Great Views

Parking garage is tight but typical of a city setting. Room was clean and updated although it creaks a lot throughout the night which makes sleeping on the couch bed tough. The city can be a bit loud at night as well but again typical of all the spots down here. Definitely would stay again

Wonderful condo in Waikiki

Updated Waikiki Condo

This unit was a good size, updated, nicely furnished and well stocked. The views was incredible of Diamond Head and the ocean. We watched the whales from the bedroom. Free parking is a bonus and if you needed to do laundry it's right next to the unit. Check in is super easy. Location is great for walking around Waikiki or being able to drive out and explore rather easily. Everything was clean, the walls however, a flat white paint was used so they are now pretty scuffed and could use a freshen up, however again everything was clean and that was something that had no impact on the stay, just what happens with flat paint and lots of use! Overall awesome place to stay and would stay there again!

Grandma's Birthday trip

The condo is set up for 4 people comfortably. Kitchen equipped for eating but not serious cooking. The garbage chute and laundry room were both conveniently next door. Building was quiet and seemed safe but needed to close the windows at night due to sirens and street noise echoing up. Property manager and security staff were helpful and professional.

Overall good with one big exception

Nice to be on the edge of Waikiki without being in the middle of it, yet within walking distance to all it offers. Great views. The big problem was that this unit says it has a pull out couch. The problem? there is no mattress on the sofa bed. Disappointing.

Great space, location and views!

Family Trip

After some travel challenges, we got settled for our 9 days. Byron was so helpful that first night. We rented a pack n play that was set up and waiting for the babu. Thank you!!!
Laundry and trash area were right outside our door. The view was amazing of Waikiki and Diamondhead. Great size for 4 people. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and parking in attached parking garage was very convenient.
The only thing I would say could be improved would be for a few more pots/pans for cooking would be nice and a pizza pan/slicer. We didn't cook much so it wasn't an issue.
Thanks Wendy for answering email questions so promptly and Byron for first day calls to accommodate our crazy arrival during a biblical monsoon. We would recommend this condo highly and would stay again.Response from Captain Cook Real Estate

Incredible views and location

The condo is well-maintained, very clean and included everything we needed for our stay. A two block walk to Waikiki beach, grocery and dining all in walking distance. We only used the rental car when we explored the island - everything else was local. Very safe and comfortable area.

So worth it
Reading US, 09. October 2021 October, 2021日後に5日間滞在Very clean. Comfortable beds. Short walk to Waikiki beach. Somewhat lacking in cookware and cooking utensils but we made it work. Fantastic view of Diamondhead. Hallway and elevators a bit on shabby side but I think they are trying to renovate these. Had a problem with our air conditioner leaking to unit below us so for 3 of the days the maintenance men were trying to fix the problem but I’m sure this will be fixed soon. Overall we were happy.

Excellent Rental in Waikiki

The location is perfect, the condo is as pictured, views are beyond impressive, and we had everything we needed! We would absolutely book this condo again — no question about it. They are doing a considerable amount of construction throughout the building, but it didn’t impact our stay one bit.

In the middle of it all

It could use a little decorative touch and more color. The building is under plumbing construction so it can be a little noisy during certain hours of the day not sure how long the construction will last. Even with the noise I would stay again. The Management team was SUPER helpful and accommodating. They made the trip even better.

Amazing View, Location, & Customer Service

I was given compensation for noisy plumbing, which occurred for a few days during stay, due to building maintenance. I was able to walk to great surfing locations. The place was clean and comfortable, which is exactly what I needed.

Great View from the room

From the lanai, I can, always, see the Diamond Head without any obstructions.
Room is spacious and the key system is very convenient to get in/out the room. So I did not need to care about the room key.
There are only couple things to be hard to do.
Door for the lanai is very hard to open/close.
Magnet force of the refrigerator seems to be weak. Sometimes it opens without touching.
But totally, I am greatly satisfied with the experience in this condo. Byron is very kind. I much appreciate.

House with an amazing view

At night, you can lie in bed and see a lot of stars. All the amenities are great. Just unfortunate. I want to have a little more variety. Amazing Apartment in Waikiki

The location is fantastic with just a short walk to Waikiki Beach and so many great restaurants and bars. All of the tours that we chose to do picked up 5 minutes away. Check-in and out was so easy. The host from Captain Cook Resorts met us there and went through everything we needed to know about the apartment. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a stunning view, beautiful apartment and a great location. Thanks again Captain Cook Resorts we only wish we could have stayed longer.

Great Stay!

Condo was very clean, and plenty of towels and everything else we needed. The condo is its own little oasis in the building. The building as a whole could use a little upkeep, but nothing wrong with the condo.

We were walking distance from a number of shops and restaurants. The views were beautiful. The place was also well kept and clean. Only complaint is that the door knob kept falling off, we let the owners know so that shouldn't be a problem for the next renter. Would highly recommend.

Unreal view and comfortable, spacious condo at a great price!
SAN CARLOS United States, 28. February 2019 February, 2019日後に4日間滞在Super comfortable and spacious space at a really great price! The view in person is just as beautiful as you see in the photos. Love that the door has a keypad to get in with so no need to worry about holding onto set of keys and there is free parking (which is a godsend in Waikiki). The building itself is a bit old and I wasn't a huge fan of the quality/cleanliness, but we weren't planning on spending much time other using the other amenities so it wasn't an issue at all. The condo itself gets amazing light, it was really clean, all the technology worked as expected. For this price, you'd be hard pressed to get a singular room at a hotel on the strip, and you may not even get a good view! Would definitely recommend to anyone headed to Oahu.

saitamashi Japan, 09. May 2018 May, 2018日後に5日間滞在海まで徒歩数分、トロリー乗り場も近く便利でした。そして景色は抜群でした。室内もキレイで快適で良かったです。ただし、サンセット自体が年季はいっているので、エレベーターが止まったり、水漏れトラブルがあったりと不安になる事が多々ありました。値段と立地を考えると我が家には妥当なので、また泊まるかも?

Great location!

The second day I was there the cable TV provider suspended service. The management which is terrific was able to get it back but only on the TV in the master bedroom. On the first day, the split a/c unit didn't cool down the bedroom - the drapes had been open all day. There is no toaster in the unit, and I couldn't get the broiler to work so I could use it as a toaster. The carpeting in the hallway was dirty and torn in several areas. That said, on the plus side the property has a swimming pool, and nice convenience store, it is close to the beach and has a fabulous view. Although it has 2 bedrooms, with only one bathroom I wouldn't recommend it for 4 adults, but it would be fine for a family with small children.
