  We were meet at the complex for check-in by Paul. He gave us a run down of the unit and area.
  The suite was beautiful, quiet and located in a short walk to everything you can think of.
  When we are back we will be staying here again.

  Really enjoyed our 8 night stay in April/May 2025. The apartment is lovely with everything we needed and is exactly as advertised. We especially liked sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The location is excellent, close to the beautiful beach and also the busy shopping and eating area. For us, the parking was outstanding, being a short few minutes walk away in a large open parking lot to which we had access at any time of the day or night. Lastly, the property agent Paul was helpful and friendly.

  Place was clean and plenty of towels. The location was fantastic.
  The door does not close automatically and was left unlocked until we found out.

  Staff on the Front Desk at The Regency on Beachwalk were very friendly and helpful. Great location. The elevators are quick and clean! A few things we weren’t expecting.The doors on the hotel room close with a loud BANG ! During the day it didn’t worry us as much but at night and when people are checking in after midnight this can be a little frustrating. When the table and chairs on the lanai are moved there is a very loud scraping sound you can hear. This hotel has an ABC shop below and 2 restaurants which makes for easy eating after a big day of shopping or sightseeing! Overall if you don’t mind noise and are a heavy sleeper this hotel will suit.

  We could not have been happier with our stay. We were a little concerned about parking. But it was a close walk and plenty of spaces to park. Our room overlooked Beach Walk street and was amazingly quiet. The room was clean and offered all the appliance of home. We never used the provided beach gear but, it would have been nice if our trip was not focused on leaning about the island.

  Very, very clean! The owner was very nice and helpful. Free parking was a big plus for us. Perfect location along the Waikiki Beach area. The rental had everything you would need to make your stay comfortable and cool! We had a wonderful time!

  We were super pleased with our pick- we looked at many properties before we settled on this one. One block to the beach and restaurants + shopping. Property has everything you need: chairs, beach toys, umbrella and the huge deal for us was free parking one block away- we could come and go as we pleased- many of the parking lots at hotels you pay a bundle daily and then pay again if you take the car out on the same day. Kitchen was stocked except I didn't see any frying pans (unless if I missed them)- I'm sure if I called management they would've ran one over right away. They were very accommodating!

  Overall it was really good. A few issues with phone line and communication, but overall a nice place to stay if you want to be in the heart of Waikiki. We walked to Walmart/Target in 25 min, lots of places to eat, shop and close to several beaches all within 10 min walk. Staff in Hotel is AAA, very helpful and friendly. Would stay again in a heart beat and recon to anyone looking for a nice place. Lots of dishes, pots and pans, beach items and over 100 TV stations for those wanting to just relax after a day at the beach

  I had an amazing stay at Regency on Beachwalk #32. The property was super clean, very well furnished and equipped, and had an amazing location. It also has a very large lanai. It was so convenient that it was wiithin walking distance to so many stores, restaurants and of course the beach. The property manager was also super professional and was a great help to me..   We really enjoyed our stay at the Regency. Wonderful location. Close to so many restaurants and stores. The condo has everything you need for a good experience at the beach. The lanai overlooks a street that has a good vibe. We will be staying here the next time we visit Waikiki.

  We had a great time. The location was awesome. Close to all shops and food locations. The parking location is a five minute walk from the hotel. The only time we had a hard time finding a parking spot was the Saturday. The Property manager was very helpful.

  Beachwalk location is perfect. A block walk from the beach and walking distance to everything even to Ala Moana. The room was clean and comfortable but too tight for a family of four with teenagers (babies/toddlers would be best or even for a couple). We had a good stay in Waikiki at the Regency.

  Check-in was smooth and easy. Free parking was surprisingly convenient and very close by. The skyview from the lanai was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay. The tonkatsu restaurant downstairs was a must. It was nice to have the ABC store downstairs as well.

  This rental was perfect for my husband and I. We stayed here for about a week, and the condo was well appointed and spacious. We appreciated the beach chairs, which we would use at the nearby beach or throw in our car to bring to other beaches on the island. We were also very happy with the access to parking, which was easy to get to and convenient. We would stay again.

  We loved staying at the Regency on Beachwalk. Close to our favorite restaurants & entertainment. We stayed twice this year at this clean well maintained property & will definitely be back as it has everything we need . Parking is near, never a problem finding a space, is a plus. Easy check in & manager Paul a gem. Mahalo

  Apartment in a great location.
  Really enjoyed our stay - found the stove top kettle annoying (had to use it a lot for boiled water for baby) and took too long but overall a great experience.

  Regency on Beachwalk is fantastic a gem in the heart of Waikiki. Very clean, wonderful large lanai, all amenities you need and the car park is a real bonus. Paul was amazing- check in and out was super easy. We will definitely come back.

  I love staying at the Regency on Beachwalk I was there at Christmas 2021 with my girls and decided to return for my birthday in April 2022 I love the location and how it is conveniently located to shops, restaurants and 2 1/2 blocks from the beach.

  Having our daughter at the University of Hawaii gives us the opportunity to enjoy the island and let her show us around her new home. We were back at Regency on Boardwalk for the 3rd time and again it did not disappoint. Wonderful amentities, comfy bed, lots of room to spread out and make our week all it could be. Not a fan of the 4am trash truck twice a week, but other than that, we love the location and room. Mahalo��

  This property was fabulous. The unit was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of towels for the three of us. The only negative thing I could say is the kitchen is barely stocked with dishes. One must wash each dish after every meal or there won't be any to use for the next meal. So, having the dishwasher was really unnecessary. The off site parking was easily accessed. The property is only a couple of blocks from a very nice beach. The property manager was easily reached whenever you needed it. I loved that the unit had AC. Our family stayed at another property near by without AC and it was uncomfortable. The unit is very close to all sorts of businesses. Be sure to visit the restaurant across the street, the Wasabi Bistro! We had the best dinner there from all the places we tried! You will LOVE your stay at this property!!!!!!
