.

  Loved everything about this condo! Condo management was easy to work with and easily accessible. The unit was very clean and updated. Location was close to everything, grocery store just steps away as well as restaurants and shopping. International Market Place a couple of blocks away. The beach is 4-5 blocks away. They even have beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys for the kids and a boogie board. Comfortable beds and pillows. Washer and dryer in the unit. They had laundry pods for our use. Secure building with a 24 hr guard. Free parking for my rental car. We had a great stay here and I would definitely come back!

  This is my 2nd time renting from Captain Cook Resorts, and I will continue to use them for future trips. The team is very friendly, professional, and responsive.
  
  We stayed at Fairway Villa #914 for 7 nights. It was a great, comfortable unit for my family of 3. It is exactly as pictured -- clean with quality, modern appliances, has plenty of plates, cups, and utensils, has plenty of towels and linens. The lanai included some beach chairs and umbrellas that we borrowed for our beach trips.
  
  We loved the location! The building is away from the noise and busyness of Waikiki, yet in super close walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. We enjoyed easy access to/from the freeways. This unit came with a rare combo that was a "must" for my family: washer & dryer in the unit and free parking.
  
  Would not hesitate to rent this unit again!

  We had a wonderful vacation in this Waikiki Condo. It was clean and well-stocked. All linens (towels, blankets, sheets) were well maintained. It was fantastic to have a washer and dryer in the condo as well. The location was great with just a short walk to Waikiki Beach. The building was very quiet and had a security guard in the lobby. It was also just a couple of blocks away from the Food Pantry (grocery store) which was very convenient.
  
  We would definitely stay at the Condo again!

  This unit has everything for a comfortable stay: big leather couch, recliner, washer & dryer, dishwasher and complete kitchen utensils and appliances-toaster, blender, rice cooker, etc. The view of the Ala Wai Canal from the bedroom was nice. The big balcony was a big plus. And the 29th floor roof top was great for views. The pool and hot tub are small. There is no oven in the unit but we did not need. There is security (front desk) and did not have to wait long for the elevators (3)

  The condo was immaculately clean, and was furnished with high quality appliances and furniture. The bed was very comfortable. The free parking spot was a huge plus as few condos offer free parking in the Waikiki area. I'd never stayed in this part of Waikiki before, but found it to be quite convenient with loads of shopping and restaurants nearby including a Food Pantry down the street. Management was also very professional. Nothing negative to say about this condo unit.

  We stayed for 8 nights in August, great location. It was so handy having the Food Pantry only a stroll away. Having a carpark was very handy too. The condo was well stocked with everything needed. The only negative was the air conditioner was quite noisy and we couldn't sleep with it on.

  This condo was perfect. Modern fixtures and furniture, comfortable bed, nicely decorated, clean, very quiet, AC worked well - it was everything I could have wanted in a vacation condo. The building was well maintained too with 24 hour security, fast elevators and a nice parking spot. The location is also great. It's about a 10 minute walk to the heart of the Waikiki beach area (near the Duke statue). I liked being a little removed from the noise and traffic of the main drag in Waikiki. There is a grocery store at the end of the street and many restaurants in the area. The rental management company was great to work with too.

  We enjoyed the location and amenities of the suite. The upgrades to kitchen and flooring are very nice however the air conditioners are very noisy. Bedroom and bathroom are on the smaller side but one does spend a lot of time in those 2 rooms. We found the larger BBQ utensils and pots could have been cleaner, we washed everything before we used it, someone from cleaning crew should notice this. While having these small concerns we enjoyed the suite and would definitely consider renting there again.

  The condo was as seen in the photos: nice, well equipped and in a good location.
  
  The only comments we gave verbally to James, our property manager, are:
  - the 2 air conditioning units were not functioning
  properly:
  - living room unit had speed fan 'on' all the time,
  - room unit could was producing water even with the correct setting (cool)
  
  - the filter of the 'frig' need it's water filter replaced (not mentioned to James). Because of this we had to buy water bottles since we could not trust the quality of its water.

  We had an outstanding stay in this unit! It's an amazing location. The mountain views are incredible, parking is priceless, and the amenities were wonderful! We were in Hawaii to move out daughter to college so having the washer and dryer to prepare her items were great! James met us at the unit to introduce us to everything, the rental property called to check on us during our stay, and also let us use a late check out as there wasn't anyone checking in on our departure day.

  This unit is great! Updated, fresh, and comfortable. Every unit is different. Other family members stayed in a different unit and it was not nearly as nice as this unit. The deck on the roof is amazing.
