Location is great — right at the end of Waikiki area, with lots of restaurants and grocery options within walking distance. Lovely sunset views over the marina. Lanai is very small but works fine for two people to enjoy the view. Ask about construction status. We had a quiet Sunday, a bit of daytime noise on Monday, and really loud noise as we were checking out Tuesday morning. We totally understand it’s necessary maintenance, and management was good about answering our questions. Just be prepared so you aren’t caught by surprise. Overall a very good experience and we would return.

Suginamiku, Japan, July 11, 2025 June 2025に10泊滞在Apart from the fact that we could not go out onto the lanai due to construction and that the windows were locked from the outside and could not be opened, we were satisfied with our stay. The view from the windows was fantastic and we were able to see the fireworks every Friday at close range. Ala Moana Centre is very close and walkable. The centre of Waikiki is also easily accessible, but a bit of a walk away. There is a laundry on the 8th floor, but you have to pay with a special app or credit card. The number of washing machines is small in relation to the number of rooms in the building, so you may have to wait to use them.

Beautiful Sunlit Condo with Spectacular Views!

The sky, clouds and ocean colors constantly changing with beautiful rainbows too! The unit itself is immaculate, bright and comfortable. The balcony is tiny, but we were able to squeeze into the space with a glass of wine to enjoy the evening sunset. The panoramic views are much better than what you will pay top dollar for in surrounding hotels. That is the advantage of an older building having the best location! We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location overlooking lagoon

With it's slightly north of Waikiki location it is much quieter than on the beach but its a quick walk to either the Waikiki Beach or Ala Moana Beach, my personal favorite for swimming. The unit was well appointed and the bed was fantastic. Loved the double sink bathroom.
Only issue was on check in, the person responsible did not get back to us until midnight, but thankfully the Captain Cook resorts figured out how to get us into the unit.Response from Captain Cook Resorts

We stayed on 3 islands during our trip, with some of the locations costing 3 times the rate, and the mattress was far and away the most comfortable of all. Easy check in and out, and best of all it was in the middle of everything. We could walk anywhere along Waikiki and it was easier getting in and out when we needed to drive to the many beautiful sites around Oahu. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful view of the Friday fireworks too. Communication with Property Manager James was great and check-in was seamless. We were curious to try the Toto Washlet and now we have to splurge and get one for home. The location is close to bus/tram stops and and the attached parking garage is very convenient if you rent a car. It's easy to drive to downtown Honolulu and explore other Oahu destinations from this location too.

The location is close to bus/tram stops and and the attached parking garage is very convenient if you rent a car. It's easy to drive to downtown Honolulu and explore other Oahu destinations from this location too.

Perfect Paradise Get-Away at the Ilikai Marina #1184

First, the ease of checking into the rental unit #1184 was just the beginning of my wonderful trip. The property manager was so accommodating & explained everything it couldn't have gone any smoother. Let me say from the minute you walk through the door, you are instantly relaxed. The view of the blue ocean, boats in the harbor, white sands of the beach transform your mood into pure happiness. The unit is gorgeous! It has a full kitchen for the days you don't feel like going out to eat, huge bathroom, beach chairs, everything you can think of. It is centrally located in Waikiki and within walking distance of great restaurants, bars, shopping and of course beaches. The Chart House is right downstairs and one of my favorite restaurant/bar to visit. I will definitely be back and staying here the next time I'm in Hawaii. Mahalo for making my holidays so merry! Beautiful Panorama

This condo was cute, clean, stocked with essentials, and has a gorgeous panoramic view of Honolulu to the marina and the lagoib and Hilton to the left. I saw excursion boats coming and going, surfers out feont. I could check out the activity of the lagoon, use my binoculars to zoom in on the park to the right. There is a busy street below with the Charthouse restaurant that we visited twice. I used a fan app for white noise at night. The king bed was great. My son used the pullout sofa bed and reported it was comfortable. There is an ABC store for convenience across the intersection behind the Ilikai building. We used two beach chairs (provided) to walj down to Waikiki beach to snorkel and watch the sunsets. There is a garluc shrimp food truck parked by the lagoon/beach area. We snorkeled at the reef off the the Hilton area beach. We saw many different sea life including a huge sea turtle, so great! Know you need water shoes as rocks are covering the sea floor until it becomes swimming depth. YOU NEED WATER SHOES EVERYWHERE! There is a washroom on the 8th floor. We rented a jeep. The daily parking is $28. Know that some hiking areas and snorkeling areas require tickets ahead. We encountered rain often. You need rain gear. We bought umbrellas. Overall our condo stay was accomodating and our trip was great!

Aloha and Mahalo Waikiki

Everything was just as in the photos, There were beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas in the closet to use, which I did not expect, and was wonderful!. Very clean, and they also have shampoo and soaps supplied. Would definately stay again. The one thing that happened to us, is the fire alarm went off during the night one night. Was all good, got dressed and went for a walk... it is warm in Waikiki in the middle of the night.... A little disapointed about the recycling. We are from Canada, and we recycle everything, not just bottles and cans.. And it did not tell us where the can recycling was. We did find it in the parking garage.

Home away from home!
Los Angeles, United States, November 6, 2022 October 2022に5泊滞在The area surrounding this older building is a little sketchy and the small street below the balcony is unusually loud. The sounds of people yelling, motorcycles, trucks, daily loading of oxygen tanks for scuba tours reverberate right into the condo. The view is spectacular though so it makes up for it, you can't get this view at this rate anywhere. Bed is very soft and comfortable, and the sofa is extremely comfy to sleep on too. Didn't use the pull out part of it, just slept on the couch and loved it. Excellent kitchen and bathroom. Two negatives were that we didn't feel safe in the parking lot because it's not gated, anyone can walk in off the street to the parking lot or elevators. Just know that there's no front desk staff or security guard. You are on your own here. There is no lock on the front door from the inside so anyone with the combo to the door can enter anytime, either by mistake or worse. I think a lock should be added. The area rugs are filthy, please have them cleaned or just throw them out.

Each guest receives a unique, secure PIN code that works only during their reservation dates, codes are changed with every guest rotation. Everything we needed to feel at home was provided. The location and view spectacular. Check in was super easy and the app they provide tells you everything you would want to know. Easy to contact your property manager. We enjoyed dinner and drinks while viewing the best sunsets ever, and of course Friday night fireworks. Loved our location as it allowed us great walks to Waikiki Beach everyday or night..or both, but wasn't as crowded. A 10 minute walk to the Ala Moana Centre for great shopping.
Duke Kahanamoku Beach was beautiful. Nice sandy beach and warm waters. We invested $24 for 2 floating chairs and could have floated forever. Coral reef easy to swim to to snorkle, and bonus was seeing a few sea turtles. Also used the lagoon where you could drift off and not worry about a thing.
Having such outstanding accommodations helped to make our dream trip perfect.

Everything we needed to feel at home was provided. The location and view spectacular. Check in was super easy and the app they provide tells you everything you would want to know. Easy to contact your property manager. We enjoyed dinner and drinks while viewing the best sunsets ever, and of course Friday night fireworks. Loved our location as it allowed us great walks to Waikiki Beach everyday or night..or both, but wasn't as crowded. A 10 minute walk to the Ala Moana Centre for great shopping.

Great space

The bathroom has plenty of counter space with 2 sinks! The view is amazing and the location convenient to the beach. I'd love to stay again!

We could see all the boats in the harbor and out into the ocean. The condo was clean, very nicely decorated with a beach decor. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. It was just a beautiful as the pictures make it appear. Paul was very helpful and readily available during our stay. There were lots of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance of the condo. We would definitely stay here again!

Our return to Paradise...
San Diego, US, August 18, 2021 July 2021に7泊滞在It has been a few years since we stayed in Waikiki. We prefer these condos over Hilton Vaca Village rooms. The 11th floor has amazing sunset views. Kitchen came in handy for breakfast, especially since restaurants were packed. Excellent location- we easily walked to snorkel or swim with the turtles... the mall & food court were a short walk. Good wi-fi & a/c. Remodeled/Clean unit. ChartHouse was excellent... at base of our building. Thanks to Paul - he was so kind & helped when we had questions. We really enjoyed our Oahu stay!
