A Very Nice Rental Unit
Ruben C. から Richmond, United States, April 27, 2024 April 2024に10泊滞在There are many fantastic things going in favor of this particular unit that makes me a return customer: parking is included, very fast wi-fi, hand-held shower, comfortable air conditioning, location, and the mountain views. There is one thing I'm not too happy about, but I came prepared after my first stay. The unit has absolutely no pantry items. No salt/pepper, sugar, milk, oil, and stuff to save any left overs. Specifically foil, zip-lock bags and plastic wrap. Now when I visit, I get free salt/pepper/sugar packets from the local fast food stores like McDonalds and Starbucks. I also pack with me various sizes of zip-lock bags, plastic wrap, and foil. One major thing that I wish was provided was a small cooler or ice chest for beach or picnic use.

Nice room
Mashpee, US, December 19, 2023 December 2023に9泊滞在Overall experence was fine. Unable to reach property manager for check in instruction from the airport which was requested of Captain Cook. Interestingly, he responded to my husband's calls, but not to mine. I got voicemail.
Condo itself was very clean and fresh and comfortable to stay in.
Road in front of building under construction - received late notice of water/power shut off happening. Seems this could have been posted or handeled better. Both notices came after we had gone to be the night before. Happy for free parking but garage is very tight and we had a small vehicle.Response from Captain Cook Resorts

Perfect place to stay in Waikiki

Beautiful room with a mouontain view.

The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen tools, cups, glasses, and plates. The location is also great, just a 3 minute walk from the beach. Highly recommended!

プールはバニヤンより空いてる感じ。
駐車場もいつも空いてて、駐車枠もハワイでは広めだと思います。
チェックインの際のバイロンさん(2月のバニヤンの時もバイロンさんでした)も親切でGood!

Nice stay near to Waikiki
Newark, United States, May 7, 2023 April 2023に7泊滞在Loved the view of this property from living room and sunrise from bedroom is amazing. Property is same as described in listing. Property Manager Byron was responsive for any queries. Highly recommend for families with kid who need to cook a meal for kids. Overall nice experience and enjoyed our stay. One suggestion if carpet and sofa can be renovated as we found it bit old and not that hygienic for small baby.

Exactly as described.
Peachtree City, United States, February 11, 2023 February 2023に7泊滞在The condo is exactly as described and shown. Zero surprises. Everything worked and was clean when we arrived. A little confusion with the check-in between the building staff and security agent, but the Captain Cook agent was quick to respond and resolve. Wi-fi was fast. Condo was stocked with everything we needed. The view of clouds moving across the mountains was awesome. The included parking is a huge bonus and easy to use. Location was great. Enjoyed many great restaurants all within a mile 3-20 min walk so you didn’t have to drive and could enjoy the Waikiki weather. Don’t miss the food trucks on Lemon St.
