  We all loved this place. The view and location were amazing! This was the reason we chose this place, and it certainly didn't disappoint. It's a little dated and the window seals need replacing. We had high wind warnings when we stayed and the noise from the wind in the apartment was very loud. But it didn't matter, and I am sure you wouldn't notice this under normal weather conditions. Super glad we chose this place; we got lots of use out of the pool and spa too! Would recommend Me BBQ for a cheap breakfast just around the corner.

  The location was top notch. Excellent view, a few steps from Waikiki Beach... The room was functional. Beds were comfortable, better than most we've used on vacation. But the windows are single pane and let in a LOT of noise (wind, cars, pedestrians). In the master bedroom two of the windows have plastic blinds, which makes the room VERY bright. They NEED black out curtains of some kind. The kitchen worked well, a few appliances have seen better days. A few lighting hiccups here and there. The main door in and out of the room is HEAVY. Like, if you are older you might have trouble operating it. The sliding glass door gets hung up in one spot and is pretty difficult to move. Same thing, I could see people struggling here. A few of the bathroom items like the towel hangers and the edging on the countertops are about to fall off.
  
  Overall, pleased with the room and accomodations. Just needs some touching up.

  The moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly staff at the valet and front desk. They were very helpful. The instructions to check in from Byron were easy to understand and it went smoothly. The tower was located right across the Waikiki Beach and it was close to the stores and amazing restaurants.The place is incredibly clean and the view is breathtaking. My family and I were amazed with how beautiful the unit was. The kitchen is furnished and it had everything we need to cook our meals. We also found 4 beach chairs for us to use. We could also rent beach towels located by the valet booth area, going towards the beach. Overall experience was amazing and we were very satisfied. We would definitely comeback here and recommend this place to our family and friends.

  The rental had everything we needed and more. It was equipped with a washer/dryer, dishes,beach chairs. The ocean view was everything!! The only problem was the tv in the bedroom with twin beds did not have a cable box hooked to it, so although there was a TV in the room, you couldn't watch it. Also, the microwave would only work using the 30sec button. Valet parking guys were SUPER!!!!!! Always pleasant and they get your vehicle to you so fast! We loved our stay and will definitely book again in the future!

  Our Condo had the best views of Wakiki Beach. We enjoyed eating breakfast everyday on the luani. Condo was very clean & had all the amenities needed for our stay. We're a family of 5 and we all slept comfortably & having 2 full bathrooms was a plus. Staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay their again.

  We loved our stay, the views of the beach from the living is so beautiful, the apartment is located across from the beach just a few steps to the sand.

  Loved this place , exactly as you see in the photos for the condo ! Great location with a fantastic view of the beach and ocean. Nice big condo, new carpet , lots of extras and everything worked fine ! The pool , gym , bbq area and waiting room on the 4th floor is nice place to get away from all the rush of Waikiki and relax . Byron the property manager was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends !

  The room was very clean and tastefully appointed. The maintenance people turned off the water at the bar due to a plumbing problem and they also had to secure the back porch door to the balcony with a screw since the door handle was damaged...thank goodness for the second entrance tot the balcony. Overall, a nice room with a very useful washer and dryer. This in itself was a life saver and lowered the amount of clothing that needed to be packed for the vacation.

  Our family stayed in this unit for a second time and we were 100% satisfied with everything. The location, staff, property management everything deserves 5 out of 5 stars. We did have a couple of issues that were addressed within minutes of us calling them in. I would like to commend Captain Cook Management’s staff for their fantastic customer service. If I wanted to be really picky I could say the only thing I would recommend is to have a couple of cosmetic issues taken care of. The top shelf in the master bath needs to be adjusted and the refrigerator door handles are getting loose. Other than that I have nothing negative to say about our stay and we will definitely stay there on our next trip to Oahu.

  初めての利用で最初は不安だらけでした。
  本当に予約が上手くとれてるのかとか、行ってみたが物件がなかったらどうしようとか、英語ができないので余計に不安がいっぱいでした。
  しかし、質問メールにも親切に答えて頂き当日のチェックインも、チェックアウトもとてもスムーズでした。
  お部屋も清潔で、キッチン用品も日本で使うものがほぼ揃っているので、お料理もこまりませんでした。
  部屋からの眺めも最高に良かったです。
  目の前のワイキキビーチに入って、帰りにホテルのプールに入って子供達は毎日楽しんでいました。

  Very enjoyable stay at unit 1904. Very beautiful view with enough room for all of us. Not to complain but the unit does need some work such as the sliding glass doors to the balcony (lanai) which were hard to open and noisy and the noisy air conditioner upon starting the unit. Other than those two issues the condo was very nice.

  Steps from beach: Great beach for toddlers
  Good towel service for beach
  Excellent view
  Kitchen has a window into the balcony
  In the heart of Waikiki (if you like the city) close to restaurants etc
  Good management.
  Cons:
  Quite dated
  Small things were not working all over the apartment (door handle, cabinets, washer dryer button was missing etc). The manager tried to fix everything on the fly to the best of his ability.

  This condo has a fantastic location with an unobstructed view of the ocean. It is across the street from the beach and walking distance to almost all of the Waikiki restaurants and shops - as well as the Aquarium and parks. The only drawback now is the construction of a new hotel (or renovation) outside your balcony. The construction noise during the day is relentless and loud. Evenings and weekends are great though.

  We are very familiar with the Waikiki Beach Tower but this was the first time we rented through Captain Cook Real Estate. Byron was wonderful, very nice and helpful but I just wish our unit was a little better cared for - one of the lamps in the living room had a dead bulb, the carpet needed shampooing and our front door handle fell off on the second day. Also, there was construction/renovations going on our floor so it was a noisy and very dusty.

  Excellent location, plenty of room wonderful view, (except for giant yellow crane next door), and very quiet. Kitchen was perfect with a fabulous ocean view to help wash the dishes. BBQ area beautiful and very nice. Employees very nice as well and the beach chairs were a welcome bonus! I would recommend this apartment.

  Well located, spacious and comfortable family accommodation. Had everything we required for a wonderful stay. Short walk to nearby restaurants and shops.   We all loved staying here on our family holiday to Hawaii.
  We have stayed at many different resorts in Waikiki and especially loved staying here at Waikiki Beach Tower due to the fact that there was a kitchen for us to cook...and the location is excellent too as it's just across the road from the beach where the lagoon is, and right next door to McDonalds!
  A big thank you to Byron who was very easy going and explained everything to us and even let us have a late check out.
  We all especially loved the new renovation that was done in the outdoor pool area - absolutely gorgeous!! Loved the BBQ area and mini fridges that were there - made our stay perfect! The pool and hot spa were wonderful too.

  I honestly can't imagine a better place for our family to have stayed. The photos -- already spectacular -- don't do this condo justice. There were six of us: my husband, me, and our four kids ages 16, 14, 12, and 10. The condo was spacious and spotless and at the same time relaxing and inviting. Location was perfect. We had planned to have two kids sleep on the pull-out couch but were delighted to find a roll-away bed in the master bedroom closet. Having two bathrooms made our stay so easy. The master bathroom closet had all the beach equipment we needed and I was so grateful because we didn't have to rent boogie boards, snorkels or beach chairs. Plenty of towels and generous supply of laundry and dish detergent etc., which we found very thoughtful since we were flying in and could not bring these items with us. Sunsets were spectacular. Lots of food options within walking distance. I can't think of one thing about our stay that wasn't perfect. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for memories that will last me the rest of my life.

  The location and views were excellent. The new fitness and water sports area is very nice. Staff were courteous and accommodating and helpful with area attractions, restaurants etc. The entry keypad was a big plus for our group. The condo could use some upgrading as it felt a little long in the tooth. It was clean, although there was some mold in the washer. Would we stay in this unit again? **** right we would!

  The condo is in a great location. We were in walking distance from all the great shopping and restaurants locations in Waikiki. The view was amazing! Gorgeous sunsets daily. We also loved the beach across the street. The condo also came with beach chairs, convenient kitchen with large refrigerator, and all the comforts of home. We would recommend it to any family going to Waikiki.

  We were fortunate enough to stay at this condo for 8 nights. The view is spectacular and is in a great location in the Waikiki area. We were able to easily walk many places.   This place is perfect! We could go down to the main floor and just walk out to the crosswalk and cross over to where the kids would surf. location was the best. As far as the place itself we loved not using a key, the keypad was nice. It was clean and had everything we needed for the 5 of us. An added bonus was the beach chairs and umbrella and the snorkel gear. We liked that there was a pool and Jacuzzi and great restrooms there. We would stay again because it was everything we could ask for. We were met at the place by a very nice man and shown the room while the bellman brought up our things. Overall a wonderful place to stay while in Waikiki.

  We were a party of 4 friends visiting Hawaii for the first time. We rented apartment No 1904 - at this level we had great views (not blocked at all by the building in front). The location was fabulous... nearby to many popular bars and restaurants, handy to pick-up location for day tours etc. A convenience store right next door. The doorman/staff were very helpful and always friendly. The apartment had everything we needed, even chairs/umbrellas/snorkeling gear for the beach. We loved it! Captain Cook were great to deal with. Thanks!

  Place is stocked with all basic needs. Chairs for Beach were awesome. The air mattress has multiple holes and we called Byron and he brought a new one over and installed while we were gone. Great customer service. Use vallet because parking stall is inconvenient expecially with groceries. The guys will pack it up and in your room for you they are all really nice. We will definitely be back to book through captain cook .the unit is very clean starting to show it's age a little,but was still nice enough. I would say this floor was perfect height too. Great view. Couldn't really see the fireworks though. Keep that in mind.

  #1904 was everything and more we had hoped for.
  We travelled with our 2 young adult children and this condo was well setup and very spacious with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. It even had extras like beach chairs etc.
  Loved how the bedrooms were at back of Condo away from any street noise with living areas and large balcony allowing for the specular views over Waikiki Beach.
  #1904 has really good security, excellent access down from 19th floor out across road and onto the beach and is a great location to allow walking to shopping and restaurants.
  We hired a car for some of our stay and there was car parking included as well as free WiFi which is a bonus.
  Just one comment we found when showering sometimes you need to allow water to run for a while to get the hot water to come through.
  Would highly recommend #1904.

  4 adults & a toddler stayed here for a week, Nov 2015. Communication, setting up & payment was excellent. The condo is in a fantastic location directly across from the beach. Great view. Just high enough above the round tower in front to not be annoying. Having a rep meet you upon arrival is a nice touch. The unit is well equipped with just about everything you could need on a vacation from towels to beach chairs to laundry detergent. I would never consider staying in a standard hotel room after enjoying this. The unit was overall clean, but the only reason I dont give it 5 stars across the board, was that the carpet was pretty filthy. This was a major detractor to the overall comfort level, especially with a baby rolling around on the floor. Surprising that since the rest of the unit is so nice, they don't take a carpet shampooer to it occasionally. Other than that, a great place & company.

  We loved Waikiki Beach Tower! The view from our balcony was incredible--looking down on Waikiki Beach which was just across the street. Valet staff, Eddie & Ed, were friendly & gracious. Location is perfect, steps away from the beach, shopping, casual restaurants.

  We were 3 adults and 2 kids. The living space was great/large etc. The second bedroom had 2 single beds and a roller way for the third person. It would only be suitable for a child as very soft. We didn't use the lounge sofa bed as we used the lounge at night.

  Overall, we were happy with the unit. Location was key and this was a great location. Byron was helpful and got us more beach chairs as requested. My biggest complaint was the air conditioning. The bedrooms were impossible to get cool.We all felt it was uncomfortably warm in the bedrooms. There was also mold on the rubber rim of the washing machine as well as an odor when it was opened. I have a similar washing machine and the door needs to stay opened to prevent odor and mold.

  Everything was great! The property manager met us to check us in. He noticed there were 4 in our family and only 2 beach chairs, so he had someone drop off 2 brand new beach chairs that we used everyday. It was clean and comfortable. Washer and Dryer was a bonus.

  Greeted punctually by property manager. Security dealt humanly with the pigeon that was nesting on a deck chair. Pool and hot tub were well maintained and good temperatures.   Property description was accurate, except for no long distance phone service. It was clean and well maintained and kitchen and bathroom items were plentiful.

  Restaurants enjoyed were La Mer, Hys, Beachcomber at the Halekulani.

  We were a little skeptical of renting this place over a hotel in the same area. This was by far a better experience. It was nice to have a kitchen and a washer and dryer. The beach is literally across the street, and the building is run like a 5 star hotel. I would book here again in a heartbeat.

  We got a rental car, then called our contact person who greeted & escorted to us to the room. He explained details about the condo & left us a card with his info in case we had any issues, but we didn't need to use it. He introduced us to the valet staff, who were so nice and later were very helpful with getting us taxi service, directions & recommendations. Walked across the street to the beach (has crosswalk at a light) & the condo has a wonderful pool also. Our stay was awesome!

  After our six night stay we have nothing but great things to say about Captain Cook Real Estate and the unit we rented! Everything was as advertised on their web site. All of our communications with their staff were friendly and helpful. The unit was well stocked and had plenty of room for six adults. We especially enjoyed the view from the living room and the lanai. The grocery store (located just a few blocks away) had everything we wanted for the kitchen, with smaller convenience stores located even closer.

New chairs should be a priority for this perfectly positioned two bedroom apartment. This was our 5th trip to Waikiki and we had previously stayed in hotel rooms in a hotel next door.   Rented two condos in the same building for us and family members to stay in for our sons wedding because they were cheaper than hotels. I would totally stay there again. The valets were very helpful with any questions we had or getting us cabs and the units were clean with awesome views of the pacific ocean. was a plus, when we got to our condo, our groceries were already there. No complaints from us at all.

  Our 7 day vacation for 7 people was great. Enough room for everyone to be comfortable. Location is great. Could see the kids in the ocean from our balcony. Could use a new coffee maker, balcony chairs and one bedroom window did not open but other than that everything was great. Only bad thing about the view was the dirty hotel rooftop in front of us took up half of our view. will try to get a room on the other side next time as we will be returning. Aloha

  Our family stayed at Waikiki Beach Tower #1904 for nine nights recently and just loved everything about it. The location was great, easy access to all restaurants and shopping, transport, etc. Right opposite the beach and fabulous views over the ocean. We would definitely recommend it to others and it will be on our list for any future visits to Hawaii. Dealings with staff at Captain Cook were excellent also, friendly and helpful. The apartment was very well equipped, even had lilos for the beach and other beach equipment to use. It really felt like a home away from home. Well done!!

  The property provided all the basic amenities we required and has an excellent beachside location for exploring the Waikiki/Honolulu area. The view is not as good as from the 02/03 suites.
  The unit is outdated in terms of decor and furnishings, and the carpeting makes it difficult keep clean. However, it was well maintained and all basic provisions and services were included, especially for the beach.
  The property could be greatly improved with wood or tile floors. Without this, I would hesitate to recommend it to others.
  Even so, we really enjoyed our stay.

  We have been working with the owners to gradually update the unit. In the past year we have replaced the living room sofa and curtains throughout the unit. There is a new 42" Sony TV iin the living room.

  We had a great family holiday to Waikiki. Apartment was in a perfect location for shopping, restaurants and the beach. Although well cared for, a kitchen update would be great and the plates/mugs etc replaced. Apartment was clean and spacious. Fantastic to have beach towels and chairs included and the kids loved the sand equipment!
  
  Paul from Captain Cook was fabulous and met us at the Apartment upon our arrival. We did not need to contact him during our stay.
  
  Would definitely stay at this apartment on our next trip.

  It was my second visit to the Beach Tower, so I knew what to expect. (My first stay was on the 33rd floor). Yes, the view, while good, was a bit marred by the circle hotel. The condo was very clean and well furnished. Kitchen was well equipped and I really appreciated the new, still wrapped sponge! Check in and out was smooth. I look forward to visiting again.

  We were looking for accommodation on Waikiki beach for our family of 4. Two hotel rooms were quite expensive and if you wanted a view it costed even more. This apartment was fantastic. Right on the beach, uninterupted views and all the convenience of a home. It even came with beach towels, beach umbrella, washing machines etc. Very spacious and was right in the heart of Waikiki. Best value. Would definitely recommend it.

  We stayed in Waikiki Beach Tower 1904 for a week in September and couldn't have been more pleased. We were gressted promptly and politely upon arrival. We had five adults in the unit and never felt croweded. The huge lanai and outdoor dining room table were the favorite seats in the house, I have to say, with the ample room and spectacular view outside, we never turned the TV on once!! I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone going to Honolulu for a vacation.

  Right from the first enquiry, our booking was handled in a friendly, professional manner. We travelled as a family with our 2 teenage sons. We wanted to be central, and we all needed our own space. Paul was waiting at the Apartment when we arrived, and took us up. WOW...the first thing you notice when you walk in is the fantastic view. This apartment is on the corner, so you have both ocean front and city views..both views are impressive..nothing beats the ocean front, however the city view at night was gorgeous. Pity about the Circle Hotel in front, but we tended to look past it...
  The Apartment is spacious, and the furnishing is to a high quality. It was very clean, and had all the amenities. We were very happy.
  The boys could go to the beach, and we could watch them from the 19th floor..We were able to walk everywhere...even to Ala Moana. It was always lovely to come "home" at the end of the day, and sit on the balcony, champagne in hand, and watch the glorious sunsets. I think I have 100 photos of the sunsets..!
  We had the best holiday, and cant wait to come back
  We would certainly book here again, and have already recommended the apartment to friends and family.

  From the moment we enquired re the condo rental, to the moment we left for home, we could not have been more happier with the services from Captain Cook (to name Ingrid and Paul) and the Waikkie Beack Tower Condo. The location was to die for, right in the thick of the action, and the view magnificient. The condo was exactly as shown in the photos with room for more then our group of 4. A wonderful vacation was had by all, we thoroughly would recommend Captain Cook Resorts for your holiday bookings!

  The Aston Waikiki Beach Tower has a great location right across from the beach. With the space of a 2 bedroom condo - it felt like home away from home. Aston personnel are friendly and courteous. Recommend at least 19th floor to get above Waikiki Circle Hotel which blocks views on lower floors on this Ala Moana side of property. The higher the better. Renting through Captain Cook was easy. Professional staff. Room was as advertised.

  Fantastic location right on Kalakaua. The 19th floor provides a great view looking over the beach across the street. Very comfortable, clean and well-furnished (TV could use updating though). Whenever we might get to go back to Honolulu, we would definitely try to get this condo again.

  My family stayed in this condo for a week, and loved every minute of it. The location was perfect. Gorgeous view! The pictures online did not lie. The beds were comfortable (including the brand new sofabed). There was plenty of space for all seven of us, even on the balcony where we spent a lot of time. We will look forward to staying in unit #1904 the next time we are in Honolulu.

  Great location in a secure, friendly building. Paul Tucker was excellent to deal with and we will certainly work with Captain Cook and Associates on our next vacation to Hawaii. We felt the bed in the master bedroom should be upgraded to one that is longer.

  The condo was spacious, comfortable, clean, and the view was magnificent. The view was so great that we didn't mind having the roof of the Circle Hotel in the viewing area. We enjoyed sitting in the living room or on the lanai watching surfers and ships go by. After a day of shopping and sightseeing, it was wonderful to come back "home" to relax and have a glass of wine. This is one of the best vacations we have ever had and we are talking about coming back and staying at the Waikiki Beach Tower. My mother said that I couldn't have picked a more perfect condo. The building staff and Captain Cook staff were wonderful! Only negative was that the master bathroom tub drained slowly.
