  利便性に優れ快適なお部屋でした。
  我が家のハワイ旅行は「駐車場・キッチン・洗濯乾燥機・BBQエリア」が必須となっていますが、全て揃っており満足がいく施設でした。
  オアフ島訪問時の宿泊エリアは、普段はコオリナを選択しますが、ワイキキも選択肢として広がりました。

  We didn’t get a email with instructions to get in to the building, and we were sent the wrong code for the door. After the frustrating check in, things went much better. The apartment had a great kitchen and plenty of room for what we needed. Close to everything downtown. Having a washer and dryer was a plus, and having a parking spot was ideal.

  Loved this unit! Spacious enough for the three of us. Being within walking distance to everything was amazing. Included parking spot was a plus.

  We loved our room it was clean the bed wwere comfortable and sofa mattress was comfortable as well daughter said. The location is very good 5 mins away from the mall easy to get in and out of the building very well taking care of
  We stayed for 12 night and very good we had a washed and dryer in the room .

  The location was good. Nice to have parking. The condo unit was overall fine. Needed to update a few things, like rusted patio chairs, replace bathroom motor fan (somewhat noisy), replace range, and a couple of old beach chairs. Also, it would be nice to have a A/C control panel that turns off the A/C at a set point. It was always either on A/C mode or cooling mode. The ocean view was nice. The unit was a good size. Check in was easy. The unit served our needs.

  We enjoyed our stay at this condo unit. It was clean, well-furnished and only 5-6 minutes away from Waikiki beach. The building has secure access and the unit had an allocated parking spot in the gated garage. It had free WiFi and the check-in/out was super easy. Communication with the property manager was minimal and that's because they made the check-in/out super easy. A bonus was it also had 3 beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler that we used on beach trips. I would consider staying here again the next time we're in Oahu.

  View was wonderful. Upon arrival we found the bathroom sink dirty and 4 of 5 bathroom lights were out. Kitchen floor was stained and did not appear to have been mopped. Contacted James and he responded immediately to the light problem. Found them to be unscrewed rather than burned out.

  Great accommodations in a really good location. Close walking distance to the beach, restaurants, etc. but without the big beach hotel prices. We really enjoyed our time at the Four Paddles

  We were only in this unit for a week, but found it very comfortable and close to everything Waikiki has to offer.
  We appreciated the contact from Jean, when we arrived and Vincent when we left.

  The Condo was in a great location to walk to beaches, shops, restaurants. Public transportation was right outside the building. Easy walk to everything you need in Waikiki. Nice neighbors too - very friendly. Pool area seems very nice and clean, although we didn't use - kind of a hidden gem but we were too busy. Vincent was a great property manager. Accessible and responsive.

  The descriptions and pictures depict the condo perfectly. We enjoyed every morning and evening on the lanai, which you had a straight on view of the ocean to our surprise. Beach chair were a nice bonus, and we added a boogie board to the next guest.
  
  A couple of annoying maintenance issues. The front large element on the stove did not work along with the outlet you would use to charge your devices.
  
  Also, you might want to watch your toes when walking around the bed. We finally laid a blank around the legs of the bed to soften the impact to our toes.
  
  Otherwise, we could not be happier with our experience. The residence were nice and used the patio. The pool was under construction during our stay, which we were aware it would be closed when we booked.
  
  I would recommend to all my friends.

  A quaint place in a great location! I walked just about everywhere. The staff were great especially Peter at the front desk. My only complaint is that the spa/sauna and pool were not available during the time of my stay. I'll definitely be returning :)

  このお部屋、2回目の利用です。徒歩、車でどこに行くのも便利なロケーションです。チェックイン時の担当の方がとても親切でした。

  The couch needs an upgrade. Other than that no complaints. Everything was good including the egresses from the building to downtown and movies out of town. This is why we came to Oahu for a visit. Kauai has no movie theater. Can you believe it?

  The best part was the view of the sea from the living room. The indoor pool was good. The house was fully equipped with cooking utensils. It is a walking distance to Waikiki Beach. The manager kindly solved the problem when I needed help. One downside was the hair dryer was not good.

  Communication and check in process with the management company was very good. The condo was clean, well stocked kitchen, nice views from the balcony, pool, sauna and work out area were clean and accessible. The location is close to shopping, restaurants and the beach.   We decided to go with a vrbo rental for our honeymoon since we wanted a kitchen to prepare breakfast and snacks. It was very well located to all the main places in Waikiki and also had a parking space.

  The location was in the best part of the city.

  We had a great time in 1606. My kids referred to it as their "Hawaii House." Only complaints are a new set of cutlery is desperately needed (there were only 3 spoons) and a few more kitchen towels would be nice. Will definitely stay here again!

  Waooo this apartment is amazing, simply amazing. The apartment is located in the best area, near of every things. In from of the apartment you can see one of the best hotel The Ritz Carton. The check-in and check-out is very simple. the apartment has everything that you need (all). certainly Captain Cook Resorts is an extraordinary Host, they responded ASP all the time. The view of the apartment is extremely beautiful. the breakfast at the balcony wish this view doesn't have price . the building of the apartment is very good and clean, and good attention of the receptionist. Definitely if you want a good apartment in Hawai (in the best location), you have to stay on this apartment. I will stay here all time that I travel to Hawai. The beach from the apartment is around 7 or 10 minutes waking. Thanks Captain Cook Resorts.

  Great location. Very clean space and the beach supplies were perfect! Chairs, umbrellas, beach mats, came in handy. Bed was really comfortable and the view from the bedroom and patio was amazing!!! The parking spot was a huge plus! Would stay here again.

  This building is away from most of the bustle of Waikiki, and not that close to the beach. But there is still a view, and a pleasant park between you and the beach. The four paddle is small, and doesn’t feel as touristy as other places I’ve stayed. The unit was a bit run-down feeling, though the shower was good, and there was a dishwasher. However, there weren’t enough plates and other dishes to build up a good dishwasher load.

  The unit is in a great location in Waikiki with the beach and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The check-in process was easy and the unit looked just like as advertised in the pictures. The unit was clean and we enjoyed being able to sit on the balcony. Would definitely stay here again!

  This is our 3rd stay at 4 Paddles and the least desirable of the units we have occupied thus far. Unit was clean but needed updating especially shower & bathroom in general. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but would not choose this unit again.
  Also, very disappointed that entire pool area was closed & we were not notified.

  My husband and two teen boys stayed in this rental for 6 nights. It was PERFECT! We had plenty of rooom for all 4 of us. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards in the closet. Laundy and a well-stocked kitchen. The view was by far the best part of the rental. The parking spot available to us was a life saver too! Overall I would stay here anytime I'm on island.

  The location is really good - the views are much better than the pics! You won't regret that part at all. It's amazing waking up to some ocean views. It was a bit disappointing that the lanai and pool/jacuzzi were restricted during our stay, but that was because of building maintenance and not the fault of the host, and the host alerted us to these changes right away. There were some other minor inconveniences, which normally would be super minor to mention, but when you've traveled 18-24 hrs, problems like during check-in would be the last thing you'd like. We were told that someone would let us into the building and into our room, but no one was at the front desk for 20-30 min when we first arrived, so we waited outside for a while until security went back to the front desk. Our key fob was also randomly canceled in the middle of our 5-night stay, I think because the building management meant to cancel another room's key fobs and accidentally canceled ours instead. Also, found a roach on the last night of our stay, and alerted the host via AirBnB message. Good thing we didn't encounter any other roaches earlier in our stay, or we would've been paranoid the whole time. I do understand that property management (Captain Cook) is separate from the building management itself, but some problems kind of arise from that, since they need to communicate with each other - although from my experience, the Captain Cook people on AirBnB (host) and on-site property manager from Captain Cook responded in a timely manner. Overall, pretty good stay and really awesome location. Just kind of wish those multiple minor inconveniences weren't there to make it a perfect stay.

  I have stayed some other condominiums around Waikiki area and believe this condo has the best approaching path in front of its entrance so that we can easily load/unload our luggages.
  
  The view from this room is reluxing enough as we can see the ocean beyond Ritz Carlton.

  This condo was walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the beach. We had inside parking, a good sized condo and a very nice pool. There was good security and we felt safe. The condo had a washer/dryer, good TV, kitchen and it was a good size. It was clean but could use a fresh coat of paint and some updated furniture. The bed was too firm for us but we found a mattress pad in the closet and it helped. We had a partial view of the ocean.

  以前は景観の素晴しさと利便性の良さがお気に入りで利用。今回は7年ぶりに宿泊。
  ホテルが建ったことで、周辺の環境もよくなったと思う。思ってより海を眺めることもでき安心した。食器はお茶碗、お椀、お箸、電気釜もあり日本人には嬉しい。
  部屋のキーが暗証番号式なので、チェックアウトの際、パーキングから車を出してから部屋に鍵を戻す手間もなく楽。
  どこに行くにも立地の良いフォーパドル。
  次回も利用したいと思う。

  The unit itself is as advertised; it made for a good home base during our stay. The building amenities are minimal, but it's location was convenient for shopping, eating out, and getting to the beach. The wifi in the unit is spotty at best. They did provide plenty of towels, kitchen necessities, and laundry and dish detergent for our stay. We felt very comfortable in our place and the view was really nice. There was someone consistently doing maintenance work on the floor above us, so sometimes we had to put up with the noise, but all in all, we would definitely recommend.

  We spent 10nights at Four Paddle#1606. Generally speaking, it was nice stay at Waikiki for us. We could see beautiful ocean through The Riz Carlton. We spent some time at lanai with comfortable wind. The kitchen was full prepeared with coffee maker,mixer,hop-up toaste,ricecooker,4electricstove,dishes,knives & folkes etc. So you could enjoy your vacation at Waikiki. The location was good, it takes a few minutes to the nearest store and you can reach so many kind of shopping malls on foot. One of the most usefull point of this property was included parking fee. The room was kept clean. Wooden floor was also nice. That one just a shame was too complex TV system. It has to be improve asap I hope.

  Me and my wife spend 9 nights in this condo. We loved the location, the condo has everything you need for a vacation. Very comfortable, very secured condo need a key for the front lobby and the same key for the garage gate to open, this was great cause I had a rental car and I was glad it was in a secured garage. They also included 1 free parking which was awesome for this area. The only thing my wife and I did not enjoy about the condo was the day time security guard, he was rude and not very helpful. He needs more customer service training. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

  This Vacation rental was perfect for our family of 3. It was very clean, comfortable and the kitchen and laundry were a life saver. We had to unexpectedly extend our stay and Wendy from Captain cook rentals was very helpful in providing this unit for us last minute. Paul the condo manager met us right at the door, showed us our parking space, helped carry our luggage upstairs and told us all about the area and what restaurants were near by. Should we come to this part of Hawaii again they would be our first choice to rent from. Our only concern with this unit was that it was on the 16th floor, the windows in the bedroom open pretty wide (great for adults looking for a cool breeze, bad safety wise for little kids) We just made sure our daughter was not in the bedroom alone. The balcony was beautiful with an ocean view but again just a safety concern for little ones as there is only one lock on the door handle that opens easily. There was plenty of towels and bedding for both the couch and the large bed. The clothes dryer vents into the apartment but the central A/c made it not an issue. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. There was no plug to fill the kitchen sink to wash just a few dishes but there is a dishwasher available. The wifi did cut in and out, difficult if you want to download anything onto your phone or watch Netflix but the TV had lots of channels. there was some construction across the street but it was only during the daytime, notices were delivered to the door about water and air condition interruptions with time frames that were reasonable. Overall we were very thankful to have this condo and would stay here again and recommend to others.

  目の前がリッツのホテルで、工事中であった為カーテンを開けっぱなしというわけにはいかなかったのですが、ちょうどリッツの間になっていて、遠くに海を眺めることができました。娘と2人での滞在でしたが、快適に過ごすことができました。電球がつかなかったり、いくつか不備もありましたが、担当のポールさんがすぐに対応してくださいました。
  駐車場も付いていたので、今回はじめてレンタカーも利用することができました。
  ただ一つの不満といえば、ベットの枕カバーが臭かったことです。お部屋に洗濯機が付いていたので、すぐ洗いました。

  As return visitors we find Apartment #1606 comfortable, with a well equipped roomy kitchen as well as a good sized bathroom. Nice big comfortable bed! Good aircon. Washing machine/dryer combo within apartment and plenty of hot water! A parking slot as part of the deal is a big plus for us! Good all round.

  Enjoyed the stay, Great Customer Service from Capt Cook Resorts. The Condo had all the necessary cooking utensils, good security on the front building door and apartment door, nice peek a boo view of the ocean, great pool area with BBQ, and great location. My only criticism would be the furniture (table and chairs, and coffee tables) are very worn,the carpet is curling up causing us to constantly trip on it, and the many plastic flowers take away from the suite rather then adding to it. There was some noise from the construction site across the street but not enough to really bother us, and you heard nothing with the windows closed, but then noise is something of a norm anywhere in Waikiki...

  A nice unit, mostly updated and with a nice view although ocean view is somewhat limited. Checking in and out is very procedure driven but property manager was waiting for us when we called, and was pleasant, so check in was quick. Unit could use a couple minor repairs but overall was in good condition.

  This was my second time renting in this building! It's a perfect distance to the beach, restaurants, shops! The staff is great, the place was clean. Compared to my other rental last year, this particular condo wasn't as stocked with a variety of pots and pans, no Tupperware, no ice chest for the beach...I was used to my old condo that was filled in every cabinet with a huge variety!! Other then that, the bathroom is a great size, you still have a view even with the new ritz Carlton outside...we bbq'd, used the hot tub, it was a great experience!!!

  Our second vacation in the same Four Paddle apartment. Having arrived at 9am on an overnight flight from Australia, and feeling pretty tired, Paul at Captain Cook Resorts managed to give us access to the apartment well before the agreed check in time. That was very much appreciated.The apartment was, as on a previous visit, very well presented and comfortable. We have every intention of returning and once again staying in the Four Paddle Apartments. For us it was much more enjoyable that staying in a hotel.

  Being the first time we ventured away from staying in a hotel in Oahu we were hoping that it would be a good experience for us. I am glad to say that it was in its entirety. We arrived at Honolulu Airport at about 8.30 a.m. on our arrival day. Fortunately the apartment had been vacated the previous day, so we were very pleased to be given access to the apartment at about 9 a.m., instead of having to wait until up to a 3 p.m. check in time. After an approximately 10 hour flight from Australia we were quite tired we did not relish the idea of waiting around for hours before being able to check in. Captain Cook Resorts were helpful in every way. Property Manager Paul Tucker was with us as soon as we arrived at the Four Paddle. The apartment was very clean, well furnished and overall very comfortable. The designated car space provided in the building parking floors was very good, with vehicle movements with the parking floors minimal compared to some hotel parking lots. Being on the sixteenth floor the view was very good. Whilst there was major construction going on across the street, with the windows shut the construction noise was barely noticeable. Very impressed, hope to return!

  We had a fabulous vacation in unit #1606 in the Four Paddle building. Everything was available to us to have a wonderful vacation. The unit was as pictured and very clean. All the furnishings and appliances were top notch. We did not have a problem with the construction going on across the street. It was actually very interesting to watch and we were still afforded a wonderful view. The pool and hot tub were and added plus as well as the BBQ area. We made new friends while cooking dinner that shared helpful information with us on what to see and do since it was our first time in Oahu. We will definitely come back to Four Paddle. It has a friendly helpful staff, free parking for 1 car, security and situated right in the middle of Waikiki! Mahalo

  Convenient, Clean, Comfortable - what more do you need for a place to stay. Having a Washer/Dryer was a big plus. Close enough to everything that you could walk all over Waikiki. Exit/return by car was also easy. Nice to have a parking space, rather than looking for "any space" in the garage. Would stay here again.

  This is our second vacation using Captain Cook in waikiki. As usual everything was great and as advertised. Four Paddle is a great building perfectly located to shopping and beach. The Captain Cook staff (Denise, Wendy and Paul) are always willing to help. Mahalo and see you next year !

  We had a great time while staying at this very well equipped condo. The location is superb. Right in the middle of town. Close to the beach. Building works across the road didn't effect our stay at all. In fact we didn't hear it. The only problem we had was that we were unable to open the sofa bed. The management company were attentive when we reported this though.

  A great place to stay...well equipped,clean & great location.Bed linen a bit dated & pillows well past their use by date(very stained).If this was fixed the place would be perfect.

  I love Oahu! We knew what we wanted returning here with a 7 year old: ideal location, close to beach, kitchen and a view. We got it all at Four Paddle 1606! Paul was very welcoming and explained everything. Rooms are good size, very clean. Kitchen equipped with everything you need and more. There were extra clean sheets, beach towels and an beach umbrella. The furniture completed the Hawaiian vacation holiday. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but still in good condition. The sofa also can accommodate 2 people but we didn't use it much. And last but not least- the view! It was simply stunning to wake up with gorgeous view of the Pacific Ocean or sipping coffee or glass of wine on lanai. It was hard to say good-bye to that view. The condo was ~10min walk to beautiful Waikiki beach. We used their pool and they have big patio for BBQ and family gatherings. Everything you need was just minutes away.
  Ok now- noise! There is a construction of ritz-Carlton hotel right in front of the building that started around 7-8 ish until 5pm; and it's sad to think that eventually the view might be gone:( You can't hear anything if you keep the door open. And because the weather was perfect I prefer to have the fresh air. But even at night it's was a little loud and noisy. But we live in a city so we are used to.
  Overall, We loved our stay at 1606. We really enjoyed our time in Oahu and staying here made it even more special. I highly recommend it and I would go back again. Thank you Captain Cook rentals! Aloha and Mahalo??????

  We have stayed in 1606 before and loved it, but because of noise from across street it awoke us early each day. Our only dislike. View was beautiful.

  We chose to stay at the Four Paddle Condos because we were staying in Oahu for seven nights and traveling with children ages 3 and 5, so we needed the extra space. When we arrived our condo was very clean and was stoke with basic household needs such as silverware, towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, beach towels, beach umbrella, etc. Our unit also had an assigned parking space which help cut costs on our trip. Other family members were staying at different hotels that charged a $28 dollar daily parking fee. I also liked the fact that there was a 24/7 security guard working the front desk and that you needed an access card to get into the complex. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the four paddle and would stay there again!!

  We (2 adalts and 2 child) stayed this condo for a week.
  Everything is great!
  Especially, location was perfect.
  It's easy to go to everywhere and not noisy.

  Great place, awesome location and view. Having garage parking, washer & dryer inside the unit are savings. Mainly used the kitchen for making breakfast, since dinner was for exploring the local food.
  Bath towels, laundry & dish washing detergents, salt & pepper, coffee filter were all provided.
  Only issue was that there were ants in the bathroom & kitchen sink (but not a lot) didn't bother me a bit.

  The Four Paddle is a very nice place to stay in Waikiki. We love the location and homelike atmosphere. We rented several units for our Christmas visit and were all able to dine together on the patio level. The grills, refrigerator and sink area there made it so easy to prepare a meal together and share it in a very nice and clean place. We were very pleased and he'd a wonderful vacation.

  What a fabulous place to spend our time in hawaii, it offers amazing views 24 hours a day and although it can be a little noisy (street noise) price you pay for quality location with views to savour from sunrise to sunsets the majority of photos were from here, having all necessities such as fridge and washer dryer made staying here not only easy but also cost effective also look forward to visiting this room again.
