Great location!
Ginger Y. から Painesville, US, August 27, 2025 August 2025に9泊滞在This condo is just on the outskirts of the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, and walking distance to many shops and restaurants; and a short one block walk to free parking and the beach. Beach chairs were a plus! 15 minute drive to Hawaii Pacific University made it convenient for moving our daughter into her dorm room and then going back and forth for visits. Property management was professional, detailed, and responded in a timely way. While the place was very clean and tidy, it could benefit from some paint updates to give it a fresher look. Additionally, the slider windows/wall to the two-bed bed room sheds early sunlight into the room.

We loved our mornings and evenings on the balcony. We stayed for a week as a family of four and never felt crowded. We rented a car for the week, they offered free parking just 100 yards away. It was clean and had all the cooking supplies we needed. Great management, easy personal check in. Highly recommend.

Second time at a Captain Cook property and we're just as happy!

The location is wonderful - easily walkable to all the shops, beaches, restaurants, etc. on Waikiki. Quiet at night so you can rest after a long day of touring. The complimentary parking location is very convenient, a 1-2 minute walk from the unit (at most). If/when we return to Oahu we'll stay here agin.

Great condo in the heart of Waikiki

The parking lot was right across the street, there is a place right by the entrance to load and unload which made things much easier when packing up the kids to head out. It is very centrally located, the management is very easy to contact and is responsive.

Hidden Gem perfect location

The Regency on Beachwalk is a small complex with only 7 suits per floor, we never had to wait for an elevator, it was quiet and we had a great view. We could see the HHV fireworks From our balcony. The condo’s were very spacious, clean and modern looking. Captain Cook rentals was amazing, everything was so seamless from the booking to the stay. Communication was brilliant. I would highly recommend booking through them , I travel to Hawaii every year and will definitely be booking with them again.

Good Location & Nice Management
Kokubunji, Japan, October 3, 2023 September 2023に7泊滞在ワイキキの中心部で海にもショッピングにも近く、真下にはABCストアがあり、とても利便性の高いコンドミニアムです。建物の出入口には昼間はoutriggerの受付の方が常駐、夜は玄関が施錠され部屋のカードキーで解錠して入るのでセキュリティは良いです。
駐車場は2ブロック西側の大きな一般駐車場でKalia Road に出入口があり、
駐車場からコンドミニアムまではトランプホテルの脇を通れば徒歩2、3分、出入自由のカードを貸してもらえます。

Our stay at Regency

It's a great location to watch Friday's Fireworks as well. The parking was a short distance but manageable. The laundry is right outside the door and has been converted to use the Wash App. Paul our mgr was also easily reachable, explained our check-in and checkout procedures, and answered all our questions.

Great place to stay

Enough room for all and the convenience of having a kitchen was good. The laundry right outside the room was a bonus. A very easy walk to the parking lot, it was much closer than I had expected. Check-In and Check-Out was simple.
Dealing with Captain Cook Resorts was easy, they are very professional.
Its hard to beat the location of this condo.
Will definitely rent this condo again.

Great Location and includes Parking!

Stuff for the beach is on the terrace, incl umbrella and chairs. Laundry was convenient just outside the front door. We rented a car and the in-and-out parking was convenient a block away. We drove to many beaches outside of Waikiki during our stay and would highly recommend renting a car to fully take advantage of everything on Oahu. The Capt Cook rep was very helpful and always available. Would recommend the shave ice place on the block, Japanese restaurant in front of building and the craft ice cream across the street at Henry’s place. ABC stores right downstairs for beer, snacks and other necessities.

Wonderful stay

It was centrally located to everything from the beach, to great shopping to the university, which was the reason we were visiting. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of the management company. They were very easy to get in touch with, they were extremely helpful and even when we needed a few extra hours at the condo they were happy to accommodate us. Overall I would recommend this condo and we even look forward to staying there in the future.

Nice and cozy place

One thing we were a bit disappointed was that palm trees towards ocean had became taller than the pictures and the view was very partial ocean view and it was a little difficult to control the temperature of shower. However, generally we enjoyed the stay very much! We will definitely come back!!!
