  Living room pictured online is very different from furniture in the unit we stayed in. Dining chairs and table were well-worn. Glass-top coffee table instead of what is pictured. Beige fabric sofa vs. what is pictured. Bathtub/Shower looked a bit dingy. Kitchen was well-equipped and functional. Bedroom was nice and mattress was comfy. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels were provided. Vacuum was provided, but I wish there would have been a broom and/or hand broom and dustpan available.

• Close to beautiful beach but dated unit

  The condo was a 5 minute easy walk to Waikiki beach and the main shopping strip. I loved the clean bbq grills available by the pool. Our specific unit on the 12th floor was a great view with a small balcony but the furniture was very dated the outlets are old the kitchenware is stained and mismatched. The bathroom shower is tight and dark and the whole place has a very 90s feel to it. A lot of the pots and pans were scratched up.
  I did love how they had lots of beach towels bath towels and chairs umbrellas and floaties for the beach. The property manager guy Byron is very helpful and gets back to you quick.

  My family of 4 really liked this location. It is close to Waikiki beach and in the heart of the area. The condo comes equipped with everything that you need. Byron was very helpful with whatever we needed. We will definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

  Our rental was very clean and had the things we needed for our vacation. They had extra beach towels and chairs that we could use. It was all we needed for our family to enjoy a great trip.

  As well as the convenient location, it was so valuable to be able yo park free. It was easy to park.
  Having a full size kitchen equipped with most of the necessary items for cooking made our stay so easy especially with a baby.

  Convenient location with a relaxing view of Manoa. We loved the space and way the rooms were organized. This property worked great and we would stay here again.

  Bedroom lanai door does not lock.
  Inside shower curtain smelled musty and warm water pressure flow in shower was minimal. Cold water pressure was fine. Maybe something to do with hot water pipe/valve?

  We were very satisfied with the rental. Good location for us. Property manager was very helpful for us. Very quick to respond. The unit was quite well equipped. The only down side was that the kitchen was not very clean. The doors and handles on the cupboards were quite greasy as wee as stove knobs and range hood.

  the vacation rental was very nice, comfortable with all amenities needed. It had a beautiful view and only a short walk from Waikiki, stores, restaurants etc.

  Great and very clean apartment, great location. Free parking is a huge privilege.
  Very disappointed w the renovation of the hallways that started on the 5th day of our vacation. Nobody let us know about that coming. Lots of noise from the outside. Host did offer other apartments in the building but those didn't fit our needs.

It is true, the building itself is undergoing ongoing improvements, we do not always get specific information of where or what type improvements, ahead of time. We work hard to offer good accommodations and friendly service, and I’m sorry that our offer to move you to other higher floor units far away from the noise, did not fit your needs.   The unit was very clean, and stocked with just about everything we needed - basic utensils, glasses, plates, cookware etc. The location was great - only a couple blocks down to the beach and main street and within a reasonable walking distance to lots of restaurants, beach bars etc. We loved being so close to everything! AC worked really well (and was to come home to after a long day in the sun), and it was handy having a little pool in the building for a quick dip after a long day.
  
  Byron, the property manager, was excellent! Responsive, timely, and super helpful with suggestions and local knowledge. He came right away when the wifi wasn't working and was thorough in making sure the issue was properly fixed.
  
  Our only side notes - the unit is not as upscale as the pictures suggest - it is functional and clean which worked well for our purposes but a little more basic/older than expected which is fairly typical for vacation rentals. Laminate "granite look" counters, some wear in the bathroom etc. The pictures were accurate but perhaps a bit outdated. We would stay here again anyways but would adjust our expectations a little.
  
  The pillows were also really uncomfortable - lumpy, and so soft that they offered no support whatsoever. There is lots of extras so we were able to make do, but would suggest the unit purchase newer pillows to improve the otherwise excellent experience.

  Great one-bedroom apartment with beautiful mountain views. Kitchen is very handy, stylish furnishing and love the little balcony. So glad we switched our hotel booking to stay here.

  Honolulu is our 2nd home, our stay at Waikiki Sunset #1211 was very good!
  The only thing the condo lacked was cookware. I ended up buying a frying pan to cook breakfast. Other than that everything was great!

A quick call to your property manager would have located the cookware or bought whatever was lacking. Please remember, our property managers work 7 days a week to see to any issues that may arise during your stay! You're on vacation - but we aren't!   This condo was very very nice, clean, beautiful view, with all the extras. I go to hawaii yearly and i would definately stay here yearly... very happy for the 3 weeks we vacationed there and there are perks, parking is FREE AND NO RESORT FEE!!! HUGE SAVINGS FOR WAIKIKI.
