  Nice apartment, clean and spacious. Close enough to walk to beaches and restaurants etc. Having parking was key. Decent value.

  空港到着後に連絡し、チェックインの時間を少し早めてもらいました。当初連絡がつかなかったですが、無事連絡が取れチェックインでき非常に助かりました。
  部屋はきれいで景色もよく、サンセットがきれいに見えました。部屋も使い勝手がよく、駐車場もエクストラチャージが掛からずに利用できてとてもよかったです。次回も駐車場が無料なら再利用したいと思います。

  キャプテンクックさんに初めてお世話になりました。
  #2706ですが、説明通りの施設でとてもノンビリすることができました。
  ワイキキマーケットまでは10分ほど。肉や魚を買って部屋で調理してのリラックスした夕食を楽しめました。
  また、朝ラナイでダイヤモンドヘッドやカピオラニ公園を眺めながらのコーヒータイムは最高でした。
  担当マネージャーのバイロンさんにも良くして頂きありがとうございました。また違うコンドも利用してみたいと思います。
  一点、備え付けの包丁が全く切れないので、ROSSで購入しましたが、これも楽しみですね。

  キャプテンクックさんを利用しての初めてのコンドミニアムでした。室内は写真で見ていたものと全く同じ。別々のベッド(ソファベッドも活用)で3名快適に寝ることができました。シャワーの勢いが弱めだったのが残念でした。バイロンさんにはLINEのやり取り含めて親切にしていただきました。次回もキャプテンクックさんのお世話になり、他の物件も試してみたいです。ありがとうございました。

  At Vacation rentals and Airbnb rooms often have broken facilities, especially the LANAI windows, which are often dirty. But this room was spotlessly clean, convenient!
  
  Unfortunately, the explanation from the property manager(Mr. W) was not very helpful.
  I was not informed in advance that the phone would be out of service due to the holiday.
  Moreover, there were no coffee pod. The desk chair was broken, which shows that the property is not well maintained.
  
  However, I learned how to communicate with this property manager in charge, so I would probably stay in the same room again.
  
  Finally, I would like to mention Jean, who took care of me on my behalf, as she was a wonderful, prompt, polite, and considerate manager.And, I would also like to thank the staff at this company for their prompt and courteous email correspondence.

  キャプテンクックのバケーションレンタルを利用するのは3回目でした。
  日本語も通じるし、対応もすばやく、安心して利用できました。

  Perfect fit for the 4 of us. We loved our view from the room! The building had a very nice pool/grill area. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the beach! Overall very convenient. We definitely enjoyed our stay. 10/10

  クヒオ通りに近い割には静かで、警備員さんも常駐なので安心です。
  ただ、建物が古いですが。綺麗に使われています。
  お部屋に交換用のシーツが一枚もないのは、コインランドリー利用の部屋としては親切ではないかなー。

As a vacation rental is not a full-service resort hotel, we do not have on-site housekeeping staff, we are not able to offer amenities that a resort hotel would typically offer, such as daily housekeeping, linen service, or replenishment of your start-up supplies. I do apologize if that was not adequately conveyed, but please understand that this is an industry standard and one of the basic differences between a vacation rental condo vs. a full-service hotel room stay.

  The location was perfect - walking distance to the beach and shops in Waikiki. The unit was super clean, with all necessary equipments in the kitchen. I liked the fact that there was hot tub and the washlet (Japanese style electric shower toilet) in the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

  We’ve stayed at this property previously specifically for the amenities. We travel in a large group (renting multiple units) and the barbq pool area is great. The only issue is we were all
  downstairs barbqueing when the sky opened up. We went to the front desk asking if we could eat our dinner in the room poolside, they said ok as long as we ask security. They called security and we got approval w instruction to leave it clean. A security guard confronted us as we were moving inside, my niece explained we had permission from the front desk and his dept he insisted we leave the area or his boss would FIRE him. I asked him to call his boss so I might confirm our permission. He refused, insisting he was going to lose his job which brought my niece to tears. This was unnecessary and ruined our last evening at the property.

We were sorry to hear of the problems you experienced with the security staff. The lobby and security staff are not associated with Captain Cook Resorts. Your vacation rental is privately owned and not under their management. We will investagate, as this issue should have been dealt with immediately by the building management, but unfortunately Waikiki Sunset building staff is not under our control. We look forward to seeing you on your next visit!

• Great place for a family vacation

  It was our first vacation rental in Honolulu. With our 10&7 year old kids, it was a perfect place to stay. I liked a couple of Hawaiian wood plates and bowls to use. A nice table and 2 chairs on lanai and my husband and I enjoy having breakfast there looking at Diamond head every morning. You can see the ocean partially as well. A laundry room and garage dump room are on the same floor which was very convenient. A couple of maintenances are needed but we were very comfortable to stay and sleep. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the pool once. We walked to Waikiki beach often instead of using the pool. We rented a mini van, and it was very nice to use a parking spot in the same building. One free parking is a bonus in Waikiki. We would love to stay here again near future.

  Excellent property that is close to everything. Spacious for the square footage, very comfortable for the two of us. Great gym, pool, and deck. The view is amazing. The property description was exact, I would recommend this place for a stay.

  ダイアモンドヘッドにオーシャンビューの景色は毎日が最高でした。
  中長期滞在ならHonoluluの中心は落ち着かないかもしれません、しかしこの場所は朝ばは静かに過ごすことができて良かったです。ピンクトロリーバスの乗り場も近く、クヒオビーチにも近くて便利でした。Uberも呼びやすく待ち合わせしやすかったです。

  The weather was perfect for vacationers. It did not rain all the month of February while we were there. This provided a great opportunity to hike the Diamond Head and take time to enjoy all the views.
