February 2023 January, 2023日後に12日間滞在We were booked for a total of 35 days but because of cardiac problems with Darlene we were forced to return to Canada and cut our vacation short. This proved to be the right decision as Darlene had stenting of the left anterior descending coronary artery that was nearly completely blocked. This was carried out in Winnipeg MB on Feb 12. Needless to say we were reluctant to leave your comfortable suite in the Ilikai.We were pleased overall with the suite. We had to buy extra cutlery and additional wine glasses but this was the only minor deficiency.

A very good accommodation I would recommend to anyone

My family and I were able to comfortably enjoy our trip at Ilikai #341 and enjoy the clean interior facilities and the surrounding scenery. I am willing to use the same accommodation on my next trip, and I liked it enough that I can highly recommend it to anyone. Perfect location, surrounding infrastructure, parking at no extra charge, resort fee and tax, etc. This is the perfect accommodation.

I was very happy with the communication. My questions were answered really fast and we were able to check in early as well. The view to the marina from the lanai was very nice. The unit is big enough and the kitchen is functioning. I would definitely come again.

Relaxing Getaway

The Hawaiian Aroma on the first floor of the hotel was great for picking up coffee and muffins!!! The hotel location was perfect for catching the bus!!! The parking space that comes with the room is a real bonus!!! Paul Trucker was always available to help with any questions we had!!! I would stay here again on my next trip to Honolulu.

Book without Hestation

It has newer more modern vibe than the other units in the property. Amenities were perfect for vacation needs. Large outdoor patio area. The property manager was easygoing and very pleasant. It is perfect if you are renting a car as it comes with parking!!!

May Stay

Highly recommend the Ilikai #341 We'll be back :)
Alex W. から United States, 15. December 2021 December, 2021日後に9日間滞在The Ilikai has it all!!! We absolutely loved the location of the condo along Waikiki. The short walk to the beach was close enough, without being too deep into the hustle and bustle of the busy tourist area. We can't emphasize enough, the convenience of having all of the shops and restaurants in the lobby of the building. Being able to run downstairs to grab a bite to eat, pick up a coffee, or find medication was extremely useful. The room itself also exceeded expectations. The space is larger than a traditional hotel room, which enabled us to spread out and store all of the gifts we bought without feeling too cramped. Being on the 3rd floor does allow for more noise to be heard in the room, but for the most part, the sliding glass doors did a decent job muting most of the conversations happening in the courtyard. Being able to hear some of the music being played was actually kind of pleasant. The major plus, is that the room comes with a reserved parking spot in the covered garage beneath the building. Most other locations along Waikiki either don't have parking, or charge a ridiculous nightly fee. We also have to highlight how pleasant Paul the property manager was to work with. He was very responsive every time we called and made every effort to accommodate us. The only note I would make clear to future guests is that the laundry is a coin operated communal shared machine with the rest of the floor, so you don't really have free access to wash your clothes whenever you want. We honestly hope to stay at the Ilikai again on our next visit to Oahu.

The location was great, easy walk to a lot of places. We loved the Sunday night live music, could hear from our patio, until a neighbor lit up marijuana:(. Would I stay again, maybe. The price was good for what we got.

Great Place for Waikiki visit

We had a car and knowing exactly where we would be parking every time we returned was great! Overall this unit is clean and well furnished with the basic stuff you’ll need for a few days trip.

Great value
Brighton US, 07. July 2021 June, 2021日後に7日間滞在For the price it's a bed, shower with AC.
The pull out bed sinks to the middle because well it's a "pullout" which is hard for two people to sleep on. There was also a weird smell that after 4 days we tracked down to be coming from the kitchen sink.
The shower pressure isn't very good but I think this is normal as our other stays have been the same. It is good enough to get the job done. :)
The view from the balcony was worth it getting to see the sunsets from it. For those who are light sleepers it can be noisy. There is loud music and car traffic at times of the day/night. Didn't bother us but just a warning for others.
Over all for the price I'd say if it's only two people this is a great value. If there are 4 adults I feel for whoever draws the pullout. The AC in the room worked really well. There were others who we talked to that had issues.
It is close to shopping and restaurants if you like things you can eat at home. The good food is usually a drive somewhere else.Response from Captain Cook Real Estate

Then Covid hit and I thought we would lose our money. But we got a full refund the same day. I was impressed by that. And thought we would definitely give them business for the next time which was this April. Paul is the condo manager and was very accommodating and friendly.
This condo was very clean and comfortable. Had many amenities of home. The view was great of boats, water and overlooks a large patio where on weekends there is music and such, which was done by ten pm. The location is near by everything you’d want . Beach, mall, many stores and McDonald’s just across the street. Be aware that bread is about five dollars! My husband and I were the ones using this place. The closet is very small, and the door track gets stuck. But there is a large dresser we used. We loved our stay here. Great Location

The location is great as well, right on the beach, close to Ala Moana Mall and a short walk to Waikiki shops and restaurants. The kitchen has everything you need and the balcony is nice for eating breakfast and dinner or just enjoying the view. Premium Real Estate in a great location.

Perfect for what we needed!

Having a kitchen to make breakfast and included parking were great. My only small complaint was that it felt like the check in process took a long time because there was an issue with the parking pass. Otherwise totally fabulous experience!

Very comfortable bed and the room was very clean although is starting to show it’s age in evidence of wear and tear, but all in all, a very nice room. Great location, unit as advertised

Tight for a family of four but we knew what we were booking as we were only staying here four nights. Pullout couch was lumpy. Ok for the kids but adults would appreciate a better mattress or a memory foam topper to make it more comfortable.

We were able to walk to all attractions, in the Waikiki area which was great. Checkin process was very easy. Unit and furnishings are a little dated but was clean so it was fine, This is a a very large condo/hotel complex so it is quite busy. The AC unit is quite noisy and hard to regulate the temp and though we prefer to keep the Lanai doors open to get the ocean breeze, we couldn’t because the courtyard which the unit overlooks was always busy and noisy. In the future, I would probably choose a much higher floor unit.

部屋やクローゼット、引き出しの中も清潔、トイレットペーパー、キッチンペーパーも十分ありました。手洗い石鹸とボディシャンプーはありますが、数回分なので持参をお勧めします。キッチンの設備や道具は揃っていますので、料理をするのに十分です。包丁は切れないので、持参した方がスストレスはないです。

There were so munch things available i tne condo. The location was awesome.The property management was exceptional.Paul was so helpful. He was waiting for us at our arrival. Great location and management

Any extras we needed (towels etc) were easy obtained by calling one of the managers. Paul also let have a really late check-out because no one was using it the next day.

Swimming pool was out of commission and would have liked to have known before booking. There was no toilet tissue or beach towels when we checked in after 3:00 and management had to be called. Wish that owner/manager would consider leaving spices since I am sure everyone buys and leaves them.

Xmas 2016 trip

The best part was the kitchen, view and the new carpeting. The only recommendations are for replacement of the bathroom towel rods and and caddy in the shower. Rods kept falling off and the caddy was rusty. The sofa bed was a bit dated and a challenge to open/close. We would definitely return there for our next trip.

It is in an excellent location next door to the Hilton Hawaiian Village. There are an abundance of restaurants in the area and Kalakaua Ave is a few minutes walk. The Ilikai is fully equipped as well including a pool, 2 restaurants, a convenience store which is more like a supermarket, a beauty salon, a gift shop and several other stores as well. Definitely recommend this unit for a couple looking to stay in the area!

A Wonderful Experience

Great Condo, Amazing View, Well Equipped

We found the price extremely competitive and the view of the sunsets over the marina worth it. Parking included was a great bonus (considering most places are $25-30 extra per night) and allowed us to have a rental car ready to get out of the city when needed. Hilton lagoon is right next door and easy access to Waikiki beach and restaurants. Lots of beach towels provided.

Close to everything

Our greeting was handled professionally and we were blessed with an early checkin on our arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with dish soaps etc enough for our stay with little extras like laundry soap, a beach bag and plenty of towels and linens. Over all a peaceful stay on the marina with a pool and short walks to the ocean and restaurants.

Ilikai getaway in Waikiki

March 2016 March, 2016日後に8日間滞在We have stayed in differing locations around the Island in everything from resorts on the beach to studio condos, but by far the unit at the Ilikai was the best value. The room met average standards for cleanliness in Wakiki, and the decor itself was a bit better than other privately owned units we've stayed in before (although the unit did show signs of wear and tear common in these types of units). The location is a bit farther from the heart of the Wakiki strip, but we don't mind walking and enjoyed our strolls down the beach boardwalk. The unit is close to the Hilton Village which is convenient for catching live music in the evening and expanding your dining out options. The pool was sufficient and the unit had bonuses such as beach chairs, boogie boards, and a mini ice cooler which came in handy when lounging on the beach. The property manager was helpful and allowed us to check out late at no extra charge when we ended up having a late night flight out of Honolulu at the end of our trip. Overall it was a fantastic stay. Be sure to catch the torch lighting ceremony at the Ilikai for a bit of nostalgia; the same gentleman has been lighting them for 52 years!

Ilikai Studio Rental

The kitchen was appropriate for meal preparation. We ate many meals on the lanai. The location allows you to stay in Waikiki without a car. Everything is within walking distance or public transportation is right outside your door. It was very well maintained and clean. Our property manager was very helpful. We would stay there again and recommend it to anyone. We would recommend new sleeping pillows for the bed, and carpet cleaning.
