  We are former Hawaii residents. Back for a quick 4 night stay. We were looking for a place where we could easily get out and around in our car, could spread-out omiyage, and enjoy the convenience of a kitchen. Waikiki Sunset checked all the boxes!

  We are a retired couple and had 4 nights here. Overall we were very satisfied. The location was good and the place was very clean. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen was adequately equipped but the toaster only toasted one side of bread at a time and the coffee maker was basic. There was a partial ocean view from the balcony but it was pleasant to sit there.

  Le Manager est très gentil et répond à toutes nos questions et demandes rapidement! L’hôtel est très bien! Le wifi n’est pas toujours fonctionnel. C’est propre et très agréable.

  The Apartment Bad everything we needed. We were travelling with two Young Kids. Close to the Beach. Nice view of Waikiki Beach and diamondhead.

  部屋には生活家電の全てが揃っており、ストレスの無い滞在でした。
  フライパンが劣化しており、少し使いづらかったですが、そのほかはもんだいありません、私たちの望むものがありました。

  This was a great unit with beautiful views! The bedroom was spacious and the bed was comfy. The unit had everything we needed, and we especially appreciated the extra towels, extra garbage bags (since we were there for 2 weeks), vacuum cleaner, beach towels, beach chairs, and even a frozen ice pack. Everything in the unit worked well. The building was in a convenient location for us, and the staff was friendly. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait for the elevators, but we didn't mind.
  
  The two small improvements would be better cleaning. Some of the furniture was dusty, and there were handprints on the mirror in the bedroom. Also, we found the keyless door lock difficult to operate. Instructions would be helpful. (You need to firmly place 3 fingers on the blank screen and hold them there until the screen lights up. Then you can enter your code or lock.)
  
  We would stay here again, especially as the price was reasonable.

  They say that you should never judge a book by its cover.
  The building where the private rental was located is in need of some serious maintenance-carpets and a coat of paint.
  Until we opened the door to our condo.
  Very pleased thank you good views.
  Fantastic staff in all areas of the complex.

  This place is exactly as described! Very good location, close to the beach, zoo, and Kapahulu Avenue. I would stay here again the next time we visit family and friends.

  This was a good place to stay close enough to walk to shopping and the beach. Price was decent and it was very clean. Loved having access to laundry and a nice pool. Only thing I would change is courtesy of security guards and repair the latch and lock on the door did not ever shut quite secure.

  Condo was as described, very comfortable and great location, value and would rent again. Since we rented a condo to cook at home, expected kitchen to have spices and nonperishable items left by prior renters as experienced with other rentals, but only had salt and pepper. Elevators had a few days of issues and long lines get up and or long wait down including walking 18 floors down to exit one item.

Most of our units are close to convenience stores, just ask your property manager at check in where you can pick up these types of items for your stay.   We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was very nice, clean, and had all the amenities we could have wanted. The bed and all the furnishings were very comfortable. The location is great! We were close to the beach and all that Waikiki has to offer. What a great place!! We shall return.

  バルコニーからダイアモンドヘッドが見えます。
  ワイキキビーチはビルの隙間からぼちぼち見えるくらいですが、ビーチまでは歩いてすぐなので便利。
  駐車場料金は含まれているので、レンタカーを気にせず止められたので良かったです。ただ、バックで停めるなと表示されているところに気づかず、20ドルの罰金を取られたのは痛かったですね。なんでバックがダメなのかよくわからないレーンでした。
  キッチンの備品は充実してます。炊飯器、電子レンジ、オーブン、食洗機はないけど食器洗い洗剤とスポンジはありました

  I spent 8 nights in this unit and it was perfectly adequate. Check in was easy and the unit was clean and pleasant. I used the coin operated laundry machines that are close to the unit and left with clean clothes.

  It was an amazing stay! So close to the ocean and all the delicious restaurants! Byron was incredible to deal with and was extremely accomodating. It was so nice to have beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. We will for sure be back!

  We had a great stay here. The location had easy access to main roads out of the Waikiki area. We appreciated that it included parking with an easy in/out garage. The view from the unit is excellent! The manager was quick to respond to questions. The Mart in the building was useful for basic items needed. The unit was clean and had easy access to the laundry facilities.

  Enjoyed our week. Rental has great location with everything you need and a comfortable bed. I appreciate that the lanai has a partial ocean view and loved eating breakfast and lunch out there.

  On arrival at 11am our accommodation was ready which was a bonus as check in time was 3pm. Friendly staff at reception and security. It was fine for 3 adults but the place is very dated. Old style furniture was comfortable. The air conditioning was so noisy, made it hard to sleep. The carpet is very dirty, needs a really good clean or even replaced. Location was great.

  バケレンはあちこち利用していますが
  バニヤンとサンセットは7回くらい利用してます
  どちらも駐車場とつながっていてとても便利です

  After getting over a few humps, we quite enjoyed our stay there. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the floor to ceiling window in the bedroom and also the supplies for the beach. The kitchen was well equipped but I would suggest adding a sauce pan and a pair of scissors. Also, there was a rip in the seat of one of the chairs. Also, maybe a booklet that explains how to use the door lock with the wifi password too. Just some helpful information. We would definately stay there again though.

  Overall everything was great. The only thing I was a little disappointed with were the lack of kitchen supplies. Every other condo I have stayed in had paper goods (foil, plastic wrap...), salt & pepper... However, the lack of these items might have been because of COVID? Byron, the property manager, was very quick to respond to my questions/concerns.

As stated in our FAQ's condiments are not left from guest to guest due to spoilage, and hygienic reasons. For your convenience, each rental includes bed linens, towels, beach towels, dishes cookware, hair dryer and iron/ironing board. We provide initial start-up supplies like coffee filters, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap (where applicable), bar soap, 2 oz. each of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, and basic cleaning supplies, however these items are not replenished during your stay. Most of our units are close to convenience stores, just ask your property manager at check in where you can pick up these types of items for your stay. We are glad your stay was enjoyable, and look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.
