景色も良く、部屋も広々利用できて快適に過ごせました
OTA-KU, Japan, November 10, 2025 October 2025に5泊滞在5名で5泊お世話になりました。
到着からチェックインまで時間がありましたが、ベルデスクの方がチェックインまで荷物を預かって下さり、大変、助かりました。
部屋は29階なので、海がきれいに見えますし、部屋からダイヤモンドヘッドも見えるので、ハワイに来たという実感が増しました。
2BedRoom、2バスルームなので、5名でもシャワーやお手洗い利用時のストレスは全くありません。
2LDKで部屋が広々しているので、個人的には、ホテルを2部屋とるよりも、コンドミニアムの方が快適に過ごせます。洗濯機、乾燥機が部屋に設置されているので、タオルのResponse from Captain Cook Resorts

部屋からの景色が最高

しかし4階の共有スペースが、プールは使えましたが工事中だったのが残念でした。
トイレの便座が壊れた時はすぐ対応して貰えました。

vacation stay
SAN RAFAEL, US, September 9, 2025 August 2025に8泊滞在condo needed more small teaspoons and small plates. There were only 4 of each and so we were constantly washing spoons and plates.Kitchen is very small and everyone in our party hit their head on the stove vent.

Great location, needs updated furniture

Kitchen was very small and the couch and chair were not comfortable to sit on and the chairs on the balcony were the cheap kind you'd pay $20 for at Home Depot. One chair and foot stool were both torn through so you couldn't use them for anything other than hanging a towel on. Room was very clean and beds were fine but the second bedroom has a window to the exterior outside hallway so it was very loud. All in all it was fine but it really needs a furniture update.

Beautiful View & Location
San Marcos, United States, May 13, 2025 May 2025に5泊滞在Location: Condo located right on Kuhio Beach/Kiddie Pool. On the main street, close to everything. Perfect and easy to walk everywhere. Right next to McDs.
Condo: Breathtaking views of the whole beach and diamond head. The condo was a bit old and needed some renovations. The patio furniture was ripped, the kitchen faucet leaked, the hallway bathroom a bit old and needed some easy fixes like the toilet roll holder was loose, the shower head was leaky. Cabinets are chipped and old. Carpet was worn out. Just some minor fixes, otherwise was comfortable. The AC worked well, bed was pretty comfortable. Probably needed a ceiling fan in the bedrooms. Small washer/dryer that came into handy. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella available for use. Trash shoot was close and easy to access. Valet was good. Condo pretty stocked with cups, plates, and some appliances. Ran out of paper towels and they did not provide any extra. Had some troubles with accessing the condo with the code. Property manager responded fast. Amenities of the condo were great.
*One big negative: during our stay they were doing construction on the floor above in the afternoon. So it was super loud with drilling noises during nap time.
Would definitely stay again in this condo. It had great views and was comfortable to stay in.Response from Captain Cook Resorts

Great Location

The view of Waikiki and Diamond Head were awesome. Our property manager was prompt with answering questions and we were allowed access to the unit a little early. Condominium staff (not staff of Capt. Cook) were very friendly and helpful. Only little complaints were from my two adult daughters saying the twin beds were too hard and that the guest shower head wasn't working as it should. I didn't bring the shower head to the attention of the property manager.

Diamond Head to sunset views

Definitely could use more kitchenware, but for a week long vacation, it's ok. I do wish there were more beach toys such as a real bodyboard or snorkeling gears.

Awesome stay.
Fullerton, United States, September 26, 2024 September 2024に3泊滞在The view is gorgeous. The unit is clean, spacious for us family of 4 with 2 adult children. Although we didn't use the kitchen at all but looks like they provided everything you need to cook with. Plenty of bath towels and extra pillows provided too. There were 6 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas.
However, just a few things:
- Shower door in the master restroom is only 2/3 of the length and leaves 1/3 open. Not sure why. Water got splashed when showering. So stepping out of the shower on a wet/slippery floor can cause a liability.
- Beach towels are too small.
- The AC in the 2nd bedroom needs to be fixed so it can be adjusted. When we checked in, we saw a piece of newspaper taped on it but didn't bother. It was blasting cold air all night. The next morning, we contacted the property manager who came out a few hours later to re-tape with another piece of paper but the blowing air ripped it off in the middle of the night. Hope the owner/property manager take care of the issue a permanent way.
- There was a sewage smell the week we were there. On day 2, we saw a notice from the building informing of the emergency plumbing repair.
- Unfortunately, pool was closed during our stay. Not much on 4th floor except the gym.
- It's very centrally located, right across from the beach. Either you like it or dislike it due to noise. We happened to be there the Aloha week so the strip got blocked for food vendors, entertainers, etc. Despite it's on the 29th floor, we could smell the smoke and food from the ground.
But regardless, we enjoyed every minute spent out in the balcony overlooking the ocean. So beautiful.Response from Captain Cook Resorts

Beautiful Condo with Amazing Views

Amazing ocean and beach views from the lanai (as well as the master bedroom and living room) on the 29th floor of the Waikiki Beach Tower. A terrific location with short walks to shopping and restaurants and the beach is right across the street. The unit has everything you need for a short or longer stay in the area, parking is included as well. We highly recommend staying in the wonderful condo!!!

Perfect Stay at WBT #2902!

Staying at a location that is not as crowded as where the Sheraton and the Royal Hawaiian is at, it made for a much better experience (the 2 hotels is less than 5 min to walk). The beach is across the street and you can walk further down to a less crowded area of Waikiki Beach. Just know that Waikiki beaches are very rocky in the water. It is a man made beach. You can see from the room what sections have clearings to sit at during the day. There is also a blocked off area where there is not much waves for families with little kids. The best part of staying here is that there's only 4 rooms per floor. There are no screaming kids running down the hallway, and with the elevator right next to each room, you do not have to wait much for the elevator. It's basically a personal elevator. We loved the full kitchen and washer/dryer which we used everyday of our stay. We ordered groceries from Instacart to fill up the fridge for the week. We only went out to eat once a day if that. This made for a cost effective trip when it came to food. Everything is in walking distance except we did take the pink trolley to Ala Moana. We did 3 excursions, and though the pick up were not from WBT, it was at the nearby Hyatt and Twin Fin. The view from the room with the sounds of the ocean made this trip everything we wanted it to be, and more. There is an Eggs and Things downstairs but it is packed. There is a Mc Donalds, but before people criticize why Mc D in Hawaii? There's no Mc Teri burger on the mainland!! That was our dinner one night! Be sure to walk to the Musubi shop less than 5 min from WBT and get there early! It's good eats for the beach and to eat in the room if you get hungry but don't want a full meal. We will definitely be back and recommend WBT to anyone and everyone who comes to Waikiki! Yes it seems a bit pricey, BUT you do save on food and the amount of space in the room is worth every penny!

Great Ocean Front Property

The only drawback was the front bedroom closeted to entrance was very cold the whole time. The day we checked out, a separate thermostat hidden behind the curtain was discovered. Check in/out process was a breeze.

Beautiful rooms - Stunning Views - In the Heart of Waikiki

The condo is comfortable and had everything we needed for a week stay for 3 people. The view alone is worth staying there, but the pool and and easy access to the beach across the street make it even better! We could walk to everything we needed and had a car for exploring. The valet parking was easy and quick to use and everyone was friendly and kind! I would stay there again anytime!
