  Thank you for giving me such a wonderful experience in Hawaii !! I was very happy to stay there. It's so nice location to visit any 's located in front of the bus stop. The room is very clean and it has a various kinds of facilities completely for using conveniently. I will come back to there again !

  The condo was lovely and clean. We had a slight hiccup on arrival as our property manager was off - we were able to contact Captain Cook rentals and discover we needed to call the building security to check in, but it would have been good to have this information before we arrived. Overall, it was a good experience and we’d stay here again.

  My wife and I celebrated our 35th anniversary and this place made it even more special. The amenities and location were excellent. We were so close to everything we had planned on doing. The property and unit were everything we expected. Very comfortable for 2 people with all the necessities you need for cooking and playing. We are definitely coming back here for our next vacation!

  The Four Paddle has everything you need to spend great vacation. I enjoyed the parking ,the washer and the dryer and the dishwasher in the unit. The apartment has just been renewed and it is very confortable.

  This is such a beautiful and clean condo. The location was fabulous. To give an honest review I must say it is very noisy at night but if you can get past that you’ll love it. The condo association (Four Paddle) separate from Captain Cook Real Estate was I credibly rude. I believe the security guards were not managed by Captain Cook. The security guards of the condo association were the worst I’ve ever dealt with. As for Captain Cook, they were responsive, patient, and very responsive. Waikiki Beach is very busy, beautiful, and great shopping. North Beach Honolulu is where you’ll find the nest beaches and scenery.

  The company that deals with this rental apartment is Captain cook resorts and they were a bit strict with check-in requirements like covid pretest etc. But after that everything was good. Esp the property manager was reachable at all times and he was very helpful. We used the kitchen, laundry. Bedroom was good. Bathroom and toilet was tiny and it makes sense for a commercial place like Honolulu.
  Very easy to walk (3 blocks from Beach, couple of blocks from Waikiki main street and parking was there for one car)

  We stayed at this property for 9 days while visiting our son and his family who live in Honolulu. The property description is accurate and the location, layout and amenities were perfect. The property is within walking distance of shops and restaurants and the free parking was a great perk. The place was very quiet and we would stay there again.

  always use this property. It is quiet, very clean and comfortable. Location is good and there is parking lot, and is very convenient and recommended.

  Goid location, no view of the ocean. Nice condo interior. This however is NOT a 4 person condo. The fold out couch has a "mattress" that is really just springs covered by a thin sheet. Completely unusable. They should not advertise this as being able to sleep four.

It’s very disappointing to receive comments like this, particularly since to date, this great condo has received nothing but 4 and 5 star ratings. The height of the queen sofa sleeper mattress is 4.5" thick which is standard for a pull out sofa sleeper and sleeps two. We will speak to the owners about replacing it with a memory foam mattress. We understand that mattress comfort is a personal preference, and we are sorry you didn't find it as comfortable as you would like. We are pleased that you appreciated the convenient location, and we hope you will continue to keep us in mind for future stays.

  Great location and affordable condo. Kitchen has all necessary crockery and cutlery as well as pots & pans, bowls, BBQ utensils etc. Condo was very clean and a good supply of dish and clothes washing pods was available.

  We travel once or twice a year to Oahu. Have stayed at various condo rentals but tend to like this one over the others. You get designated parking as opposed to whatever's available or at a cost of up to $38 a day. This condo is quiet, well equipped and conveniently located.

  This is our second stay in this condo with last being almost two years ago. Everything was just as we remembered, and the room was in great working order and clean. The location is perfect - close enough to easily walk to everything and far enough to be out of most of the noise. It is a quiet building with what seemed like mostly full-time residents.

  This spot was excellent. Clean, plenty of room and in a great location. The parking and in room washer and dryer were an added bonus. The TV in the living room was older and not easy to use; we could not sync it with our Roku. Also, the apt is near a busy street, so a noise machine would be a helpful for sleeping. These are minor improvements/suggestions that would make this spot even better! Hope to return next year.

  My family had a wonderful stay at this condo.

  キャプテンクック利用は二度目で、前回はワイキキスカイタワーに宿泊させて頂きましたが今回は、娘家族とのHawaiiで条件が合ったのがフォーパドルでした。
  私達は708#の部屋をレンタルして画像で見たままの部屋で満足しました。
  難点は、テレビの調子が悪くてチャンネルが変えられなかったり写らなかったり...(T^T)
  他は満足出来ました。

  The condo is located in a great location, close to the main shops, 5 min walk from the beach.
  I love how the condo has everything u need- utensils, storage containers, beach chairs, coolers, extra towels.
  The condo has tons of movie channels which is also very handy if u wanna stay in.

  We arrived super late and paul was still able to meet us and show us the suit. The place is exactly like the pics, lots of storage, beach chairs and coolers we can borrow, free parking, lots of cable channels, and lots of bedding and kitchen utensils which was very convenient.

  First time on Oahu, and did we luck out with this rental. Perfect for two people. So close to the beach, restaurants everywhere, with in walking distance to many attractions. Condo is very relaxing and comfortable. The bed is starting to get a little soft, so could be changed out in another year or so. Paul met us upon arrival and took us through the condo and property. Will definitely stay here again������

  Traveled with a 4 yr and a 10 mo old and stayed here five nights. Enjoyed every aspect of the stay and will go back if we visit Honolulu again.
  
  Check-in: Paul, assigned to assist us with the check-in arrived at the property well before we did. The instructions were clearly emailed out in advance. We were actually a little late to reach as we had to stop on our way to purchase some basic food items for the kids. Paul was very friendly, greeted us with a big smile, talked the toddler up nicely and even gave a hand in carrying luggage from the car up to the home. The condo is on the 7th floor and assigned parking spot is in the 4th floor garage. Paul showed us everything around the home and provided the codes to the main door.
  
  Location: About a 10-min stroll away from the beach. Very conveniently located near the shopping area and restaurants. Great location for evening walks and for public transport. We had rented a car, so did not need use that.
  
  Supplies, appliances and cleanliness: Very well cleaned and maintained home. Quite a bit of towels and bed linen stocked up. Kitchen had all the utensils we needed - lots of pans and cooking utensils. And quite a collection of dinnerware. There were even storage boxes which we used quite a bit to pack food for our day trips. Dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, blender, electric rice cooker, clothes iron, television with cable, wifi internet, air conditioner and vacuum - all in great working condition.
  
  General: Nice little condo, just perfect for the 4 of us. Great evening breeze if you leave the patio door open. There was always a security guard at the lobby and all entrances are secured by key fob sensors. Felt safe overall - did not venture outdoors too late in the evenings though. Paul was always available when I called him with questions and had all the answers. Checkout was a breeze - just had to put trash out and then pack and leave.   The condo was awesome. There were reviews that it was noisy because of construction but I did not see that to be a problem at all. The condo was very clean, the building secure, and the location was exactly where I wanted to be. The staff at Captain Cook were super helpful and friendly.

  We stayed at the 4 Paddle in another unit in 2015, and wanted to rebook here due to the great location and included amenities that suit our needs. Jessica, our mgr was nice enought to check us in 1/2 hr early. This unit 708 is nicely decorated, quiet and is exactly as shown in the listing pictures. We would also echo the exact same issues, sentiments and comments as the last guest who stayed just before us. I would also add a few more comments to theirs: The A/C took a long time (8 hrs) initially to cool our unit after checkin, but was okay during the remainder of our stay. The patio door requires lubrication as it is really hard to open/close and does not LOCK. The front door needs some attention, as it sticks and requires a hefty push/pull to open & close. A dish rack would be nice for drying if not using the d/w. My biggest issue was the tiny area for the toilet as we seem to be bumping into both the sliding door and sliding tub doors constantly. This could be alleviated by installing a curved shower rod with a shower curtain to open up the tub/toilet area which would be a HUGE improvement and at minimal cost. The cable was working okay the first week but was flakey the 2nd week with the frequent blue screen of death. However, we really appreciated the included HD PVR that was a welcomed surprise. All of our additional comments above were tolerable and didn't really impact our stay or require any attention from our property manager.

We apologize for the problems you encountered and thank you for alerting us. The A/C had a slight clog, which reduced the chilled water flow and it is now working perfectly. The sliding door rollers have been lubricated and adjusted. Although there was a folding metal dish rack, we purchased a standard dish rack at your suggestion. We are also happy to report that the owners have replaced the dining chairs, bar chairs, recliner and coffee table.   This is our second stay in this condo and for the most part we were very satisfied. The furniture is comfortable, albeit they and the carpets are showing the wear. Once again we had continual issues with the television/cable setup, prompting us to call the property manager on a couple of occasions to rectify. In spite of this we would still recommend this unit. The Four Paddle is a clean secure building, close to the action of Waikiki. Once again we had fantastic service from all the staff at Captain Cook, from the ladies in the office (Denise,Wendy,& Ingrid) to Paul the property manager.

  It was a very nice and convenient location. Rooms were clean and the securities were good. We were happy to have both a washer and a dryer in the room. We felt very comfortable staying here.

  We really enjoyed our stay at Four Paddle. It was comfortable for 3 adults and a baby. And the construction noise was noticeable, but didn't wake up our baby or disturb us when we were at the condo in the mornings. The location of the condo is nice too. It's close enough to the 'center' of things, but still far enough to be quiet and relaxing. It's very clean and comfortable, with towels, kitchen appliances and supplies available. We didn't get to use the pool/hot tub while we were there because it was windy. But the hot tub is a bit small.

  We had a great stay and the condo was very cozy and comfortable. Well stocked with necessities and clean! Building is very quiet and well maintained. Would suggest upgrading a few items (television, blender, & vacuum) as they are older and did not operate very well.   We had four days on O'ahu in Honolulu. We found the condo clean and comfy. It was a great location near shops and able to walk to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is laundry in the condo, which was a big plus. The condo is perfect for two but more than two can be a challenge. There is only one bathroom which is also small. The condo itself is not roomy. The manager was pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed. There is a parking spot with the condo which was important to us as we rented a car in order to drive around the island and to go to the Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor. On the whole I would recommend this condo to a friend or relative as it was exactly as advertised and a super location.

  Our stay at the Four Paddle was very good. The condo was well-equipped for people like us, flying in, not able to bring those extra things ( like beach towels!).   The location was perfect. Paul, the property manager, was excellent to provide great service to our needs. However, he couldn't help us with the extremely soft bed and uncomfortable sofa bed. We had to purchase a memory foam pad to sleep on the floor. Air conditioner was not working for two out of the ten days but Paul contacted a technician to repair it. We used the BBQ on the pool deck which was excellent. I would recommend this property to a friend if the sleeping accommodations were remedied.

  We enjoyed out stay at four paddles # 708. The unit is in an excellent location, very close to restaurants, bars and the beach. The unit was as advertised and was clean and comfortable. We appreciated that it was well stocked with coffee pot, glasses, toaster, etc. The building was secure and the parking was very convenient. The unit could use some upgrades, however. Specifically the furniture and the rugs are older and a little beat up / run down. The BBQ and Jacuzzi tub were nice and the wifi worked well. Not really a negative for us as we didn't watch much TV on our trip but there were only a few channels to choose from when we did want to relax in front of the tube. I suggest updating the picture on the website as the construction across the street completely blocks any ocean view. Although there was construction, we heard very little noise when we had the lanai doors shut.

  My husband, stepdaughter and I went to O`ahu during the 4th of July holiday weekend for a graduation party. Of course, many hotels and resorts often increase their prices because of the holiday. I happen to come across a website that directed me to Captain Cook Resorts and I found Four Paddle. What a fantastic find!
  
  The facility was well kept, the room was wonderful, the service was wonderful, the lcoation was realy good, and we really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and well decorated, too! It looked like some construction across the street - but, probably due to the holiday weekend, it never bothered us at all. Mahalo!

  Wonderfully decorated and very "homey" feel. Great large wide screen TV. Washer and drier worked well. King size bed a little on the soft side and could have been firmer. Nice modern living room couch and not the typical Hawaiian style furniture. Loved the recliner chair. Kitchen was more than adequate. Bathroom amenities quite good. Would suggest changing all carpet to laminate flooring. AC was quiet and worked well. Pool deck is still one of our favourite features as this was our second stay. Would suggest reducing the rental rate after Ritz-Carlton is completed across the street as ocean view will be gone.

Some condos in Waikiki can only be rented for stays of 30+ nights, and those condos typically have lower rates. Other condos can be rented nightly. The Four Paddle condominium has both types of units. We've had to discontinue the discount for monthly stays in nightly units. January is typically the busiest month of the year, and the "monthly only" condos get booked fast!   We have visited this area of Hawaii for the past three years and are very familiar with this location. Our condo was located just one block West of Lewers Street so it is very quick walking distance to the all the main activities in town. Anyone who has visited here knows one walks, takes the bus, trolley or uses scooters. Parking is very limited or expensive, so this condo is perfectly located for walking!
  
  The swimming pool is a little plain, shallow and small. Lanai with 3 gas grills is a great place to relax. This is a condo so there is no restrictions of 'smoking' like most hotels which are non-smoking. This was an issue with keeping our patio door open as the upstairs neighbor smoked all hours of the day/night.
  
  Food in Hawaii is expensive so after one trip to the grocery store (Whole Foods) we decided to eat out, even though we had a well equipped kitchen. Although we did grill on Lanai out one night.
  
  Residents and building staff very nice and we all felt safe in this community.

  Our son and family were very pleased with the accommodation. Only comment was that the unit 708 bathroom layout and door location made it a bit awkward/crowded.

  My wife and I completed our fouth stay at 708 December 2012. We stayed 15 days but wished we could have stayed longer. I lived on Oahu for 16 years in the ealy 70's through the late/mid 80's. So it has been a homecoming for me, being able to share the island with my wife has been rewarding & fun!
  
  The condo has everthing you will need, the location is fabulous, the price is fair, with secure parking in Waikiki were all strong selling points! Plus there is access to the pool & the view from the lanai at 708 is great...! We have already booked our next stay at 708 for November 2012!

  My husband and I invested alot of time into finding accommodation which ticked all the boxes-and it was time well spent.this condo has it all,location,amenities,and perfect surroundings.the others staying at the condo are friendly,considerate and quiet.we couldn't find fault with our stay.

  We loved our stay in Four Paddle 708. The unit was very well equipt and clean. Great location, one block back from the main shopping street and two from the beach. HIghly recommended!

  Paul was great. We had a couple of hiccups on the first day, TV sound troublesome and the AC was not working. The TV sound was fixed within a short time of arrival. The AC was fixed the next day. It turned out the owner had a problem with the AC, but evidently this was not passed on to your group. I would presume, had you known, you would have confirmed it was functioning prior to our arrival. Otherwise, a very fine rental. It met our expectatons. Having secure onsite parking was fanstastic. I had not rented in this fashion before, so I was somewhat nervous. Thank you Paul for easing my anxiety. Would definitely book through you again.

  We loved our stay at Four Paddle #708. Whether walking or driving, this fabulous condo has easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Very quiet, safe and secure building. This condo is well equiped with all the amenities like home. We especially liked the extremely comfortable bed and the view. Our family would return to this accomodation anytime. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a great place to stay while vacationing in Hawaii to check this condo out. Thanks for great memories! We hope to return in the near future.

  We stayed at this condo just a pleasant short walk to the ocean beaches and evening entertainment. The rental included free parking, free wi fi, free TV cable, washer and dryer, full kitchen, great view of the city and ocean. It was a cozy home away from home

• When we arrived from the airport Kevin was waiting for us and it was a very warm welcome and took us to the condo . He was so informative telling us about the place . Everyone From Kevin, Chica and the security personnel was so nice and informative

  We rented a condo rather than staying at the Hilton for a conference. We had a parking space for our rental car, free internet, a washer/dryer, full kitchen-all for less than the daily Hilton rate. We had great views, were able to walk to the ocean shores and shops of Waikiki. We were able to drive away from the heavy traffic flow when we explored other parts of Honolulu and Oahu. Bathroom was a little small and there were a few dead bugs but otherwise a great place to stay. I would rent this condo again.

  We were in the heart of the action. We rented a car so having a parking stall was great. We could barbeque every night while our kids went swimming in the pool. We had every convience we needed in the Condo. Even a blender so I could make my protien shakes every morning. This place wasn't missing anything. We loved staying at the Four Paddle 708. Lots of fellow Canadians as well so we had great chats around the pool and barbeque.

  My family and I stayed 9 days here and would recommend this location highly. It is central and just a short stroll to the beach.
