  Had a great stay in Park Heights Waikiki. The property manager responded to every little concern and was very professional. You can't go wrong with this location.

  My son stayed here for 10 weeks during his internship. Location was amazing - 3 blocks from Waikiki beach and 2 blocks from the international market. Patio was amazing with a great view of the ocean and beach. He really enjoyed the place and I would recommend.

  We enjoyed the apartment. Everything we needed with a spectacular view. I miss waking up to it already! The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Never a long wait for the lift and the laundry room on the ground level came in handy. The building is older but kept up very well. It’s a secure building and you must use your fob to get to your floor. The building staff were friendly and helpful. We did not rent a car and didn’t need to. There’s a bus stop right out front and it took us all over the island. The beach is very close maybe a little over a block. Perfect to walk to or watch the surf.
  I found booking my stay and communicating with Captain Cook to be easy and reasonable. I will definitely refer this company and Park Waikiki Heights to my friends & family.

  I stayed here for a month in October and I couldn't have had a better time. The location is unbeatable with an amazing view of the ocean on one side and the mountains on the other. Just a few blocks form the beach and one block from the best surf rentals in town. Very walkable. The place is also really clean and taken care of. I would definitely come back.

  A great place for 2 people. Great location. Close to everything but set back enough to get out of the busyness. Well equipped kitchen but a foodie might want more. Comfortable bed and a great bathroom design that makes the most out of a small space. Could use a new sofa. Captain Cook is very easy to deal with especially Vincent.

  Generally very good. Captain Cook rental manager gave away 2 weeks of my 2024 vacation without consulting me. Totally unprofessional.

  Aloha and thank you for posting a review of your recent stay. We value you as a customer and we appreciate your repeat business. We have since investigated the concerns you have raised about your 2024 reservation. Please remember to book early as the Winter season fills up quickly! Unfortunately you did not call to make your 2024 reservations until February 15th which allowed our booking calendar to be open for other guests to confirm reservations two months prior to when you made your call for your 2024 stay. Because of this, 2 weeks of your requested dates were already taken and confirmed by another guest. We did not give your reservation away and we apologize you assumed we would consult you or cancel another guests reservation due to that fact.

  We got to spend our very first Christmas, as a family of 5, on beautiful Oahu, Hawaii. Our accommodation has a bit of history to us as it was the same room we spent our 2019 vacation in. So we knew it was the room we wanted on this trip!
  
  Our family is my Wife, Myself & 3 children (10, 3 & 1 year olds) - we requested a porta-crib and on-site parking for our whole stay.
  
  The room was spacious, clean & the decor was fun & beachy... all the things you want for a Hawaiian getaway including beach chairs & bodyboard. The staff in the building were very friendly and everything is very secure.
  
  Our experience with Captain Cook Resorts was easy and they took care of all our booking needs and all the last minute changes. Thank you so much again team!
  
  We highly recommend both the room we stayed in and the wonderful team that looks after it.
  
  We’re already planning our next trip for Christmas this year! Expect an email from us soon!

  Our stay at this unit at Waikiki Park Heights was perfection.
  
  Being that we’re regulars to this side of the island, we already knew that the location was excellent (immediate access to the main beach, dining, and shopping). But we were very pleasantly surprised with the suite. The high-up ocean view was excellent for AM surf-checks and people-watching alike. The layout of the interior was also superior. My daughters and wife enjoyed the large bedroom (with TV and AC) while I enjoyed the pull-out sofa bed in the living room (also with TV and AC). The bathroom was also laid out well, with a separate lavatory, sink, and shower that allowed everyone to do what they needed to do at the same time. Furthermore, the kitchen was clean and fully equipped for at-home dining. The lanai was equally accommodating for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Moreover, the decor was filled with island-flare.
  
  One thing visitors are often concerned about when it comes to condo-stays on the island are insects. During the entire month there was NOT one single insect to be found at this condo. It was clean, sanitized, and a breath of fresh air from what you typically find in the same budget range in Waikiki.
  
  Lastly, on-site staff (from management to security personnel) were friendly helpful, and loaded with ALOHA spirit.
  
  Well done.

It’s very disappointing to receive low marks for cleanliness, particularly since we regularly get 4 and 5 star ratings. As a vacation rental is not a full-service resort hotel, and we do not have on-site housekeeping staff, we are not able to offer amenities that a resort hotel would typically offer, such as daily housekeeping, linen service, or replenishment of your start-up supplies. In the future, please remember that the property manager is there to resolve any issues that may arise during your stay. We value you as a customer and hope you will keep us in mind for your future vacation rental plans. I
