  We had an amazing time at this vacation rental. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and made for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—quiet, convenient, and short walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Our host was incredibly responsive and made the entire experience seamless. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

  Condo was clean and adequate for our needs. Location was good. Lots of construction currently underway. The parking pass was confusing. Something in writing would have helped us a little.

  Unit central to shopping and beaches. ABC store and restaurants very close by as well as car rental opposite. Excellent. Two bedroom, air con, would stay again.

  This condo was nicely decorated inside and well maintained. It has a small, fully stocked kitchen. It was in walking distance to everything in Waikiki. It was a perfect vacation rental for a family.

  We have stayed at several VRBO’s in Hawaii and hotels on Oahu and we really enjoyed this location since we did need a 2nd bedroom this time. The location was great and there were nice touches like chairs, a cooler, and snacks left by the host. We were able to walk to all our favorite places in Waikiki which is always a bonus! Parking was close and convenient as well. And we were able to watch the Hilton fireworks from the comfort of the lanai. Thank you!

  My husband, myself and our two kids (teen and preteen) stayed here for 9 days. The location is really great. It’s a short walk to the beach and to a number of shopping locations and restaurants. Our eldest loves city life so he really loved the location. The condo itself is well kept and had all the little details to make the stay easy (dish liquid and dish washer tablets, laundry tablets, towels, beach towels, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, bathroom toiletries and even a bidet! The outdoor area is a nice place to spend some time when not indoors or out and there were enough things to watch on TV when some indoor downtime was needed. There was free WiFi in the room and there is an included parking pass although we didn’t use it. The property manager was wonderful and responded quickly when a couple of our plastic key cards broke. The space was clean and a good size for the four of us but with one bathroom would probably be tricky with more people than that. We did see a few cockroaches but honestly I feel like that is expected in a tropical climate. They were small and not at all abundant. If we were ever to come back to Oahu we would definitely stay here again but I think I’d break the trip into North and South to get away from the city a bit. All in all, the condo was great and so was Captain Cook.

  This condo is located in great area on Oahu. It’s very convenient to restaurants, beach, and shops. There is a bus/trolley that you can take to get to the shopping center and other places. The unit had everything we needed for our stay and a few extras like the treats and bathroom accessories.

  We had a great stay in Waikiki! Parking was super convenient. We could see the Friday night fireworks right from the balcony! We appreciated the well equipped kitchen, and they thought of everything we might need in the condo. Property manager was very prompt, helpful and available to us. Thanks for a memorable trip!

  We had a lovely stay at your unit last week on Oahu. Fortunately for us, this was not our first stay here. We knew we would have luck again! The condo was clean, quiet (quiet enough for Honolulu/Waikiki) is in such an excellent location and love that we have a parking lot nearby and spaces in front too. The convenience of the ABC store right next door lent itself to quick trips for necessities. Did I mention that many hotels and restaurants are nearby for a quick cocktail or a long, delicious meal. We can't wait to return- soon! Malaho nui!

  Received a warm greeting from Paul and a snack basket was waiting for us on the table. Condo was in excellent condition and very clean. All the amenities were provided. Perfect location--close to everything. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the world go by below and the rainbows above.

  My wife and my kids were very pleased with this vacation rental. From location in Waikiki to the ease of check-in to the cleanliness this place was awesome. We definitely will be staying here again while in Oahu. Paul was super cool and easy to deal with. Very satisfied with this rental and they deserve a great ratings.

  We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. It could not have been more perfect for our family of four. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked well and convenient to make some of meals. The patio was a great hang out spot to enjoy our morning coffee. My kids loved the boogie boards and beach equipment that was provided. Overall we had an amazing experience in Hawaii and look forward to coming back again soon.

  The condo was clean when we arrived. All you need in the kitchen and bathroom essentials! Lots of towels, beach towels, boogie boards, one snorkel mask, two beach umbrellas, 4 beach chairs and even a little cooler! Really close to the beach, Starbucks and ABC store for things you may need in a pinch! Free parking lot with access card.

  For a family of five it was the perfect size and location. You are right in the middle of everything in walking distance. There are plentiful shops and eateries for breakfast lunch and dinner. Beach access is just a small walk away, beach service available with so many rentals . After being on the road you come back to such a beautiful place to relax on the lanai in front. We sat many a night outside watching the hustle and bustle on the streets. Lahaina shaved ice is nearby and you are above 2 restaurants and a souvenir shop if you don’t want to walk to far. The condo itself is super comfortable with everyone having their own space. There is a washer dryer combo on the 2nd floor and you can take the stairs to utilize it. Overall it was just a beautiful convenient place to stay . Highly recommend it to anyone with a small family. Checkin and checkout were so easy as well. Was sad to leave but thankful we choose the right accommodations for our family vacay.

  Apartment 31 was fantastic for our recent family trip to Hawaii. The apartment was spacious, extremely well equipped -there was literally everything we could’ve thought of or needed, which made travelling with a toddler enjoyable! The location is also great, an easy walk to the beach or stores. The treats left for our arrival were a lovely surprise after a long flight. Thank you!

  Our 4 adults group trip had a great time in this condo. The location is amazing with walking distance to the beach, shopping centers, restaurants, etc. The condo is on the tight side for 4 adults but it's got everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying breakfast, etc. Would recommend!

  The condo was a few blocks from the beach and a few blocks from the main shopping strip and Waikiki Beach. It was clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrellas, and an ice chest for the beach. We enjoyed our stay in Honolulu and visited any places such as the Polynesian Cultural center, Diamond Head, Manoa Falls, Waimea Bay and falls, Pearl Harbor and many beaches. It was a great family trip and the condo was perfect for us.

  Condo was in a great location! Few blocks from beach and from shopping area in Waikiki. Condo was clean and well stock with supplies for our week stay.   Our family of 5 stayed at the unit for 2 nights and wished we would have had more time. The location is a convenient walk to the beach, and shopping. Our unit also had a parking pass that was a short walk around the corner. The unit was equipped with beach chairs, a cooler, and boogie boards. Our teenage kids enjoyed the PlayStation. There were linens available for showering as well as the beach. We did not use the laundry during our short 3 day, 2 night stay, but there are coin machines available. The check in process was easy and the property management staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a great stay and we would return if given the opportunity!

  This rental was in an amazing location close to all things hawaiian beach restaurants and shopping are just in walking distance. The apartment was clean and tidy enough space for the 5 adults to be comfortable. Everything you could want or need was there plus beach chairs and umbrella. And a gift on arrival of hawaiian cookies and chocolates was a happy surprise. Would stay again. Very happy thank you.

  very easy checking in and out. Manager Paul was very helpful. The unit is clean, offers beach chairs surfing board, and enough towels. very convenient location, close to beach, restaurants, shopping. And it is on a small road which is quiet.

  Wonderful, clean rental in fantastic Waikiki location. Unit had lots of extras in the kitchen and beach toys which was super helpful. Two block walk to the beach and all of downtown waikiki shopping. Beachwalk is a relatively quiet road, considering it’s proximity to the bustle. Loved the Fort DeRussy beach!

  I’ve been at this location twice and I’d gladly stay for a third time! It’s right between my two favorites things to do: eating and shopping! The beach is a short walk away which is very nice. Highly recommend!

  This was a lovely, clean and modern condo with all amenities provided. The location was fantastic and it was free from traffic noise at night. The free off site parking which was located close by, was a bonus and thoughtful touches from the owners such as umbrellas and boogie boards to use were a nice touch.   Great spot for a family. Everything you need including beach equipment, bags for the store, cooler, fully stocked kitchen. Quick walk to the beach and front row seats to Friday night Hilton fireworks. Quiet and efficient AC as well. Only a slight downgraded on location since the back patio off master bedroom was not too pleasing overlooking an enclosed parking lot and dumpster but otherwise a very comfortable stay.

  This unit was very comfortable and despite the location (being in the middle of everything), it wasn't too noisy. The beds were cozy and the rental had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

  Due to the awesome location and provided amenities of beach stuff and well stocked kitchen, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We did not need a rental car for beach days or shopping and dining. The space was cozy but fine for 6 of us. The ABC store downstairs was super convenient and the host was perfectly attentive. I'd stay here again for sure.

  We had a good stay and it was enjoyable using Captain Cook Rentals again. Condo was very well furnished. New pillows could help but that is minor. Would recommend this condo.

  Very clean. Very close walking distance to the beach and central to shops in Waikiki. Condo was packed with all necessary amenities and many extras like beach toys and equipment. Would recommend to others! Customer service is only available by phone, but
  they are easily accessible and helpful. Nearby free parking was in a nice location, a real bonus for the price!

  We had a wonderful experience at the Regency Beachwalk in June. I grew up in Hawaii but my parents have moved away so there's no home base for me when I'm back home. The Regency was an excellent option for our family with teenagers - when I took our one car, they could go to the beach, go shopping, go out to dinner, etc. without me and walk. The parking included in the outdoor Hale Koa Hotel parking lot was super accessible and it was always easy to find a spot to park. The condo is clean, pretty spacious for a two bedroom in Waikiki, and the location on the edge of Waikiki is perfect for getting beyond the touristy area to do more "local" activities.

  My family and i really enjoyed this rental. it has AC which i found out isn’t typical with rentals in hawaii. everything from the appliances to the decor was high end and we had everything we could have needed for our stay! the location is a block from the main street with all of the high end shops and upstairs from restaurants. the free parking was definitely helpful. I would recommend to friends and family.
  Paul our property manager was definitely welcoming and helpful.

  The unit was very nice and clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The location was absolutely perfect and within walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again on our next trip!
