  I loved the owner who wants to care of guests! Thank you so much.
  If I would say something about bad, the toilet lever is too hard to flash... and we couldn’t find bathroom exhaust fan turned on. I guess it’s broken.
  The location and view was great, we may comeback here.

  初めて利用しました。キャプテンクックさんの対応もよく、問題なくお部屋に入ることができました。また、チェックイン時間より早めに入れていただきとても感謝しております。お部屋は、とても広く調度品もきれいで、キッチン用具なども充実しており、非常に満足いたしました。オーナー様からお菓子やミネラルウォーターのプレゼントもあり、ありがとうございました。今回、レンタカーを借りたので、駐車場が無料で使用でき助かりました。また、機会があれば、ここのお部屋を利用したいと思っています。

  The view of Diamond Head was amazing! This properly is located towards the end of the busy Waikiki area which was nice. There were beach chairs and boogie boards to use which we used and thankful for. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals there. There is also a mini mart on the first floor that has some grocery items that you might have missed while grocery shopping. The air conditioning is in the living area which kept it cool, but the bedroom area was still on the warmer side even though we didn’t close the doors. The unit is smaller than what it appears in the pictures. For our family of three, it wasn’t a huge issue just a little tight. There is laundry facilities on property. It costs $4 to wash and $4 to dry. You have to use coins or download an app (US or Canada users only) to pay. We enjoyed our time here as our home base to explore Oahu. Thank you!!

  35階からの前に遮るものが無いダイヤモンドヘッドと海の眺めは素晴らしい。ベッドからのこんな景色は初体験です。
  リニューアルされた部屋はとても綺麗で調理器具なども豊富に用意されています。唯一残念だったのはシャワーの水栓が使いにくかったことです。

  まず、キャプテンクック・リゾートのご担当の方が大変日本語でお上手で、部屋の説明も丁寧にして頂き、とても安心しました。今回宿泊したお部屋は、何度かワイキキバニアンを利用したお部屋の中で一番と言っていいくらい清潔感があります。生活用品等も充実しており、8日間の滞在期間はとても楽しく過ごすことができました。このお部屋を所有されているオーナーの方からは、素敵なお手紙とお菓子の詰め合わせのプレゼントを頂きました。ありがとうございます。またハワイに行く機会があれば利用したいと思います。

  I have stayed at the Waikiki Banyan several times, and the view from the room was fantastic. The room was fully equipped, and I was able to stay comfortably without any inconvenience.

  The condo’s location was unbeatable. Close to Waikiki beach with tons of restaurants around. I like the brand and the quality of all cookwares. Having a PS4 with games was heaven for the kids after a long day. The property was well maintained and immaculate. The only thing I wish they had was a salad spinner. Communication with management was prompt and the check-in process was efficient and easy. I would not hesitate to come back.

  We spent two weeks in Waikiki and part of our time was spent in this condo. We were greeted with a wonderful welcome gift and found the condo to be well stocked compared to some other condos we have stayed at in the past including a fair amount of towels. The balcony is quite high and took some adjusting to and as mentioned in other reviews the fact that the aircon is in the main space means it doesn’t flow as well into the bedroom if you want to separate off the two spaces at night. Overall a very enjoyable stay and I would stay here again.

  The description of this condo was spot on. Breathtaking every day! Easy walk to the beach.
  This condo is loaded with amenities and no need to shop for anything extra- kitchen, bath, and beach supplies galore. The parking is a bit tight in the garage but worth it because it's free. The interior hallways of the complex are a bit outdated but this room was not. Great condo location.

  窓一面に広がるダイアモンドヘッドが素晴らしい。
  毎朝夜明け前に起きてラナイで歯を磨きながらダイアモンドヘッドの朝焼けを観る 素晴らしい景観です。
  
  設備についてですが、トースターでパンを焼いていたら火災警報器が鳴るのをどうにかしてほしい ラナイで窓を閉めて焼いてました。

  Great unit with amazing views to wake up to. Also has some beach equipment which is a nice bonus. The unit was very clean, but there is mold around the side edges of the sink that should get cleaned up. The bathroom smelled a bit strange but that might have been because it didn’t ventilate well. Aside from that, I’m glad we picked this unit to stay at. Everything is walking distance from the hotel and the cafe I the hotel has good breakfast items when you’re in a rush.

  Great place to stay. Check in was easy and condo is in a very convenient place of town. You can walk to pretty much everywhere. My only complaints are that there was construction going on upstairs on Saturday with tile saw and jackhammering which we weren’t told of so we just left for the day. The other is that there was no coffee grinder in the condo so we had to run out again and get grounded coffee. For these reasons, I gave it a 4/5 stars.

Had we been informed by the building managment about any renovations, that info would have also been provided to you, but that was not the case. Each condo is provided with Dishes, Silverware, Cookware (including tea kettle & rice cooker) as listed on our website so all guests have this information, however a coffee grinder is not.   We loved the location of our rental unit. It was a short block and a half to the beach. Chairs and umbrellas were provided along with beach towels. The unit itself was perfect. The view of Diamond Head and the ocean was stunning! We had plenty of room for the 4 of us. The furniture was comfortable as were the beds. The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes and utensils. Parking was convenient. We didn’t use the pool because the ocean was so close and perfect for swimming, however that area was recently redone and looks very nice. We loved the walkability of our location and would stay here again!

  We loved staying in this unit! We did not need a thing-this place is stocked with everything!! Very clean and attractive with a gorgeous view of Diamondhead! A short walk to the beach and the Waikiki strip with lots of restaurants, shops, and nightlife!!
  
  The washer and dryer are just a door down and you pay by downloading an app and adding some $$-very convenient! The washer wasn’t working when we were there so we just buzzed down a floor.
  
  Lots of people coming and going in the building, and it was well-lit. We never felt unsafe. Parking was always available and it was nice the cost was included!
  
  James was awesome to work with and check-in and check-out were a breeze! We will be back!! Thanks for a fantastic stay!!

  Everything about this unit was exceptional. This included the welcoming package from the unit owner (thank you). You cannot beat the view of Diamond Head that greets you as you enter the unit. The balcony offered a couple of nice chairs and a small table. There were beach chairs and an umbrella available for us to take to the beach. Sofa and chair in the living room were comfortable and there were ample channels to watch TV, if you have down time. The beds were comfortable with loads of pillows and bedding. The bathroom was perfect with an interesting interactive toilet. The kitchen was of very high quality with high end appliances, counters and stools. The unit was spotless when we arrived. The Waikiki Banyan is a mere 5 minute walk to the beach and there are many beach front restaurants to dine at during a stay at the Banyan. Check-in, including parking, were simple (just follow the instructions provided). Even though this is a big building, elevators were readily available when you needed one. Finally, a convenient washer and dryer are located in a room adjacent to the unit. We will definitely look at staying here again when we return to Oahu.

  The views are very nice. The unit is great. Just one hiccup is there is no separate AC unit on the master bedroom, if you want to enclose the room with the sliding doors for privacy. We had to use couple tan to make it more comfortable as it got hot during the night. Property manager was very helpful and professional. The hallway isn’t very desirable, so it was a nice surprise to walk in to a nice open unit. If you use it as an open-concept studio unit, this would be great, if this is what you’re looking for. It’s couple blocks away from the beach, about 5-min walk. It’s not exactly along the main strip, but still close to other restaurants and convenience store nearby. Overall happy, nice views, but probably wouldn’t stay on the 35th floor again (thank goodness we were close to the exit).

  This was a great apartment to rent and has a great view of both diamond head and the ocean. It was very well stocked with supplies for cooking and even beach chair, umbrella and boogie board! Our only complaint is with the overall facility itself. The carpets in the hallway looked old and a little dirty and the walls at the bottom of the hallway appeared to have had the molding pulled off but none was working to replace it. Alsowhile there were plenty of spots for parking the parking garage was VERY difficult to navigate in the SUV we rented, the ramp turns were very tight and the parking spaces very small. The rental itself was very easy for the check-in/check-out process when we left we just had to clean our dishes and that was it! This was a very nice place for our family of 4 to spend 8 days!

  Amazing rental home with everything you need stocked. Would definitely recommend for any families with kids. Very nicely upgraded and very clean and organized. Very close to Waikiki Beach. Amazing view as well from the patio.

  10数回のハワイですが、眺めは一番よかったです。ダイヤモンドヘッドと海が一度に見渡せるのはびっくりでした。備品は充実しており困ることはありませんでした。お皿類が充実してるので非常に助かりました。あとゴミ捨て、ランドリーも近くかなり便利です、部屋からでてすぐ数10秒くらいです。ランドリーの空き確認が楽でした(笑)。リフォーム後だったのかかなり清潔で快適でした。トイレは日本人には嬉しいシャワートイレでした、これはポイント高かったです。気になるエアコンの音ですが、高層階なので、あまり暑くない時は窓をあけて切って&#

  The property is located in central Waikiki. Starbucks, restaurants, shops and Waikiki Beach are just minutes away by foot.
  The unit is brand new, beautifully and tastefully remodeled and decorated. The owner include many thoughtful items that made our stay wonderful (shaving gel, makeup remover, soy sauce, salt and pepper to name a few). The ocean and Mountain view are incredible.

  部屋からの眺めは最高で、ソファーに座ってもベッドに横になってもキッチンからもダイヤモンドヘッドが良く見えて癒される!キッチンの設備は使いこなせない程色々揃っていて文句なし!包丁もナイフも切れ味抜群!ベッドルームとリビングに扉があって仕切る事が出来、尚リビングからベッドルームを通らなくてもバスルームに行けるのはとても便利!部屋の掃除も隅々まで行き届き綺麗で気持ちよく生活出来る!ただ気になったのはエアコンの音!!でもまたお借りしたいお部屋です。6日間お世話になりました!MAHALO☆
