2024年に全面改装された、角部屋2ベッドルーム・1バスルームの好立地コンドミニアム。ビーチまで歩いて5分も掛からない絶好のロケーションにあります。ニイハウ・アパートの外観は少し古く見えますが、セキュリティーの整った鍵付きエレベーターから中に入ると、床から天井まで全面おしゃれな内装にリフォームされたばかりの清潔感のあるお部屋となっております！全室にスプリット式エアコン完備、無料室内Wi-Fi、フルキッチンも完備。プライベートラナイでは、海からの風を感じながら、ドリンクや食事をお楽しみいただけます。キャプテンクックリゾートが管理する二イハウのバケーションレンタルの中では唯一、敷地内の無料駐車場1台分が含まれます！

Perfect stay!

It's clean, has everything you need, and the 2 bedrooms worked great for our family of 4. Definitely would stay there again.

Amazing Stay

The apartment, while small in square footage, had everything we needed, and made for a magnificent vacation to Honolulu. Beds were comfortable, the much-needed air conditioner was great (three mini-splits in the unit), the shower/bathroom was perfect, plenty of towels, the kitchen had everything we needed, including a combo pod/pot Keurig.
And I can't say enough about Captain Cook (the company that owned the unit). Our contact was Vincent, and, although we never met in person, he was there anytime we needed him by text or phone. He even called once while we were out to tell us that someone was in our parking space, and asked for us to tell him when we were heading back and he would have the vehicle removed. (The vehicle was gone by the time we started back...owner of the car left on his own.) Hats off to Vincent! Communication was better than in any place I have stayed.
The location was excellent. We could walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby, so we could come "home" in the evening and didn't have to leave in the car again until our adventures started the next day.
The only negative was the parking place. It was such a small area that we couldn't even turn our car around, so we had to enter forwards and exit by backing out. We managed, though, and were glad to have a parking space.
Overall, our vacation was fantastic, and this unit was a wonderful place to come back to after our daily journeys around Oahu.Response from Captain Cook Resorts

Our amazing Hawaii stay at Niihau
West sacramento, United States, May 2, 2025 April 2025に4泊滞在The whole process of booking and checking in was amazing, I forgot the lady name that helped me when I was booking the place but she was super helpful, nice and patient with me since I had some issue on my end when I was booking and to arrival of the rental Vincent was super amazing with texting me when our rental was ready and how to get the keys and overall if I had any questions he was super fast at responding! I felt super safe since they had camera all around and you do need a key to get upstairs so no one without could enter and the unit itself is super beautiful inside and beds are comfortable and I love how big and spacious the unit was also the only downside was the shower drainage was a little slow for the water to go down but it’s expected for the building since I stayed at another unit in the building before, beside that everything else was amazing and we enjoyed our stayed since it’s super closed to the beach and stores!

Great location, but a little noisy
Pleasanton, US, April 11, 2025 March 2025に5泊滞在Very close to beach, shopping, and stores. Parking was great. Unit was super clean and recently renovated. Everything worked well, including AC in all rooms.
The only downside is that the louvered windows don't keep exterior noise out very well, so you can often hear music or people talking outside. Any neighbors just out side the door are clearly heard through the bedroom windows as well.Response from Captain Cook Resorts

Great Location, Clean but small.
Boulder, US, August 12, 2024 August 2024に4泊滞在We loved the location. We had great instructions for check-in. It was a small space. It can be quite noisy at night. The glass windows don't provide much of a sound barrier. But there's great food, shopping, and the beach very close by!
