  Great stay. Cannot beat the location. I could easily walk to target and many great restaurants. Excellent view of fireworks on Fridays right from the condo. Great to have shave ice and a couple of other food places downstairs. Seals sleep right in front of the complex. Only drawbacks: Beach in front of the complex not as good as others, very tight parking spot, area is quite crowded but I really enjoyed the stay.

  Fantastic location! Easy access to beach and easy walk to many restaurants. The view is just as amazing as in the pictures, fantastic sunsets! The unit was neat and clean, had everything we needed. The fold-out couch was reasonably comfortable and the king bed was extremely comfortable. Check-in was easy and Property Manager Paul was very helpful getting us settled. Would not hesitate to stay again.

  This property is exactly as described in the listing. The interior is clean, and has all the extras you might want. The kitchen is well stocked. The beach chairs and beach towels were a bonus. The internet worked great. The lanai was spacious and overlooked the ocean with a great west view. An item to consider when booking that the location is a bit loud. If you think you are going to have the ocean sounds in the background, that is not the case. You are still in downtown and all the noise that comes with that. It wasn't overbearing, but you should take note.

  4人で宿泊するには少し狭いかもという印象です。
  道路側に近い部屋のせいか、波の音よりも車の音の方が気になるかも。海岸に近い方の部屋を借りれるならその方が良いかもしれません。

  This condo had everything we needed. No pool, but we didn't miss it as we swam in the ocean. (Bring water shoes! There are lots of rocks, depending on the day.) Very clean and well stocked. View is fantastic! Easy check in and check out. Loved it!

  We really enjoyed this condo. This is the third condo we've rented in this building - we love the location, the views and the balconies so much and that is why we keep coming back. The condo had a very comfy king bed and nicely renovated kitchen and bathroom. We had a fantastic stay!

  Second time staying at in this building, and have to say it is the best spot to stay in Waikiki!!! Beach, stores and Steak Shack all within walking distance. Plus, amazing view of the fireworks on Friday. We can't wait to come back!

  I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. It provided me a clean, airy, pleasant temporary home to enjoy the beautiful ocean and skyline of Honolulu. The only problem I had was with the door lock. Paul responded to several calls from me and did replace it.

  Love the location of this condo we stayed in after our Hilton Hawaiian Village stay. It has an unobstructed view of the ocean and close proximity to the International Market, shops, and restaurants. The condo is well-maintained and clean. Will definitely stay here again.

  Wonderful stay booked directly. Property manager is helpful with check in to store luggages and parking. Better to reply client texts more often and timely. Unit has what I need, the furniture and beds can be updated. Condo is a little older but the view is amazing. One elevator is a pain but lobby remodeling will finish in a few months from mid 2023. The building is right on the beach matching from our research and we loved it, need to walk out to shopping street tho.

  We had 10 great nights at the Castle. As always it was a pleasant stay, great location. My only concern was that there was only one lift. The Captain Cook staff were friendly and very helpful. Would not hesitate to use them again.

  Check-in went smooth. We called Paul from the airport and he met us in the lobby. Unit was clean and very spacious. We did not stay long enough to do much cooking, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. Coffee pot was a good one and brewed it hot. We brought our own filters and coffee. We picked this unit to be able to walk to drinks and dinners and that was extremely doable. Be sure to stop at Paia Fish Market and Marukame Udon for lunches. We rented a car one day from a convenient location right up the street. Paul was great. View was awesome and fireworks if you are there on a Friday night. Waikiki is very very crowded at night - and if shopping is your thing, you will not be disappointed. I would definitely return to this unit. Only 1 elevator working, but we rarely had to wait very long. If we had been on a lower floor, we would have used the stairs frequently.

  Ideal location on the beach with beautiful views, easy walk to the “center” of Waikiki but away from the hubbub. The condo is very clean and neat, exactly as pictured with everything you need including beach chairs, umbrella and snorkels. Convenient parking across the street at the large Fort Derussey lot
  Paul was super responsive on our checkin day and had everything ready for us.
  There was only 1 functioning elevator at the time of my visit, so there was sometimes a long wait and crowded elevator rides but that should be a temporary issue
  We would definitely stay here again!

  I absolutely love this place. I have stayed here once before and love all the remodeling and upgrades they have made. Location is perfect right on the beach centrally located in waikiki.i definitely will be staying here again. Highly recommend.

  To me it is all about the view! In this case, the view came with a wonderful condo. We were on the 13th floor. There was absolutely no noise. 5 stars for that, too.
  Open floor plan, with a pull out panel to give privacy for the bed.
  It was my 15 year old grandson and I. Access to the beach, shops, was just steps away.
  I saw the sun rise and the sun set, every day from the balcony.
  Paul and Hanna were amazing. I don’t think I could stay at another hotel after renting a condo!

  They were great to use and answered all questions quickly. I will 100% use them again. Our place was as described and spotless. Their attitude of "I was on vacation but they were not" spelled it out. They made sure everything was right before and during our stay.

  As expected the condo is nice and clean with an excellent view. Our contact at Captain Cook was very responsive to our needs such as extra sheets and comforter, parking at a low price, basic questions about the area, etc. Very good experience except there is an ongoing parking structure repair that causes so much noise during daytime.

  We loved our stay here. The location right on the beach was ideal, and the views of the sunset over the ocean were incredible. Also the toilet was very fancy with a seat warmer. Hope to come back sometime!

  The Waikiki Beach are is a vibrant mix of light, colors, smell, and people. I was happy to be in the mix—but then happy to go to our haven on the 13th floor, above the noise below. The location is perfect for getting around on foot, various buses, or tour. There is even a Starbucks right next door. The apartment sucks you in from the moment we opened the front door—a beach view and the trees of Ft DeRussy Park. The place was clean and it seemed as if the owners had thought of everything. The bed & pillows were comfortable and the linens very nice. As the manager was getting us oriented it was discovered that the TV wasn’t working. He returned the next day with a new 55” flat screen. We were very satisfied with our stay.

  This is our 3rd stay in this apartment. The property is lovely, nice decor, clean and also a new washing machine and dryer since our last visit. The only complaint ( as we mentioned in our previous reviews) we feel that the air conditioning unit is underpowered for the size of the apartment. We had to have the aircon running on high at 64F just to keep the room at a reasonable temperature. Friends of ours in a similar size unit on another floor never had to have their aircon any lower than 72F on medium. It’s sounds petty but trying to sleep at night with an aircon roaring and fans running just to keep cool is disappointing. I think a new more powerful unit is needed. Apart from that I would certainly return again if the aircon is replaced and recommend it to others.

  2月に5泊させていただきました。コンドミニアムは初めてだったので多少の不安もありましたが、渡航前から数回のアナウンスをもらっていましたし、チェックインの際は日本語の分かる担当者さんでしたので安心してチェックインすることができました。
  部屋に入ると、フォート・デルーシ陸軍博物館の緑地、そしてビーチが眼前に広がる素晴らしい景色に感動しました。
  部屋も清潔で、レイアウト、設備などもキャプテンクックリゾーツのアプリで確認していたとおりでした。
  ほぼパーフェクトなバケーションレンタルでしたが、気になることを挙げ

  The beach is in a convenient location although much of the beach seems to have receded since my last visit.
  
  This is a roomy studio. TV can't be seen from the bed so a swivel/lazy susan would have been nice. Kitchen was fully equipped.
  
  Overall the unit is acceptable. It is somewhat dated. Bed linens were older and not of a high quality. Same for the pillows. I didn't find the extra towels/linens in the bottom of the chest in the closet until my last day. Those would have been nice to have earlier. Washer/dryer worked well. My major complaint is the noise. The walls are paper thin and the wall of glass also lets in all of the noise from below. The only way I was able to live with this was to keep the A/C on so the white noise would drown out some of the other sounds.
  
  Overall ok but not worth the money, IMO.

  One of the Best place to stay in Waikiki ......wake up with a perfect view of the beach every morning!! The beach is just and elevator ride away!!
  Management was accommodating and very responsive to inquiries and needs! We’ve stayed at the WiWaikiki Shore 4 times (in different units) in the last 6 years! Each unit was different but clean and functional. Great experience every time!

  After a rocky start with a room which felt and sounded like we were living in the elevator shaft, we were moved to this location very promptly and efficiently. The condo was very comfortable, quite clean with all the necessities to set up home for 2 weeks. The floors could use a good cleaning and a few more cleaning supplies, toilet brush would have been handy. The lint screen in the dryer should be replaced. Petra and Paul were very good to us and replied promptly to our texts.

  This room had everything we needed. It was clean, spacious and a terrific view. Great kitchen, great bed, and great bathroom area. Paul was awesome, the only draw back was one noneorking elevator, very minor. Great location too.

  Good location. Great view. Very noisy from street traffic below. Louver windows don't close properly. Nice A/C and fans. Washer/dryer a plus, but very old and noisy. Curtains stained. Pots and pans scratched Teflon - not good.
  You'd expect with $180 cleaning fee that your feet wouldn't get dirty from the floor. It needs to be mopped before each check in. Parking across the street convenient, but very dark and unsafe - had our car broken into. Check in was delayed, but they comped us a dinner for our inconvenience. Wendy at the office was awesome and followed up to make sure we were taken care of. Overall though, a very good experience right in the heart of Waikiki

  Stayed two weeks visiting from Canada. Property is amazing with the best location and most amazing view. Had trouble with some of the appliances but problems were quickly dealt with. Had our children staying with us and pull out couch is a little small. Families with young teens would find it inconvenient. Would definitely stay at Waikiki Shore again but would look for a condo with something larger for our kids to sleep on.

  We loved our time in Honolulu--fabulous view! We didn't take advantage of the kitchen too much, but we did use the washer/dryer and were happy to have it! The view is outstanding and all the hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Location is ideal too. Would love to return!

  We recently returned from a really enjoyable stay at this property.
  The apartment was very clean and tidy, and well stocked with cooking utensils and crockery etc. Paul Tucker our Captain Cook Resorts representative was very nice. Apart from a small glitch with the air conditioning which was fixed promptly a perfect stay. I would thoroughly recommend this property.

  I've rented 3 different condo's in Waikiki and this one is by far the best. The experience started off great with Paul our property manager meeting us earlier than planned. He spent a good deal of time giving us hints and tips for our stay, excellent service!! The condo itself was very clean and as described. It's beachfront which is awesome. It's up the nicer end of Waikiki surrounded by 5 star properties. Recommend you take a look at this one!!

  The cloths dryer was filled with lint in the lint tray and clogged up the back of the cloths dryer. It was a fire hazzard. Vacum cleaner was aslo filled with dirt and the roller was clogged with hair. Filters were aslo dirty and likely not ever cleaned, Property needs some updating. Cupboards from the 80's.

  I went with my 2 daughters . I was concern before we arrived as it's downtown and how safe the building will be for 3 females alone. First the gentleman who checked us in was a very polite young man. He took me up and helped me with my lugges then when I entered the place I was speechless from the view. Amazing breath taking view. The place was very clean and have everything you need. It's 5 min walk to downtown Waikiki strip. U r right on the Waikiki beach. There is 2 restaurant under the building twored the beach for breakfast one is buffet but not a lot of options for gluten free people. And the other is a menu sit down. Did not go there but it looks nice. There is a small shop next to the Starbucks for milk and water and snack. My only issue is the chair bed mattress needs to he updated it . We did not use it as it will have been a real problem for anyone's back. But the sofa bed mattress and the kind mattress is very comfy. Wendy is very quick with answering any emails it makes u at ease knowing there is a human at the other end. Cannot wait until we come back and hopefully soon.   I loved the view. Would have been happy to sit on the balcony and read it was such a wonderful location. But, with all the beauty the island has to offer....
  Only problem was there were ants in the kitchen and bath room. Although the property manager came right over to put out something to kill them, they were still there when we left. We didn't do much cooking, but if we had that would have been a major problem.

  First of all, the view from the unit was just wonderful. From the wide open window to the lanai, you can have an unobstructed view of the beautiful ocean, greens of Fort DeRussy Beach Park and buildings in Honolulu downtown over the park. As you might know, this is one of the best places to see the fireworks from Hilton on Fridays.
  The location was also very convenient. Only steps away from Beachwalk where nice restaurants and shops are and a few minutes' walk to the center of Waikiki. On the other side of the condo, there's the beach!!
  We could see the unit had been thoroughly cleaned up and well maintained. We had no problem at all throughout the stay. The staff from Captain Cook was very friendly and helpful. We would like to choose the unit again next time we stay in Waikiki. Mahalo!

  Paul was great to deal with and very helpful as was booking through Captain Cook. We would not book #1316 again as we were very disappointed the safe keys were not available with the rental and this is an important feature for a safe vacation. Where does one store passports and valuables!Also this unit is in need of a reno. If you are going to rent this unit for the same money as others in the building you have to upgrade the unit. The furniture is a prime example of upgrading the sofa beds were horrible for sleeping on. So this is why we would not rent 1316 again of recommend to any one else. Hope you pass this on to the owners.

  We do not adverstise safes in any of our rentals. We repaired the sofa beds, a couple of springs had come off, and new mattress has been ordered for the double size sleeper. A new 42" TV was purchased for the condo, but the island style decor reflects the owner's individual preference.

  Loved the apartment, view was great. It was very clean. Could do with updating the dishwasher and TV - but we didn't go to Waikiki to watch TV, and we didn't use the dishwasher. Very comfortable bed, bathroom was great. Best part was sitting on the balcony watching the comings and goings. Very central to everything we wanted to do, and it was great to go down the lift and straight onto the beach. We will be back!

  The view from the Lanai was amazing, the absolute best that we could hope for...a great place to wile away the hours while overlooking the park with incredible ocean views. The unit is a little dated and the decor needs upgrading as well as new dishes and pots and pans. The location was perfect with the beach and all the amenities you could want just steps from the building. The property itself was well maintained and very clean. A great find in Waikiki!

  Nice place, but furniture could be is rather worn out. Bath room needs updating also.

• You won't be disappointed. Property management was never necessary over our two week stay.
