  Vincent is an outstanding property manager. He was exceptionally responsive to my requests for maintenance. The administrative office team also provides excellent service. I really like dealing with Captain Cook Vacation Rentals and highly recommend that guests use them as an agency for vacation rental properties.
  
  I have stayed at this same property quite a few times and hope to be able to return to stay there again. It is very conveniently located and meets my needs as a repeat guest (and former Hawaii resident).

  The appartment is very nice, and clean. The view is amazing. There is always a sunbed available at the pool. The gym is great, as well as the rooftop where I enjoyed the view every night after dinner. Each fridaynight you can watch the firework at the rooftop.

  The place was accurate compared to the photos, it was clean, had plenty of kitchen items for cooking, was comfortable, and was fairly near many places in Waikiki. The entrance to the building is attractive, the staff are all friendly, and the views in all directions from the rooftop terrace were great.

  Two month stay in a very comfortable condo. Well managed with very quick response to questions. Love the fast elevators. Highly recommend Captain Cook Resorts.

  This place was absolutely a home away from home. It was very comfortable and would be a great spot for up to 3 people. The amenities the building offers are great from the roof to the pool!!!

  Condo had great views, great location, nice kitchen. carpet was dirty, towels old, bed sheets & pillows need to be replaced. Mold in shower when we arrived. That was addressed & cleaned. Other cleaning supplies were provided. Had parking. We had no car. Beautiful entrance with coi pond and waterfall. Lobby immaculate, close to the beach, has a beautiful pool. close to shopping. Close to most restaurant, & hotels. Great bus system close to the condo. Duke's casual fun bar on the beach, Cinnamons. Pesca top of the Ilikai, Harbour Bar -local, Tanaka of Tokyo Restaurants are worth going to,

  Overall, we had a great stay and would return. We love the service that Captain Cook provides - it's really easy to set up a reservation, to get checked in and to get checked out. We were left alone the whole time, which is good; we were able to figure everything out. We love the Windsor. It is a safe and well-run building with nice management and friendly tenants. It's a great location. The parking that is included is wonderful. We also like the in room washer/dryer. Our only complaint was that the place was not very clean when we arrived. We had to do a significant amount of cleaning ourselves - drawers had hair in them, shower floor was grimy, lots of marks on the walls. The worst thing was that the carpet was filthy and there was nothing we could do about that. That carpet needs a good cleaning or, better yet, it needs to be replaced. All that said, we got the place in decent condition and were quite happy with our stay.

We apologize for the problems you encountered and I was very unhappy to hear that the unit had not been cleaned to your expectations. It sounds like the housekeeping team missed the ticket on quality control. In the future please give your property manager an opportunity to remedy any issues while you are still our guest so we can make your stay more enjoyable! We would have housekeeping back to your unit and had the carpet cleaned right away. Please accept our refund of your departure cleaning as compensation. I will pass your feedback onto the team, and we look forward to your next visit!

  The staff at Captain Cook along with Paul, the property manager, made my stay enjoyable since I was on island for contract work. There are only 5 condo's on each floor making the building quiet. The condo was clean and the building had a gym, hot tub, and great rooftop area to relax or have a meal.

  What a great condo apartment in a wonderful quiet condo building with terrific views! We didn't actually count how many rainbows we saw morning, noon and afternoon, but they occurred often and in every direction through our windows that faced three different ways. The sunsets were amazing, especially when we went up to the common roof deck and waited, hoping to see the green flash of the huge setting sun sinking into the Pacific, with other people, some sipping wine and eating up there. We thank you for a most wonderful month's vacation.

  I really enjoyed my one month stay in the Windsor. It is close to shopping and the beach. Nice gym and pool were a bonus. Inside the unit had everything I needed. The new bed and furniture really made it nice.
