  A lovely stay in a condo with an amazing view over the ocean! All the necessities for a perfect vacation, whether you're a beach addict or looking for other activities.
  There was a minor noise problem with the A/C, but it was quickly fixed with the help from Yuki - thank you for handling it promptly!
  A couple of suggestions: When I booked this stay, I saw an earlier review commenting the softness and possible weariness of the bed. This made me a bit wary, as I have back problems, and unfortunately the earlier review was accurate - the bed is reeeaallly soft. You might want to consider changing the mattress to a sturdier one as the old one is way more than just soft – you sink ten inches into it! Of course, this is a personal preference and my back is my problem, but usually having a firmer mattress is, in general, better for your back. Luckily there was the sofa bed, which I could have used if the situation had gotten really bad.
  Another thing is the tub faucet in the bathroom. With this faucet, you have to turn the water fully on before you get any hot water, which is a huge waste of water, since you don’t always need to have the water blasting with full power. I wonder if it would be possible to get here the same kind of a faucet that is in unit #3606, where you can adjust the water temperature separately from the amount of water that is running. This would have a really big ecological impact!
  Just suggestions, which could make a perfect stay even more perfect!

  We try to come to Waikiki once a year, and have stayed at Waikiki Sunset a few times, this was 2nd time using Captain Cook, but first time in 3704. We stay there for the ocean view, price, location, spacious condos, full kitchens, private lanais, free phone calls, both local & to Canada/mainland US, and free parking. 3704 has the best view of all we have stayed in. A few negatives that may/may not bother other people. The king size mattress needs replacing, seemed very old, both sides are very compressed, you really sink down a lot, more than any hotel/condo mattress we have ever slept on. We could even see the indents when first walking into the bdrm, but down the middle was normal, the padded mattress cover didn't help. Hated the high (tall) chairs on the lanai, regular, hotel type balcony chairs that you sit down into, your feet touch the floor, and you can stretch your legs out and relax in would be a 100% better. We used the kitchen a lot, but only "microwave safe" bowls were cereal/soup size, a 2, 3, or even 4 quart size would have been nice for cooking. There was no dish drying rack either. We would have prefered regular cable tv with local channels like KGMB, KITV, KHNL etc instead of just streaming tv. We will stay at Waikiki Sunset again, and "might" consider 3704 again.

We have relayed your recommendation to the owners. This unit has cable TV with local channels, it may have been on the wrong input setting for live streaming. Next visit, please give your property manager an opportunity to remedy any issues while you are still our guest so we can make your stay more enjoyable! Your property manager has supplied the unit with quart size microwave bowls - thank you for bringing these items to our attention. We value you as a customer and hope you will keep us in mind for future vacation plans.

  Waikiki Sunset was the perfect stay for our stay in Honolulu. The place is very clean and very well equiped. We didn‘t miss anything. Our highlight was the view over Honolulu and Waikiki from the 37th floor. Checking in and out was very easy. I do highly recommend Captain Cook.

  ワイキキサンセットはよく利用していますが、今回宿泊した37階のお部屋は初めて。眺望がすばらしく朝起きたときから気持ちがいいです。設備は必要なものが揃っていて、トイレもウォシュレットが付いています。日本人にお薦めしたいです。

  The owner was very responsive and the home and view was clean and beautiful. The hotel looked kinda older but this home was amazing. 10 out of 10 recommend this home.

  The view is excellent as it overlooks Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head.
  The rooms were also very clean.
  It had everything we needed for our daily life.

  Our condo was perfect. The decor, the view, the bed but most of all the warmth feeling of home. Can’t describe. Best place to celebrate our sons 10th birthday. Mahalo!

  The condo was exactly as expected, the pictures are accurate and the property was very clean and confortable. Our Manager M. Byron as been welcoming and helpful during our stay. The location is great, and it’s easy to move around by walk, bus, trolley, biki, taxi or car if you have one. It’s located from a walk distance to everything you need, 5 min to the Kalakaua Avenue main street and to the beach. We recommand this property and we will come back again. Mahalo !

  I spent a week in June at Waikiki Sunset 3704 and loved it! The location worked great for my purposes, (close to shopping, the beach, and a short drive to UH Manoa). The condo was very clean and well-equipped. Byron from CCRE was very kind and helpful! The parking was so easy and convenient - if you'll need a car like I did, this is your place! My favorite part was the beautiful view from both the bedroom window and the terrace off the living room.
  The only thing I can think of for an improvement would be to add a cutting board to the kitchen - it had everything else you could need (and even some nice extras such as a rice cooker, chemex, hot water kettle). Highly recommended!

  This home was the perfect fit for me, if only it had a washer & dryer in-unit. Loved the location, free parking, extremely comfortable living space and bedroom with the most amazing views!! Being someone who loves to travel im comfort and stay for long periods, I would highly recommend this place!
  
  I will say the customer service for this company is great, I had an issue with my other Airbnb and they contacted me the next day and relocated me. Byron the property manager was extremely commutative. Honestly, when I schedule again, I would ask to see what properties he manages because he did an exceptional job!
