Much to love about Waikiki Shore 1418!

Spectacular views all around. Soundproof sliding doors and windows allow for the most amazing trade winds to pass.
A nicely renovated main bathroom.
Very affordable monthly car park pass at the secure Hale Koa lot across the street.
Wonderful Hawaiian music every evening at Kani Ka Pila Gille next door.
Easy access to the pickleball courts below.
Cons – Lobby was under renovation throughout our stay. One lift was occasionally out of service.
Frequent and unexpected electrical/water shut offs. No guest parking available weekdays 8am-5pm because of the contractors.
Apartment could do with new beds, especially the second bedroom. Kitchenware was not of high quality. Very noisy Washer. Front door could do with a smart lock (like every other apartment) instead of key access.
As always, a huge Mahalo to Wendy for helping us with our bookings... You are an absolutely gem! And Paul, our lifesaver on many occasions including rescuing us when we were locked out one evening, removing the bee nest from the penthouse above, and helping us with our future bookings.

The space looks amazing, and all elevators are updated and fully functional. Additionally, the unit owners have replaced all mattresses and replenished the unit with new cookware.
