  This was a beautiful apartment with a great view of Diamond Head! It was exactly as shown in the pictures! The management team was super quick to respons to any questions and I had a great exeprience working with them! I would definitely stay here again on a future visit!

  This place really has everything you need for a great stay. It has all the pots, pans, silverware etc. you will need. They also provided beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella. Easy to check in and check out, all done via text. The condo itself looks just like the photos and the view is beautiful. Also, the AC, shower, and ice maker all worked great. I wish my ice maker at home made that much ice. Thank you!

  宿泊はいつもバニアンです。
  予約手続きは親切で丁寧で、現地スタッフも丁寧で優しいので
  いつも安心して予約をお願いしています。
  難点と言えば、エレベーターがなかなか来ないことぐらい。
  部屋からの景色、居住性、全て満点です。

  Had a lovely stay in #3601. Absolutely perfect location for beach and restaurants / food trucks. Check in was made extremely easy with great communication throughout.
  Welcome package, boogie boards, towels etc made it very relaxing.
  Only downside was that the pool was non existent due to renovations but that is out of the owners control, though would have been nice if it had been communicated. Bathroom door also did not close BUT owner said he would have it fixed ASAP if we wanted (we didnt need it).
  Would definitely recommend a stay here.

  Condo was very nice. Clean. Walking distance to several places and beach. Welcoming note from the owner. Access instructions were so easy. Any questions we had were very quickly answered by the contact we had been given. Can’t say enough about the customer service. Exceptional! We’d definitely stay here again.

  This is our third time renting this property, as we come yearly for the Honolulu Marathon. It suits our needs very well - The location is ideal -it's very accessible to the beach & the downtown core, etc. The unit itself is very well maintained, very quiet, and the manager is very helpful. Each time we have rented, we are greeted with an array of Waikiki treats -Cookies, chocolates, other baked goods, coupons etc. A very nice touch. :) Thank you so much!

  The interior was clean and tidy, and everything was equipped. For example, beach towels beach chairs, sun cream, tennis rackets, and cooler were prepared. Toothbrush and toothpaste were prepared by individual and hair shampoo was not enough because only one was given for travel size. Washing was good to be done on the same floor, and payment can be made by coin or credit card. During my stay, I was comfortable and very happy . and free parking.

  Hawaii was very relaxing, magical. Our condo was very nice and had everything we could have ever needed. Very clean is a must for us, and that it was. I would highly recommend this place. The card and goodies waiting for us when we walked in the door was very nice, we thank you Aloha!

  It is uncommon to find an unobstructed view of the sunrise, Koko Head, Maunalua Bay, Diamond Head and the whitewater of Waikiki from one perfect lanai. The place was immaculate, which we always prioritize. Its ammenities included all the extras. We even used the collapsible rolling cart. Free and secure parking was a thrill to boast about. I was nervous about the payment up front for our six nights, but everything was as smooth as could be and I mean everything. No issues -- and I almost wish to keep this place a secret. I will select this same property on my next visit. I will adjust my plans if it's not available, for when it is available.

  Fabulous apartment, stocked with every little thing you would need to make it feel like home. Comfortable beds, plenty of seating if you have visitors, and lots of space to store all your items. Just one thing missing would be a drying rack to put wet towels and swimmers on to dry on the the balcony!

  everything was perfect: location : 1 block from beach;apartment clean and beautiful. With all necessary gears : not only pots, pans, utensils, bread toaster, toiletries, but also : beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards. Appreciate the snacks and goodies.   The unit was okay. Just never received the requested towels. There were not enough for a family of 4 for 5 days. Other than that, u it is small but had mostly everything that was needed. Bathroom was a little small and shower water pressure was low. Elevators at the Banyan take a long time. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

  The condo was very clean and in a great location to walk to a lot of local spots as well as the beach. You have a great view of Diamond Head and the Pacific from the balcony. The condo was a bit tight for four adults, especially with one bathroom, but we didn’t spend much time inside so it did the trick for our needs. The kitchen was wonderful and equipped if there is an interest in cooking. We had a wonderful time on the island!

  Had a wonderful stay at the Waikiki Banyan. My family have often stayed at the Banyan because we love the less busy location yet still close to everything in Waikiki. The condo was beautifully furnished, clean, modern and well equipped. The welcome snacks from the owner was a nice touch.

  This is our second time staying at this lovely place. We travel to the island twice a year to move our daughter in/out of School. Tried to stay here last time but was already booked. It's very clean, cozy and welcoming. The parking is free which is key for this area. The beach is only a block away with a Starbucks on the corner. Thanks again for the lovely time spent here.

  Staying here in this rental Condo place was an incredible experience for us. All of us have been many times before and had stayed in different places, which were no comparison to this one. Anything and everything you would need was available for us. We enjoyed the amazing view, hanging out in the roomy suite and then having the bedroom separated was a great idea. Up early every morning and not bothering anyone was great. Not if, but when we do go back to Waikiki we will plan our dates with availability for this specific Condo.

  Outstanding. Everything worked. the snacks, the beach chairs, the boogeyboard were all nice unexpected touches. Location is great. Clean. Parking is essential and excellent. The windows could use some black out blinds for the bedroom as it gets pretty bright by 7:30.

  The place was walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. This condo was renovated so it was modern, kitchen had everything and very clean. Parking was very convenient, just go to the upper floors because it is so tough to park in the crowded bottom floors. We rented a car and explored Oahu beaches. The condo was large enough for 4 people, with large eating counter space. The only inconvenience we had was doing laundry. There is one shared per floor so we had to go through 5 floors looking for an open one. (...wish it didn't rain and wind for 4 out of 7 days though.)

  Generally, the two of us enjoyed our stay in this condo: The kitchen was modern and worked fine...view was stunning...lots of extra beach gear...convenient location...and the price reasonable.
  A few minor complaints: The mattresses are very soft...basically shot. The floor needs to be wet-mopped between guests...the shower walls need to be scrubbed.

  Great location, clean unit, nicely renovated. No a real complaint but we found it a bit tight for 4 people - no places to unpack/store food during our stay as there are many kitchen amenities filling the cupboards (good thing too). Anything you could need is in the condo.

  Nice rental great location. Elevator had issues and kids were stuck in elevator. Security was helpful but still stressful. Other than that great stay. Nice to have beach chairs and umbrella.

  This location was perfect for our Spring Break getaway! It is a block from the beach, which was great - a little bit removed from the bustle of the main tourist strip, but close enough to access easily by foot. We also walked to the zoo, and enjoyed watching the Siamangs from the lanai in the morning with the binoculars we found in the unit. The layout was great with the sleeping quarters separate from the living room so that our son had some space to himself if we were watching tv. The unit is very well appointed with recreational equipment (tennis, basketball, yoga mats, beach wagon, beach cooler, chairs and umbrella; even beach towels!). The space is a bit compact, but there was certainly enough room for the 3 of us. The unit had everything we needed for a few meals in, and it is a quick drive to the grocery store and to access the main roads if you’re doing any touring. Overall, I’d stay here again, in a heartbeat! The management team was responsive and very hospitable!

  This condo is nicely updated and in a very central location. It was clean and well stocked. The building is quiet and despite being on the 36th floor the elevators were fast and available. The view is stunning. It was perfect for our family of 3 (including a young child). The check in and check out were smooth and the manager was available by phone and text.

  EXCELLENT is the word for this rental. Perfect location, close to all amenities, a short walk to the beach. The property is very well kept - clean, bright, modern and quiet. Beautiful views. Management on hand to answer your questions. Our stay couldn't have been any better. Can't wait to return.

  The property was located just a short walk to everything on Waikiki beach. The included parking was great. The rental was clean and had lots of extra amenities. We really appreciated the beach chairs, boogie board, umbrella and small cooler. There were also things like first aid kit, sewing kit and bathroom amenities that we didn’t need but were a nice touch.

  The condo was great. Very well stocked with everything we needed. The 36th floor offered great views of mountains along with an ocean view. Easy 1-2 block walk to the beach and restaurants.

  The unit was exactly as described, the property manager was excellent, the unit had everything we needed plus a few extras that weren't listed such as salt and pepper, plastic wrap, laundry detergent - presumably from previous renters but nice anyway. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view. The unit was refurbished at some point in the past, showing a bit of wear but only cosmetic details that did not bother us at all but may bother some pickier renters. The AC was a bit noisy but that was expected. We tried sleeping with the door open one night to reduce the noise which was nice, but had a visitor pigeon in the AM checking out our kitchen lol. Another night the alarm went off and we started evacuating, we got down to the 5th floor before we ran into a jam but were soon told we could return to our rooms. We hadn't really considered that when choosing a high room, in a real emergency it's a looooong way down. Regarding the building, yes it's a bit dated and there was a problem with one of the spas while we were there for one of the days but the building still had everything we needed and more. The common area had a number of bbq's that cost $2 in quarters for use. There were a lot of security guards which is a plus, however I felt that sometimes they were a bit rigid with the rules at the pool (ie telling another group their water bottles couldn't be within about 10 ft of the edge of the pool, and another time they told a little boy he couldn't throw the ball with his dad in the pool). But still very friendly to everyone. We did not check out the little store downstairs but we did get a coffee from the coffee shop one morning. We didn't see any pastries as the glass case was covered so cannot comment on the food available. The parking garage is very tight as someone previously mentioned, so rent a small car! Or better yet just walk, everything you need is close. We are very happy with our stay and will definitely stay again.

  Waikiki Banyan #3601-T1 was perfect for us! The view was outstanding. All the amenities and more are provided in the room. The property manager was extremely helpful. Will be staying here again!

  Our vacation rental was idea for me and my sister. The condo has 2 queen size beds and were extremely comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. Location was great if you like being near Waikiki Beach. We also liked that we were not charged additional fees for parking. I highly recommend this unit when traveling with a friend or family.

  We had a wonderful stay at property as described. Beds comfy, pull out comfy too. Well stocked kitchen with cookware. Bring own spices. Very clean. Door code lock easy no key. Free Parking perk. Great communication with property manager.Nice close to walk Waikiki with restaurants / shops.

  This condo was absolutely perfect! So close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach! The condo has everything you need from beach chairs to boogie boards. The view from the condo was amazing and you could see diamond head. There is also a coffee shop in the lobby which is nice.

  Really enjoyed the rental. It is stocked with everything you could need. I did not give 5 star only because I found mattresses on the soft side, so have slight dips. Could sleep but would prefer it be upgraded. Would definitely stay again.

  This unit was 100% accurately described. Apparently recently updated. All furnishings were first class, appliances new and beds were comfortable. The location is very convenient to the beach, bus stops and dining, with many convenience stores nearby. I would recommend this unit for a couple or small family. As returning guests of Captain Cook Vacations and the Waikiki Banyan, we knew the layout of the building, parking, etc, but would suggest a better orientation from Capt Cook for first time guests rather than the "no contact" approach due to COVID restrictions. Mahalo!

  We had a good time in this condo. It’s spacious enough and has everything you need in the kitchen to cook your own food.
  The only negative point was the AC, which is quite noisy since each unit has its own AC unit in the living room. Airflow was also low, so it takes a while to cool down. But that’s how nearly all condos/rooms in Waikiki have AC installed, so not gonna count it against this great spot.
  The condo also had TV, PS4, Amazon Prime, Netflix, boogie boards, beach towels, tons of pillows, yoga mat, etc. It was great. Wife and kids were very happy with it.

  Our stay in the condo at Waikiki was amazing. The location was located blocks from the beach. We walked to Diamond Head, up to the lookout and back. The drive to Pearl Harbor was easy.i would recommend this location and specific condo.

  We had a wonderful time in this condo. The photos provided accurately depict the place. The appliances are modern and the view from the balcony is beautiful. The location is only two blocks from Waikiki Beach and intersects Kuhio Ave., a street with lots of great places to eat. We will definitely stay here again.
