  We had an amazing vacation staying at this beautiful condo! Great views and location couldn't have been better. We loved walking out the condo to be able to cross the street to the beach. Well stocked kitchen for preparing any meal.
  We loved being able to use the beach chairs, umbrella and boogie board.
  Definitely would stay here again.

  This is our 2nd year in this rental unit. We love the location, layout and view. The valet service is wonderful.
  This year, the appliances are wearing out. We spoke with the prop manager, but none of the issues were addressed during our 3 week stay.
  This reduces my experience a little.

  Beautiful property with plenty of space for 5 adults. The condo is centrally located in the heart of Waikiki and directly across from the beach. The valet guys were all so helpful and very nice. We were not able to enjoy the property's amenities as the deck was under repair but looked lovely for once they reopen.

  We were a group of 6 (Me, my wife, by 3 sons... ages 20, 18, 15, and my mother-in-law) and this place fit us so perfectly! The view and balcony alone were just fantastic! We were not cramped at all with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The full-sized washer/dryer worked great! This place leads right out to the street in front of Waikiki Beach. Everything was clean and in good order. The valet parking was excellent. The pool was under repair while we were there, so that was a little disappointing, but that had nothing to do with this unit. We have stayed in 2 other really good places in Waikiki in the past couple of years. This was easily our favorite. The management of the place was incredibly easy to deal with (although, we didn't need anything after we settled it... it was already in great shape).

  It was absolutely beautiful, the view from the apt, the closeness to the beach, the activities around it, the restaurants, etc.
  It just needed to be dusted a little bit.. If they get more luggage stands is more convenient specially if you are traveling with your whole family.
  I will definitely stay there again.

  まず気になる点、改善してほしい点を書きます
  エアコンとゲストバスルームの換気扇がかなりうるさい、セキュリティーボックス横のコンセントが壊れていて電源が入らなかった事、ソファーベッドが古く恐ろしく沈み込むこと。
  以上が気になったポイントです
  全体的な老朽化は否めませんが清掃などは行き届いており立地やパーキングも付いているなどコスパ的にはとても良いと思います。神経質な方には向きませんが私自身はまたリピートしたいと考えています

  The beach tower is on a great location. The unit was very clean and nice and had everything we needed. The unit could use some updating. Check in was ok but it was weird that we had to call from the airport and meet someone to let us in. Would have rather had a code or something. The unit was very expensive and I’m not sure it was worth it-might stay further off the beach next time. Oahu is wonderful, though!

  Location was perfect and had plenty to do. Beach access was easy and close. We spent 4 nights at this location and it was a great experience. Plenty of shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. The valet was a huge bonus and made it very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

  So many things were great about this rental! The location was the absolute best. Right in the heart of Waikiki and easy to walk up and down the boardwalk for shopping. Also, walking out from the entrance of the building to go right across the street to the beach made it easy to pack for a day of relaxing by the ocean. We saw so many people walking several blocks to get to the beach and we were so glad we didn’t have to do that! The beach chairs provided in the condo were an extra bonus and convenient. The staff at Captain Cook was so nice, accommodating, and very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. No stress arrival too - they brought our luggage and all of our groceries up for us. The view of the beautiful ocean from the balcony was heavenly everyday. We enjoyed every meal on the patio dining table listening to the waves, watching the boats, and even seeing some dolphins occasionally. We had no issues at all with this rental, highly recommend this place!

  We really enjoyed our stay. I especially enjoyed waking up to the awesome morning views from this place. It was easy to get to around Waikiki from here, as it is centrally located. The place is comfortable,but does look newer in the pics. The balcony area was perfect for our family of five to sit and enjoy the evenings. We used the valet parking included, and the staff was friendly and prompt.

  This place started my celebration of wonderfully. The view was spectacular. If you want to stay in Waikiki, this is the place to stay. It was clean, with very nice amenities! Easy access to beach, restaurants and shopping. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

  This condo is centrally located is Waikiki making it easy to walk to most restaurants and stores. The view is amazing and the staff at the building is very accommodating. There is a building in front of this building that detracts a bit from the view but it does not block the view in any way. The beds in the twin bedroom were not very comfortable and there were some stains on the carpets. Neither of these issues would keep me from renting this unit again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the unit to be very convenient and loved the balcony!

  What an amazing and memorable view from the property the moment you walk through the door! There was plenty of space for our group (including luggage!) and the rental had good facilities (washing machine, tumble dryer, kitchen appliances etc). The hatch window between the kitchen and balcony was great for passing food and drinks through. I also liked the fact that you could open the windows for fresh air. The use of the pool and showers on our last day (after check-out) proved invaluable. The property manager was always contactable and very helpful. The use of the hospitality app was a good addition to the overall experience.
  Highly recommended and would definintely rent this property again.

  Our stay at Waikiki was tremendous. The condo is right across from the beach - you cannot get closer - and every amenity is within easy walking distance. The condo was very comfortable with great air conditioning as well as terrific ocean breezes. The beds were very comfortable; the showers had plenty of hot water and good water pressure; the staff were exceedingly helpful and easy to reach. My family of 6 would return here without hesitation. The best part of the stay was 6:00 AM beach time - there were very few people out and the surf allowed for fantastic snorkeling directly across the street from the condo. What could be better than a Mai Tai and that view!!

  Spectacular view and a great location. Walk off the elevator, pick up your beach towels and walk across the street to a protected, sandy beach. Byron, our property manager, was very helpful. The condo was immaculate inside and out. Our only issue was some of the furniture was abit worn, especially the cushions on the lanai and the living room sofa. Bedrooms are carpeted and could use a spot cleaning. Would we rent this condo again? Yes!

  This place was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were friendly and greeted my family every time we walked through the door. I don’t think I will ever stop talking high praise of the staff. The unit itself was perfect. You walk out to the balcony and see the ocean. You could watch the sunset every evening from where we were. This place was so perfect that my fiancé and I want to buy a unit in this building so we can have the staff year round. The location couldn’t of been any more perfect.

  Me and a group of friends travelled down to HI from AK for a softball tournament. I had some buddies who arrived early and the building and host were more then accommodating. They were able to check their bags in at the lobby and were given access after 3pm to the condo. The condo is in a great location, having the ability to park a vehicle without having to deal with the street meters or expensive valet was also very nice. The building has a gym, yoga room, pool, and hot tub. There is an ABC store out front and multiple restaurants nearby. The beach is just across the street and the views from the condo are top notch. Would definitely stay at this location again!

  We had a wonderful experience with Captain Cook and the condo. The staff at the Beach Tower was amazing and so friendly. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely rent this condo again.

  Friendly staff, nice location, good view. Overall was pleasant. COVID restrictions on pool were overbearing at times. Place could use a fresh coat of paint and tweak on the furnishings.

  We enjoyed our stay, the only down falls were the pool reservations with COVID families were only allowed 1 hour and you weren’t allowed to book 2 hours together. We are a family of 7 so this was no ideal for us at all.

We were sorry to hear that the Lobby staff, which is not part of Captain Cook Resorts, was not accommodating to your request regarding pool reservation time limits. Your vacation rental is privately owned and not under their building managment. Waikiki Beach Tower is following its own COVID-19 guidelines for safety and fairness to all guests.  We understand how frustrating it may be when things don’t go as planned and we apologize for the inconvenience. This location is directly across the street from World Famous Waikiki Beach, and we hope you took advantage of this while unable to utilize the pool.  It is very disappointing to receive low marks for our management services, particularly since these requests were out of Captain Cook Resorts control to remedy. We value you as a customer and hope you will keep us in mind for future vacation plans.

  This unit was everything we could imagine and more. No shortage of kitchen appliances, plates, etc. bonus to have a blender! View was incredible and location was perfect. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

  The condo is pretty much as depicted by the pictures. It's a really nice and modern space in a great location on Waikiki Beach. Communication was timely from start of rental experience to the end. We would definitely consider staying here again when visiting the area.

  Great position over looking the beach and walk out of the apartment reception and you have about a 20 m walk onto Waikiki Beach. Great to be able to move around the apartment and not feel like you are on top of each other. The kitchen is handy for saving money breakfast in the morning and leftovers for dinner. Sitting on the Lanai in the morning and evening just makes you feel like you never want to leave Hawaii. The pool and spa are great and are not to busy. The gym and yoga room are a great addition and can be exercising while over looking the beach anytime of the day, what a great backdrop. We love the BBQ's but make sure to book early as they fill up quickly.

  We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come again. Byron was awesome and we enjoyed his conversation while he gave a tour of the building. We appreciated Byron ensuring that the room our son would be sleeping in had the twin beds converted into a king bed. He loved it!
  
  The view of Waikiki Beach from our lanai was great! The kitchen was equipped with every appliance needed for family time when we decided to cook and stay in. Everything was in good working order. The bathrooms were both clean and equipped for our stay. The washer/dryer was a nice touch too. We utilized the pool/jacuzzi area and gym. There is a bbq area you can utilize but you must reserve it with bldg management. Next door to our condo was Eggs n Things and Kai Coffee which were a plus! WiFi worked well and a ton of cable channels satisfied all of us. The parking space was included and our car rental appreciated that. lol In closing this was one of our best trips and Captain Cook Real Estate made it happen. Thanks Wendy and Byron!

  バイロンさんもとても親切でした。しかし、洗面所の水を流す栓が故障していました。事前に教えていただきたい。また、チェックアウトする時に、食器の片付け、ゴミ捨ての対応の説明がありましたが、タオル他のリネンなどの説明がなかった。

  We loved our stay here! It was directly located on Waikiki beach and made our stay in Honolulu so convenient. The lanai was truly the highlight. A full table sat all six of us and the view was incredible. The bathrooms were clean and had good water pressure. Beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer was a great bonus. We really liked having access to a pool/hot tub and it was nice to not have to travel with beach towels. This place really exceeded our expectations. Check in was easy and the instructions left in the condo made it easy to connect to WiFi and check out. We had a late departing flight and Byron was flexible with us leaving late, which we very much appreciated. If you want to stay in the heart of Waikiki, this place is great.

  Overall, our stay was great. The condo was excellent and the location was perfect with the beach directly across the street.
  
  There were issues in regards to using a wheelchair. The doors to the bathroom in the master were too narrow for my wheelchair. However, the other bathroom was large so it was fine with the wheelchair. I rented a shower chair and Byron (the Captain Cook Agent) arranged to have the shower doors removed and a curtain put up so that worked great. Thanks Byron!
  
  The pool and spa are up a flight of stairs and there is no wheelchair access so that was a disappointment.

We apologize for the problems you encountered with Wheelchair accessibility, unfortunately vacation rentals are not required to be ADA compliant. We are glad that we were able to accommodate your needs by removing the shower doors and having your shower chair delivered to the unit. Waikiki Beach Tower is ADA accessible in most areas, including the recreation deck, but the pool and spa area are not, we are sorry for that. When you are ready to book your next visit to Waikiki please contact our reservations department to help you find buildings and units that will best accommodate your needs.

  The apartment was very well located to the beach and shops at Waikiki without being in the congestion. The beds were very comfortable and two bathrooms were a bonus. The kitchen was well appointed and seemed recently refurbished. Nice touches included beach chairs and boogie boards, washer and dryer. Hotel facilities were great too - pool area, BBQs, fresh beach towels every day and a full gym and yoga room. Only downside was that the pool was heated....not very refreshing on a hot day!

  Generally this condo was in nice shape. Waikiki beach is just a short walk across the street. The view was excellent. Central A/C was nice, parking spot was easily accessible. The landlord could fix a few things in the condo, such as the Thermostat in the bedroom which did not display text so was difficult to set. In room safe did not work and we could have used it one day when we received notice that pest control company would be coming in one day while we were out exploring. Kitchen table chairs needed to have their cushions replaced, was told this was being addressed before we even noticed. One of the sliding glass doors was hard to open, really had to tug on it. Outside chair cushions could use a cleaning. Drapery down rods needed in a couple places. Kitchen was excellent, all necessary utensils and appliances. Showers were great, toilets flush and refill a little slow. Internet access included. Staff of the building was very helpful and accommodating, especially when our parking spot was being used unexpectedly by a vendor of the building one day. Gym was great in the morning, treadmills overlook Waikiki beach, nice way to start the day. Close to a lot of food locations, only a short distance. Eggs N Things right downstairs for a excellent tasting breakfast. Overall I give this property a 5, a 4 for condition. I will be looking to stay with Captain Cook again in the future.

  The location of the apartment was a big drawcard since I was travelling with elderly parents and 3 children. The safe section of the beach right in front of our doorstep and shops just below. Once we stepped into the apartment we were met with the fabulous view and a beautifully decorated apartment featuring the true aloha Hawaiian charm. The kitchen had everything, even a rice cooker. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. The washer and dryer were a life saver for a big travelling group. Laundry powder was also provided. All these little touches and the helpful service provided by Byron made the whole stay a fantastic experience. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family and will be back at this location in the near future. We also had a parking spot to park the rental car. This building is run like a well oiled machine and all the staff are so friendly. No need to bring any towels as all beach towels are provided just like a hotel. This is the best place I’ve stayed after 3 visits to Hawaii.

  Had another great stay at Waikiki Beach Tower was good being higher up then in the past and looking over the circle unit was perfect in every way for 5 Adults only problem was the tv in second bedroom kept losing signal from time to time and you had to reset it it Byron and Paul were great with any minor issues we look forward to our next visit next year.

  Very easy arrival and check in process facilitated by Captain Cook Resorts. Great position, lovely views, great amenities, lovely staff, tidy and clean condo.
  
  Little noisy with a new building being constructed next door (May 2018) - workers start at 7am and finish 3pmish. After this pretty quiet and lovely to sit on the Lanai and look at the view.

  Had a wonderful stay here. The condo is located in the Waikiki Beach Tower. It has it's own parking spot, which you can self park or utilize the building's valet service. They have a very nice gym that is rarely used featuring tons of very nice equipment. They have a well kept pool and many other amenities we did not use. The condo itself was very clean and had an incredible view looking out over Waikiki beach. The location is right across the street from the beach and walking distance to all the major shops and restaurants in the Waikiki area. Only downside was there was construction going on in the unit next to us. Was not unbearable as we didn't spend much time in the room during the day. The most disruptive aspect was the elevators were at times closed which lead to long wait times to get up to our unit. Thankfully we were never in a hurry. Also the rental company did a great job of checking in to make sure we were satisfied with our room. I have a feeling in the noise was an issue they would have remedied the situation.

  Fantastic condo. Found it just as described in e brochure. Excellent position by beach, ideal layout for 2 couples or large family, clean and tidy with suburb views. Property manager Byron Wickard welcoming and accessible.
  But, the noise from building project next door is horrendous. I guess this will diminish once concrete floor removal is completed.
  Overall, it's worth putting up with the noise for such a nice condo.

  We truly enjoyed our stay at Waikiki Beach Tower #1804. We arrived in Hawaii with no idea where we would stay (spent one night in a cramped hotel room). We were so fortunate to find this unit with exceptional views and steps away from the beach and all that Wakiki Beach has to offer. The unit is very open, relatively large and clean. The kitchen is very modern and we didn't have to purchase anything other than food to make it just like home. Plenty of towels, extra sheets, even pool toys and a roll out bed were available in the unit. And the Wakiki Beach Tower amenities are top notch! The fitness equipment appeared brand new and the barbeque area is a tropical oasis near the pool! The property staff were all welcoming and accommodating. And the parking spot was definitely an added plus! We paid over $40 for one night of parking at the cramped hotel so free parking (self or valet) was a pretty big deal! Will definitely book again!!

  We had an excellent experience at this property. It is very well-equipped including beach chairs, ample towels, kitchen tools and deck furnishings. The managers were most attentive and responded immediately to a minor problem within. The view from the deck is to die for and the location of the property is within walking distance of most amenities. The entire building is kept in immaculate condition with friendly staff. A great vacation was had by all!

  My family and I could not fault Waikiki Beach Tower #1804. The location was beyond perfect for us with three young children. A minute stroll to the beach. The apartment has a stunning view. More than plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. Beach equipment for us to use. And lastly, Byron from Captain Cook was so very friendly and helpful. Even on our day of departure when we found out our flight had been delayed, he was able to extend our check out time. I would highly recommend Waikiki Beach Tower. Mahalo.

  Excellent, once again Captain Cook prove to be the one to beat - not the cheapest !but, we had no problems or issues and the accommodation was really great - clean, no broken items and very clean.

  The apartment was exactly what we needed. The location was perfect, fabulous views of the ocean and down the main strip.
  The pictures show accurately what you will be getting.

  We have just returned from 2 weeks in this aprt
  It was perfect location . great view ,very comfy beds heaps of extra linen , beach towels, beach chairs , body board for use. Full kitchen plus washer dryer all handy with 3 kids. Electronic entry which was great no keys to worry about. We arrived at 11.30am and Byron was there to let us in straight away which was great after traveling all night. Would book through captain cook again they were fantastic super helpful.

  Really good Condo in the heart of Waikiki. Really everything you need is there in the room, good bathrooms, beds and a nice kitchen - supermarkets are only a short walk (food pantry) or short taxi (Wal-Mart).
  View is outstanding and you really get a good view of Waikiki.
  Would definitely stay there again

  The Apartment was in a great location and the view was spectacular. A few suggestions: it was for 7 people but only six beds: King, 2 singles and sofa bed. Where was the 7th person suppose to sleep? Fortunately, we are very flexible and managed. The apartment could use a broom and dust pan and more blankets. Fortunately, they provided us with more blankets. The kitchen could provide with basic things like salt, pepper and cooking oil.

The description of the unit states: "This non-smoking accommodation sleeps 6; a 7th person is permitted at an additional $5/day with 7th person using an inflatable air bed. Rental of a roll-away bed for 7th person would be an additional fee." Unfortunately, we're unable to provide cooking oil which is a perishable item.

  We were pleasantly surprised with this condo it was clean and decorated very well, loved the passthru window from kitchen to lanai. Winds howled a little making sleeping a tad hard for me one night, But I'm a light sleeper. Water pressure in toilets low and no hot pads if you do any cooking. Overall A plus will stay again. And location was great too!

  Was a super positive experience. There were a few little things that came up when we arrived (one of the bathtub drains wasn't flowing well), but the property manager had them resolved within a few hours of having notified him of the issues. The location is amazing, and the view is pretty spectacular. If there is one small thing to complain about (and this is something they have no control over) is that from the outdoor patio area, the hotel in front of the property blocks part of the view, but you still get a great view overall. Close to all kinds of shopping/restaurants and a great little lagoon right across the street that is awesome for young children who want to practice swimming or play in the water without fear of waves. Highly recommend!

  Waikiki Beach Tower 1804, what a wonderful holiday we had at this property. It was such a great place to stay with plenty of room and great location with fantastic views.
  Captain Cook were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Byron was so helpful.
  I would highly recommend dealing with Captain Cook and wouldn't hesitate in recommending this accommodation, you will love staying here.

  Enjoyed 11 nights over Xmas at unit 1804 , with 4 teenage children . We were met promptly by Byron our property manager who arranged early check in thoroughly went through our unit and all its features ( particularly liked the keyless door lock which allowed us to all come and go without worrying about kids losing keys ) . The unit was very well equiped with all the creature comforts of home . The location opposite dukes statue was excellent and central to everything . Our only very slight concern was that during our stay the weather was quite windy and the wind would whistle through the unit and was quite loud during the night . Overall a wonderful stay and an amazing way to spend a family Xmas . Ps the staff at Waikiki beach tower particularly the bell boy crew were amazing and extremely accomodating , whilst Byron from captain cook resorts could not have done more to to assist

  Waikiki Beach Tower #1804 is perfect. It is very clean and comfortable. It is well maintained. All standard kitchen appliances. It is very convenient (across the street) to Waikiki Beach and it is on the main shopping street - Kalakaua. Parking in the building as part of the rental fee (one car). Valet parking available for other car(s) as space available. Building staff very cheerful and accommodating. Byron (unit manager) very accessible, helpful, and pleasant.

  Very satisfied with rental, location was right across from beach and near shops and restaurants. Pictures of rental were accurate and condo was clean and comfortable for four adults. Byron was great and getting us settled in and familiar with unit.

  We recently travelled with another family who were staying in the apartment directly above us. The property was exactly as the photos indicated, fantastic view and so central to everything. It was well equipped apartment, great appliances, great comfortable beds and pillows. The apartments was extremely clean on arrival and well stocked of the basics (toilet paper, washing powders etc, paper towel). With the ABC stores close by it made it very easy to stock up on drinks and groceries. On arrival we were greeted with our property manager who was very friendly and helpful. The concierge staff were always very helpful, friendly and offered great tips and ideas on cost savings. Travellers tips – hire a pushbike for a couple of days. Also, hire surfboards/longboards from out the back, hire it for a week you will use them every day in the morning and afternoons. One of the best places we found to eat was Tikis Grill and bar just down the road, great food and service as well as Cheeseburger in Paradise. Both great for the family and catered for our group.
  Both families would highly recommend staying here, it was very easy to book and great price compared to the outdated hotel rooms for the same price. We were so happy that we had decided to stay here.

  This property was very well located across the road from Kuhio Beach Park and with amazing views. The condo was very well-equipped, nicely furnished and had a fantastic, spacious lanai that was big enough for the whole family to sit together and eat. A really great spot to stay. Highly recommended.

  The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. It was stocked with all essentials and had great ocean views. Although this is an older building the condo is modern in appearance. The only negative is that when it is windy the windows whistle and create a terrible noise - we have experienced this in other condos in this building as well. It is worth packing earplugs.
